Pizza is always good but the customer service whenever I place a carry out order is horrible. We placed an order online 40 plus minutes ago, was told the order was ready for pickup 10 mins ago, get here and the cashier (girl with glasses) blatantly ignored my boyfriend’s many request for his order. She kept brushing him off saying, it’s coming out of the oven now. He came out of store looking frustrated (without our food). I sent him back with the confirmation number of the order and proof that the order states “ready for pickup” the cashier then says it would be another 15 minutes for the pizza. Which leads me to believe that they hadn’t even started on my order yet. We literally ordered one cheese pizza lol. I only gave 2 stars because the pizza is always delicious. I don’t mind the wait, I would just like to be prepared for it. The order was placed online for our convenience and this ended up being the opposite of a convenient experience. The cashier could care less.

I had never ordered a steak and cheese sub until today , and this is how I received it ☹️ it’s burnt and that’s all you can taste. I’m highly disappointed

I had a terrible experience at the Hope Mills location with the Manager. I am a new customer of Marcos and new resident of Cumberland County. Just purchased my home here about a month ago. I have frequented the Skibo location and it was a great experience. Too tired to travel and decided to call for delivery. I was told that the Hope Mills location delivered to my location. I called and ordered 2 Philly Cheese all the way but what I received was 2 soggy, cold, sandwiches with barely any meat, a few mushrooms and cheese. Now, I've never heard of a all the way sandwich with only this so I called back for clarity. My co cerns was met with rudeness and harsh words from the Manager. I asked for a General Manager and the Manager sarcastically said "Sureeee" and placed me on hold. When she returned she stated that her Manager refused to speak to a customer with a concern and what she said was correct. I was in shock. I asked for the store location number which she gave 8006 which belongs to another store. This is who represents Marco's Pizza. This is representation and that is highly disturbing. I will be blogging about this and word of mouth is the number 1 form of advertising. Not a great way to conduct business.

Marco's Pizza is a family favorite. I used to frequent Little Caesar's because they obviously have the cheapest priced pizza. We are a family of 6. My wife got Marco's Pizza one time and my daughter expressed how inferior Little Caesar's was. I couldn't stop laughing. She accused me of depriving her of "real pizza". She was 7 years old. Stay on the lookout for Marco's Pizza coupons and online ordering. You'll save a bundle.

I really enjoy their pizza so let me get this out of the way first. But my last few visits have been super unfriendly. I have no idea what’s going on. I usually order from the app and did so today. I arrived when it said to and no pizzas were behind the counter. So I was just standing there for a good 5 minutes before I took a seat. Then my pizza was brought out. No one let me know what was going on. A simple “sir, we’re still working on your pizza” would suffice. The pizza is good but the service is questionable to say the least.

I just ordered from Marco's in Hope Mills and was surprised at my total. When I received my food I reviewed the bill and found out that a 15-piece garlic parmesan wings is $22! The website says that the wings are $15.99. also, when I went on the website to research the prices I found many deals offered for what I ordered none of which were mentioned to me when I called to make the order. They could have saved me a lot of money by mentioning these discounts. I guess they saw me coming and got as much money out of me as they could have. I will not be ordering from them again.

Tonight when I went to pick up my order, I sat in my car while I waited for it to be ready. The girl who works the front counter (brown hair, skinny, glasses) sat in front of the window and repeatedly/deeply picked her nose and hair. When I went inside (ready to cancel my order after what I witnessed) she preceded to remove my order from the oven and touch several other items within the kitchen WITHOUT EVEN WASHING HER HANDS FIRST! I asked her why she thought it was ok to pick her nose and hair in public and not wash her hands. She responded "Whaattt? I said "I just saw you digging up your nose and now you're touching my food" She didn't respond and decided to wash her hands. Needles to say I was beyond disgusted with the whole incident. The fact that she was so comfortable picking her nose while sitting in the front window of this establishment is disgusting! Almost all of the other workers were not wearing hats, one was eating a lollipop while making food, and they didn't even know my food was in the oven so it was just sitting there. I will NOT be back to this location. I know everyone is still short staffed but that doesn't excuse the lack of basic cleanliness.

Good service, order on time for pick up as notify. Good taste pizza and deserts.

Best pizza in town... Move of a new york style pizza. And the service is A1. Workers make you feel right at home...

Love this place and the pizza bowl is the best especially for those who that cannot eat gluten.

Not my favorite! I ordered two pizza. One (s) and one (m) The slices are very small. Not worthy for the price. Also I ordered 10 pieces of plain boneless chicken...there was only 5 pieces in regular size.....the rest were tiny pieces, its looked like crumbs. Very disappointed. Personally, I will not spend my money again in Marco's pizza. NEVER AGAIN!!

The Chili Tai Wings and the all meat calzone is ALL DAT, yes DAT! It's our ole faithful for the good size of the wing dings and freshly made calzone 💯

This Marcos in Hope Mills is the absolute best pizza in town, by far, the best customer service, the people that work there are the friendliest, it is our go to place for pizza and many other items on the menu! Thank You Marcos in Hope Mills, y’all are the absolute best around!

Can you say unsanitary. Workers do not wear gloves, hair or beard nets. The girl who was working the cashier was going from the register back to making pizzas and back to the register without washing her hands or using hand sanitizer. The guy who was taking the pizzas and other items out of the oven was touching the finished pizzas, wings, and other items again with bare hands. The whole place just screams unsanitary. Won't catch me spending my money again at this establishment.

The driver to delivered my food was very kind. The pizza was good, I got the cauliflower crust and a regular crusted pizza. The wings weren't good at all. They were soggy and fatty so I didn't get to enjoy much of them but ate what meat I could. I'd definitely go here again for the pizza and for the customer service.

I normally don’t leave reviews. But I feel like I needed to on this topic. Yesterday evening, we had placed two different orders. We waited a long time(45 minutes) which was okay, we knew it was busy. But while we waited, we watched a girl staff member treating another girl employee like garbage, and she clearly has a disability or is “different.” Regardless of the stress you are under, or how busy you are, you don’t take that frustration out on someone who is mentally different, knowing they won’t or can’t defend themselves. I was a little disappointed. The pizza bowl I ordered was absolutely amazing, but I was extremely disappointed with the experience and I truly hope that poor girl isn’t treated like that each time she works.

I ordered on October 10th. The driver forgot my 2 liter. The driver gave the option to bring the drink back or put a credit in the system. I said a credit would be fine since the order took an hour to arrive. I ordered online again last night (Oct 22) and called the store to have the drink added to the order. The first employee was clueless. She didn't understand what I was saying. She put me on hold, and I spoke to a male employee. He stated my drink would be brought to me. My order was delivered WITHOUT the drink. I shouldn't have to go through so much trouble. I used to do pizza delivery, it really isn't that difficult.

Delivered promptly, with excellent mannerisms. Pepperoni Pizza was absolutely delicious. Strongly recommend! Others in my group enjoyed their food as well.

Pizza is always good, ready on time or before & is a really good value.
