There
is
only
one
worker
who
is
all
about
customer
service
and
very
polite,
his
name
is
Cody.
He
gets
5
stars,
everyone
else
has
horrible
customer
service
&
very
rude.
Yesterday,
6/21/18
around
5:55pm
I
had
picked
up
my
sub
from
ordering
on
the
app,
get
all
the
way
home
and
they
forgot
my
tomatoes
&
pickles.
Even
though
subway
never
answers,
I
called
anyways
and
after
it
ringing
for
10
mins
i
got
an
answer,
but
it
was
a
BP
employee,
he
talked
to
the
girl
and
she
said
to
come
back
and
have
it
remade.
It’s
the
point
of
having
to
drive
back
up
there;
but
I
did
(pregnancy
cravings).
The
light
skin
girl
(not
sure
her
name)
that
originally
made
my
sandwich
was
busy
with
a
customer
and
used
the
excuse
of
“I
got
busy”
that’s
why
they
had
me
on
hold
for
20
minutes
(that’s
til
I
hung
up).
Now
Gabby,
had
an
attitude,
snatched
my
receipt
from
me
&
started
to
remake
my
sub.
She
asked
what
was
wrong
with
it
and
I
told
her
and
she
looked
at
me
like
I
was
stupid.
She
then
finished
my
sub
and
with
an
attitude
“is
that
all?”
The
light
skin
girl
then
packed
it
in
a
bag,
&
ASKED
FOR
MY
ORIGINAL
SUB
BACK!
Are
you
serious!?
(I
already
touched
the
sub
so
it
would
be
wasted
for
one)
I
was
trying
to
be
polite
but
after
the
rudeness
I
had
experienced
I
told
her
no
she
can
not
have
it
back,
I
will
be
keeping
it
because
that
was
my
gas
and
time
wasted
from
having
to
travel
all
the
way
back
for
my
sub
that
she
messed
up
on
-
not
only
1
thing
forgotten
but
2!
(I’ll
buy
some
tomatoes
to
put
on
the
messed
up
sub)
She
then
snapped
“ok
whatever!”
I’ve
always
been
in
the
customer
service
field,
I
know
how
it
is
as
mistakes
happen
but
this
wouldn’t
be
a
horrible
review
if
they
were
polite
&
not
rude,
as
it’s
not
my
fault
they
messed
up
on
my
sub.
