Delicious food, great staff! As soon as we sat, we received authentic chips and salsa. Our food was piping hot and came out quickly. I will definitely be returning.

Service was fast!!! I highly recommend the Hope Mills Mi Casita's and thought the waitress Stephanie went above and beyond what most do. They have the hottest pico salad salsa I have had in a long time!!! You have to ask for the hot pico salsa!!! Atmosphere here is great and they work hard to accommodate your wants and needs!!! You must try the barilla street tacos!!! If you order take out it will ready usually by the time you get there!!!

To be honest, I stopped eating MI Casitas, not because it's bad, but because I just got burnt out on it. The same menu items for years. Lately, I've been tring the smaller taco stands/spots and find their more authentic. My wife and I decided to give it a go since it's been a long while, and we're surprised to see that they added birria tacos to the menu. You only get three small dippable tacos, but the quality is on point. The only issue is that normally, the soup you get to dip is usually in a larger bowl as traditionally, it's meant to be eaten separately. The caso taco is more tex-mex. But instead, they give you a tiny side with like 3 table spoons of it. You also have to ask for the lime, cilantro, and onion as they don't include like everyone else does. Overall, for the price, it's very good. Just don't for get to ask for the condiments and more soup.

The last few times I've ordered there was not enough vegetables in the fajita quesadilla and the chicken was dry. I have to bypass the Hope Mills location and go to a different MI Casita to get my food the way it used to be made. I'm not sure what happened to the quality of the food. It's like the vegetables they use are pieces that are usually discarded. Like the hard outer pieces of an onion. Why would that be in my quesadilla?

Our waitress was great! Our appetizer came look good as we started eating found a piece of metal in my husbands food. The manager took it off the bill but as we were speaking w the manager he said they noticed the fryer needed to get new baskets but have been putting it off. I can see hair which is still gross but metal. stay far away from this place! Better off at wendy’s up the street.

Our server was very kind and attentive. The food however was a different story. We were the first customers of the day and everything tasted like it came straight from the fridge and then spooned onto a plate. NOTHING was hot. We had to send everything back

I mean it's not like my momma in law makes, but really good. Tasty red sauce, salsa had just enough kick. We got the $49.99 family tray, it's a great deal, 4 each, shredded chicken burritos 🌯, tacos 🌮 enchiladas and cheese quesadillas,2 bags of chips and 2 salsas and a gallon of sweet tea, beans and rice. Definitely gonna put this on our rotation. Super fast service as well take out.

Came here to grab late lunch . Hostess was super friendly !! However our waiter was horrible . Didn’t greet us or ask us what he wanted just stood beside table with pen starring at us . Waiter tossed chips on table along with spilling cheese dip by slinging it across the table . Food came out good time but my shrimp rice bowl was super hot in some places then freezing ice cold in other places of it . My husband order the traditional guacamole bowl picture posted what he got honestly its lazy . Napkin holders was empty , waiter tried to bring us our check didn’t ask or offer dessert so we had to request it we felt like we were being rushed the whole time restaurant was almost empty only 3 tables in whole facility was filled including us . When my husband asked for a refill on his water instead of the waiter asking for his cup politely he shrugged then kept doing the gimme gimme with his hands instead of using his words . Dude was super rude . Deff won’t come back here again use to be our fav spot . For now on we will just go to El Cazador. This place has deff changed

I used to come to this restaurant over 10 years ago before I moved. I was back in town this weekend and decided to hit it up again. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! Of course, the business has moved and the restaurant is much bigger but it still had the same great service and same great food. The Carne Asada street tacos still tasted as delicious as I remembered and my son loved his Burrito Azteca. I'm planning on coming back again soon as it was so good and our experience was so pleasurable!!!!

The staff has went downhill. We waited forever for chips and they gave us the salsa bottles that were crusted up with dried salsa to pour from ourselves. Then my daughter's food was cold when it got to the table and the portion was way smaller than normal! Definitely used to be the go to favorite spot for birthdays and just meeting up as a family but we've started venturing elsewhere due to the service! I miss the old Mi Casitas before they moved buildings!

The food was not worth the visit. The customer service was great. However, it could not make up for the worse Mexican food we have ever had. The tortillas smelled like rubber, and the guacamole was gray. It is not authentic Mexican food. It must be from a can. The atmosphere is very nice.

So I went there with my family and I got my order and the food looked and tasted dry and when the server came over and she was super nice she went and talked to the manager asked what’s wrong told him I even had a picture of the food and I took one bite of the enchiladas and the refried beans and the rice that was served so I ate less than half but the manager wanted to charge me half. I don’t need to complain about anything when I go to restaurants because I’ve worked in them so instead of taking it off my bill, he grabs my money out my hand charges me for it and then I lower says I should’ve charged you more. Excuse me sir who are you? He said he was the manager and I’m like wow this is how the managers handle their guest. The manager should be fired. I am a paying guest for one with my family instead of fixing the problem or even offering a different food he just gets angry snatching my money charges me, and then says he should’ve charged me the whole thing, so I’ll be honest with you people don’t go there to eat while the manager works there especially if your food isn’t good he’s either going to charge you have or the whole thing according to him

We were highly disappointed in our meal. We stopped in for a quick lunch and were seated very quickly but aside from that everything was subpar. My jumbo margarita tasted like watered down Sierra Mist. The chile relleno has absolutely no chile. The chicken fajitas were incredibly bland, no flavor, very low quality food. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

Generous portions and good quality. We got a taco salad and stuffed pablanos. So delicious. As always, their chips and salsa were yummy and plentiful. Unlike some other restaurants, those come with their meals.

First please understand I'm not a spicy food guy. I get the same thing every time. I go because the family likes spicy and they mix it up. On that note food is always good. Staff are nice and quick Good bar menu

If you’re wanting Mi Casitas - Tallywood is the one to go to. Hope mills MiCasits has awful service. Very very stingy. Once we paid, the service stopped. The cheese is very very watered down. And the food portions are ridiculous. I ordered pollo la Lina which is my favorite. I literally got half of what I do every time I go to the Tallywood location. Had to ask for the pineapple that’s supposed to go with it. HopeMills.. dropped the bomb. Won’t ever go to this one again.

Absolutely the thinnest, most delicious taco salad shell I've ever eaten. I shared pieces with fellow diners, and they also agreed. Service was superior. The goofy colored light turned the quacomoli brown like pudding, and we were frightened to taste brown quacomoli. The waiter used the flashlight app on his phone to show us it was really green. It turned out tasty... but..lose that light bulb..it may affect more customers like us. I'll be back for more. I'm choosing another table.

Very good food, this place stays a bit busy but we got to our table quickly. Our waiter was also super kind. Definitely recommend this place if you're feeling Mexican food.

Worst Mexican restaurant ever. The service was good but the food was not good. Got the #7 steak burrito and it was not steak. I know why people said it was tender. It is roast and all the other food didn't taste like Mexican food and the white cheese was watered down. Never going back.

I love this restaurant. The service was great. The waitress kept checking on us, made sure our drinks were replenished and our food was to our liking. She got a good tip. What I also liked was the atmosphere. I've been to Mexico quite a bit and get the Mexican vibe while at Mi Casita. I had the burrito bowl this time. You must visit.

The service was friendly, fast and the food was delicious! I had the Loco Burrito and the steak in it was tender and had great flavor. My husband had the Burrito Fundidos super yummy! Both had the Tropical Margarita WOW! Delicious!

Was there at 2pm Easter Sunday not very busy. 4 people in party waiter was very nice but off the bat got the drink orders wrong. I ordered water was given sweet tea. The two taco salads ordered were wrong also did not have time to wait for remake. I ordered beef and got dry chicken the other was a chicken taco salad but they did not put any beans in that one and the shell was a lot darker than mine( over done). The manager said he would adjust the bill it was the same amount when paid and he kept the copy so I don't have it to post. I have eaten there before and food was good and correct will not be back to this place.
