This might be one of the most interesting malls I have ever been to, the experience walking into the food court was interesting to say the least, tons of pan handlers just about guide you all the way into the mall. Once in the mall you will find a decent offering of stores and places to eat in the food court, the mall is relatively clean, however there is a dated slightly dingy feel to the place. Overall I guess it's a good place to get in and get out for a few small things and maybe a quick bite to eat, this probably explains why there was plenty of parking!

This mall has decent store selection but it is an older mall and some of the character (patrons) are suspect (Creepy). But you can get most of what you are looking for in your typical mall environment.

Has chickfila, aunty Anne's, and a boba tea place. Got a lot of new shops.

This mall and location has so much potential and it’s so disheartening to see it being run into the ground. Whoever is trying to manage this mall clearly needs help! It’s Spring and the center doesn’t open until 11:00am. This mall should be a vibrant hub of shopping, with a mix of excellent food, trendy cafes, beauty bars, and be a cool fun family friendly mall. Why should people have to drive to Raleigh or Charlotte to shop when they could do it here.

Security in the mall is extremely lackluster. You see men walk around with guns in their pockets holding them as they walk while security will walk right next to them more busy on their phones than enforcing their own policies. But GOD FORBID someone is in the mall wearing short shorts. That’s a big risk! The mall consists mostly of shoe stores so if that’s what you’re into then it’s alright.

I understand you are doing renovations on your restrooms. However, please make sure the ones that are available are clean. 3 of 5 stalls were out of order, and the 2 available were absolutely disgusting.

I still don't understand why everything in this town is situated by the mall, which causes all of the traffic and the high rate of accidents all around the mall. I mean did they get a premium on the lot space around the mall and there were no other alternatives to expand other business spaces in other places in that town? Then the mall is so GHETTO. I very rarely go and I have only gone when I absolutely have to make a return. Then I make the swiftest dash to get in and out. I see they're trying desperately to revamp it, but will it help I doubt it. The shooting and fighting has gone up, but that's Fayettenam over all. It is hard to see the panhandlers who are legitimately down on their luck. I sympathize with any and everyone going through hard times. However, I have encountered those asking for money the few times that I've gone. Once in the evening outside of JCP and another time when I was actually standing at one of the beauty counters in Macys.

This place has gone down hill. Did not feel safe security just sitting in chairs and observed several individuals with open carry side arms walking around. Saw one local police officer but nothing doe will not be going back

I honestly can’t remember any mall or decent food court with this kind of nasty tables. We went tonight to go to Lens Crafters and decided to go eat there. The tables were so sticky it was if they had fly paper tops. Come on guys a little soap and water would work wonders on keeping them clean!!!

Good mall. Unlike many othe rmalls today it is almost 100% occupied. A good mix of shops and a full foodcourt. Could use some updates to the interior and exterior but it is a pretty nice place to shop.

Went to Cross Creek Mall this morning about 10. The Stupidest thing you could go in the stores through the entrances from the street but you could not go out of them into the mall area till 11 o’clock. There was a lot of people walking around in the mall and 5 or 6 eateries open to serve food. Someone needs to get there stuff together if I go shopping I want to get my shopping done before the crowds get in. Either they should open at 10 or 11 even if it’s just major stores. But open All the doors if there is doors you can go inside the mall through. I left and said I would do my shopping somewhere else.

This mall is OK(it has all the basic stores). Perfect amount of stores for this area. They have a curfew for 16 and under which I love because it keeps the crime down.

Excellent place to go shop at. The Thai Style restaurant is so good. The Thai Style workers give me a sample of one of their chicken and I have decided to get a plate. Thai Style have the best rice, chicken, beef, etc. I'll definitely come back and get another plate.

If I could leave 0 stars. I would. The bathroom is filthy. The toilets are full of you know what. The floor is greasy and sticky. The bathroom smells like you know what. The sink is broke and leaking. The ceiling is full of cobwebs. The power outlets are greasy and chucked with idk what.

This Mall has gone down a lot. Visited for Black Friday. There was NO upkeep of the food court. Left over food and trash on floor. No one wiping down tables. If your trying to avoid COVID bring wipes and wear your mask.

Literally feels like you’re walking into a Flea Market. Many of the stores feel hot 🥵 no AC circulating & Rest Room areas. I went into the restroom 🚻 near Forever 21 felt the hot heat as you made your way into the hallway . The seating area had a big hole patched up in the sofa cushion… I’ve been going to the Cross Creek location, since the 90s & currently at its worse. We try to go to other Malls to avoid this one.

Stopped by here today and we got soda from the vending machine. There was no price and only took cards, so we thought no big deal. $5.50 for a 20 ounce soda. Rest of mall was mediocre, JCP had tons of clothes but style was bland. Large army base leads to lots of for traffic but stores here sell basic apparel despite high shopper turnout. Mall in Durham is much better and Crabtree Mall in Raleigh is great.

Way overrated and overpriced. I believe they are selling knock off merchandise

Honestly one of the most boring malls I’ve been too, mediocre stores, small and not much variety in the food court. The food court has pan handlers outside and inside, sino wok always has people yelling at you for samples, whistling at you. Very bland experience

Waffle cabin food review ** ..I love love love this place but it’s NEVER open when I’m at the mall I waited all day for them to open once and it just never did the lights were in no one was working…I check the hours and it states they should be open when I go there …(this has happened several times) …I’d eat here way more often but what can you do !?! If you can ever catch someone working def try them out they are fabulous! As for the mall come willing to deal with dirty bathrooms and crack heads dancing in the food court it’s unfortunate bc this is a decent store mall and malls are just dying out since Covid!

Love going here! Lots of stores and restaurants close by. You can make a day trip out of going to the mall. Traffic is usually pretty heavy around the area, so drive carefully!

0/10 mall 10/10 goose farm I have never seen a mall plant grass and bushes and not maintain them at all. Some of the bushes are so tall it is dangerous to even exit the mall because you can't see people speeding at you over the speed bumps- and they are coming at your driver side door. (The exit near Macys is so bad i have almost been crashed into just trying to leave many times- cant see to get out at all). Really sad to see the mall get so much worse instead of better over the years. I hope they can hire ground maintenance- the restaurants do and the trash at the mall is always a lot in the parking lots - give people more trash cans. Especially broken glass is a huge problem here. Whoever owns this mall needs to hear about this somehow - and I used to work here I know no one cares which is really not good and explains why the mall is so bad and continues to get worse.

I HATE going to the mall but this mall isn't too bad since it's only one level with a lot of police patrolling the area

👍 Cool little Plaza to stop by. There's a variety of Stores & Businesses, so you can do one stop shop for several needs all at once! The place looks mostly well kept & it feels safe to be in, the few times I've been to. ☝️💓🙌
