This place is absolutely peaceful and safe for families. The only reason they have bad reviews is because there's people who didn't pay rent or sold drugs and caused trouble so they got kicked out. I've been here 33 years and I wouldn't choose any other place, considering I've had terrible incidents happen elsewhere. If I could give 10 stars I would. The owners are very nice people who looks out for everyone's well being. Everyone looks out for each other and the kids. It's basically a huge family and everyone is welcomed ☺️

I absolutely love the property, the only think is they need a new lawn service. They cut the grass but don't bother to weed eat around my friends steps nor his handicap ramp, which makes it more than difficult to go in and come outside, half the time I'm concerned something is hiding in the grass.

This neighborhood is not a place that I would want to live. Some residents keep their lots nice but most are trashy and the mobile homes are run down. The roads are full of potholes that will put your vehicle in jeopardy.

Owners are some of the greatest people you will ever deal with. They do care about the tenants well being and keep track of how the older tenants are faring. The park manager is nice and extremely helpful. If you are looking for a quiet place to move your mobile home then this is the place for you.

It's a GREAT park we love it here the park manger and owner's are very nices people. ..

The lot rent is very high they don't keep it up like it should be the the money u have to pay. I don't live in this park and would not recommend it to no one. I hear very bad remarks on this place .

They are cheap and decent mobile homes but if you struggle one month and get behind on a light bill they try to evict you even if your renting to own and aren't late on your rent....

They're always going up on the lot rent saying they're gonna improve the place and never do. The park has went down hill. Use 2 be a nice place. Not no more.

We love living here. The staff is great. Must say, this is living at it's finest. 🤗👍
