The food took a little while to get there but was very worth the wait. Some friends had pizza I had a calzone and the magic mushroom soup for a starter which is really tasty, but mushrooms so not for everybody. The waitress was really attentive and very kind. Bonus she had some pretty butterfly tattoos on her neck. The restaurant wasn't busy when I got there but filled up quickly and it seemed to be managed pretty well. Even had the on-duty manager come to our table to deliver food and ask questions which was nice. Drinks were refilled appropriately and we were asked if we needed anything helps a few times during our meal which was nice as well. After lunch a few of us opted for desserts and I had the peanut butter cookie which I asked for it warm and it was and they give you a chocolate to drizzle over the top. Man what a tasty dessert. I also got to try a piece of somebody's brownie it was very rich but very delightful. Made a trip to the men's room which was a very very clean and had no foul smell which is always nice. Great time great company great staff I would recommend this to anybody who wanted to try and we will be back

We got the Holy Shiitake pizza to share. My husband had the mozzarella stuffed meatballs and I had the mushroom soup. The soup and pizza were amazing! This location was understaffed the night we dined, so service was a little slow, but the food was amazing and everyone was pleasant.

Sidney is so cool!!! This is an update. I’ve added a star to make it 5 stars because of her! She came to check on us and literally became part of our dinner for just a moment because she is so cool!! Love her and don’t Even know her!! Old: If you are headed to Mellow Mushroom tonight make sure you have cash. Their phones are also down. Last time I ordered online they forgot to bake the pretzels so by the time I left the pizza was cold. So tonight I tried to call over and over. I thought a phone order might be better. I couldn’t get through for 30 minutes! I love their food enough to drive there to order. I realized the phones and internet was down:( I want to give them 5 stars but the last two visits have had less than awesome service.

This is not my first visit, but it's been awhile. I arrived at opening 11am, I was the first customer. The hostess was friendly and she escorted me to my table. I visited the restroom, it was clean and smelled sanitized. My server was Nevaeh, she was pleasant and courteous. She was also very patient as I looked over the menu. The prices are reasonable, I've included the menu in my photos as of this review. After placing my order, the food arrived in a timely manner. I asked for my pizza to cook a bit longer, that request was honored. My server was attentive, she checked on my constantly. This was a very good experience, and I will return. I recommend you try it, and sit in Nevaeh's section.

I have never heard of this place and never heard anybody talking about it so when I was taken to this place because I wanted jerk chicken I was taken there for a jerk chicken sub something I never had when I tell you it was freaking awesome had feta cheese baby spinach the chicken was full of flavor and spicy the bread was fresh oh my God. My waitress while I can't remember her name she was a beautiful black woman with a wonderful smile and an amazing personality all of the wait staff seem to be real friendly this is the place to go and on top of that they got the transformer bumblebee outside yes 10 out of 10 Stars

Mellow Mushroom is my favorite pizza chain. The quality and consistency of their pizza is without equal. The crust is crispy yet chewy with a great bread flavor.

We went here last night for our anniversary. Unfortunately, they were closing early for their staff Christmas party. We were going to try to place a to go order, but after hearing why we were there and that we had driven an hour to get there, a member of the staff talked to the manager and they allowed us to dine in anyway even though we tried to decline and simply place the order to go. I can't understate how kindly we were treated during this experience and, as always, the food was delicious! Near the end of the meal they brought "a little surprise" for us in the form of this pretzel. Thanks for making our anniversary a great one! We love you guys!

Mellow is always so good, but on the pricier side but never any complaints about the food. Last night I ordered a calzone and true to my word it was great. Quick and delicious dinner for my first time in Fayetteville.

We love this place. Pizza is delicious. We got the white pizza with pepperoni. Definitely will be back.

The staff was friendly and helpful, this was my first time visiting. I ordered the jerk chicken sandwich and pretzels to go. They were both delicious. I had never had jerk chicken before so I really didn't know what to expect but I loved it! The pretzels came with a marinara sauce and I ordered the beer cheese dip on the side. Both were great. I had a nice experience overall so I will be back when in town. While waiting for my order it started to pour down rain. I asked could I just get a table to eat and was told (nicely) that I could not. It irritated me a little but I did not push, the hostess seemed genuinely apologetic about it. I had decided if the rain hadn't let up when I got my food I would press a little harder as to why I couldn't now dine in, I didn't mind tipping a waitress and half the job was already done for them but the rain had subsided before my food came out so I just took it to go like I had originally planned. No harm no foul.

After trying a few other pizza places in town, I was almost ready to give up on finding somewhere with consistently good pizza. After a recommendation from a friend, I tried the Holy Shiitake Mushroom Pizza and was blown away. This is now my go-to for pizza in the Fayetteville area. The service is fast and very friendly. Their other pizzas are good too, but I highly recommend the Holy Shiitake as a must try!

Came here with a party of 4, place wasn't crowded but the staff in the front were trying to sit us on the outside and I requested to be placed on the inside I saw the staff get annoyed but why in the world would you think we'd like to sit on the outside knowing darn well it's hot and humid we ain't going to eat our food comfortably jeez...those two male staff members running the front reception area lacked costumer service so disappointing! Food was ok, not really worth the hype tho but gladly our server(guy had glasses didn't get his name) was easy going and went above and beyond! The Texas location was way better than this one, won't be coming back anytime soon!

I have eaten here probably 15 times since moving to Fayetteville and I finally had enough of this place. I've literally never gotten a pizza here they didn't mess up. I always get a gluten free crust and for some reason that confuses the kitchen. I end up with toppings missing or on the side every single time. I once got a pizza with only cheese on it and every single other topping in little containers for me to put on. We've even specifically asked our servers to make sure my pizza is correct and they've had to send it back each time. On top of that this place is unbelievably slow. I've been to Mellow Mushroom in many different cities, but this wins the award for the worst. I buy frozen gluten free pizza now and it is SO much better.

There was no wait time to get in when we arrived. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our orders were taken promptly and served fresh in a reasonable time. The variety of food was great the menu accommodated a vegan,vegetarian, and a carnivore adequately. It was a relaxing atmosphere to catch-up with old friends.

We've taken two large parties to Mellow Mushroom over the last few months, and both experiences were excellent. Everyone we've encountered has been phenomenal! The members of the staff we've come into contact with have all been very friendly and professional. The restaurant is very clean, but we also love the back patio. The pizza is hot, fresh, and delicious!

The staff was very understanding when I was having a slow day while having a meal with a group of friends there. They showed compassion, understanding, and patience when I was trying to get my bill paid at the last minute, unexpectedly. Thank y'all, because I felt so embarrassed 😅. 5 out of 5 stars!!!

It was my first time at a mellow mushroom restaurant and it was really good!! Amelia was our waitress and she was so nice and gave me a good recommendation! The pizza was a 10/10, like I don’t know how they make their crust but it’s super yummy. Btw it was great white pizza!

My husband ordered a veggie calzone to go. It was ready in less than 10 minutes. The atmosphere is calm and mellow, as the name suggests. It smelled amaxing. He said it's tasted good and there was no greasy oil dripping. The chef even cut it into 3 nice eat and drive pieces.

First timers. We didn’t receive immediate service. They had a big party. We decided to get it to go, but hearing the situation the manager quickly apologized and took care of us with the best hospitality. We will definitely go again and dine in one day. But thank you to the manager for being great and taking such great care of us.

Very rarely do I give 5 stars in every category, but this place impressed me. We ordered take out, and placed our order online with no trouble. Everything was made as we requested, and was ready at the time they promised. Our food was packed so that it stayed hot, while keeping my salad from getting wilted. We were greeted with a smile when we arrived, and the lady was so personable and efficient. I wish I had gotten her name. The restaurant itself was clean and the atmosphere very laid back. We ordered a Greek salad, steak hoagie, and pretzel bites. Everything was absolutely delicious! We will be back to dine in!

The food was great - Holy Shiitake Pie was something worth writing home about. Sat in the bar section for a late lunch and the bartender / sever was so genuinely friendly and pleasant. I’d strongly recommend this location and would return if my travels bring me back to Fayetteville. Thanks 🍄 🍕!

This is one of our go to spots for lunch. Staff is always awesome. Lots of beers on tap. Pizza and calzones are delicious. You can order a couple slices and have a beer for the same price as fast food. We've done going aways here as they accommodate large groups well.

A very nice atmosphere that is becoming for what it is named. Lovable staff, friendly and quick with drinks and food. Informative about the dishes as well as engaged into the customers as if one were indeed family here. A fire pit, a bar, great food and people. What more could you ask for in a Fayetteville meal?

Staff is friendly, the facilities claim and the food is phenomenal. It is hard for a restaurant to be both moderately healthy and delicious mellow mushroom does it!

I went with two friends for lunch. It was slow during the time we were here, only two other tables. Our waitress was on top of it! We got the spinach dip per her recommendation and it was amazing! We also ordered the pretzels bites and cheese. Omg, delicious! Each of us ordered our own personal pizza and they were on point! I love this location and will be back!
