    On Sunday August 6th 2023 at 7pm I went to this facility to grab a bite before work. The service was unpleasant upon receiving my food but I still gave them the benefit of doubt. I was on my way to work and didn't have time to eat and drive. Once I bit into the pizza I notice it was mushy and doughy. I bit into it again to make sure. I called the store asked for the manager I spoke with TRAVIS SMITH. He informed me to bring him the pizza out of the trash and bring it to him in order to receive a refund. Mind you I work 25 minutes out and don't get off until the next day. So he want get it until the next day. I informed him that it is cross contamination and I will not ever eat at this facility again. I hope this brings awareness to others. Travis Smith have terrible customer service.

    This place gets three stars only because I love some Little Caesars Pizza. But these folks really need to up their game. There was barely any sauce on the pizza and the cheese was burnt guess they need to turn down there oven. I ordered the extra most bestest and you can tell there was no extra cheese on here or the pepperoni that I ordered

    If it was possible to give negative stars I would! On Main St I specifically asked if they had 2 pretzel crust ready. I had a long day at work and wanted to grab and go. She said yes but no cheese sauce. I said no problem, paid for them abs instead of handing them to me she asked me to pull around front. 20 minutes later I called and asked where my pizzas were. People were coming and going. I was parked in front of the door. She asked everyone if they took pizzas to the black jeep. Well obviously not! 10 minutes later ask don't have them so I go on. One girl is asking if anyone has black jeep pizzas then tells me they are waiting on one. Then said they are cutting it up. She then hands me 2 pizzas. Not one "I'm sorry". Not a thank you have a good day. Nothing! The pizzas were not even hot. I watched numerous people come and go so obviously they forgot about me then were rude to me and have me medium warm pizzas. I'm never go back!

    I do not understand why everytime we come here, they always say there is a 10-15 minute wait for pepperoni and cheese pizza. You literally advertise hot and ready but never have anything ready. I could understand if it was a 1 time thing Or a complicated order or a large order but it's literally the same order every time. Not to mention the last time we came, she had rang our order and took our payment and then told us about the wait. We wouldn't have waited had we known there was one. It's ridiculous.

    I called and placed my order for a Supreme pizza. I was c told 10 to 15 minutes got there and was told they didn't have an order for from me so I reorder instead of going else. I was told it would be brought to my car in 10 minutes. 17 minutes later this guy comes out with no idea who he was looking for until I wave his over. I was right in front of the door. Next time I'll call pizza hut

    I’ve been ordering here for years and the pizza is always good and hot but while I was sitting waiting for my order I saw movement out of my left peripheral vision. I looked down and saw 3 roaches 1 ran under the soda’s the other 2 ran under the counter toward the food area. I recorded it and called the manager who said she would notify the owners. I won’t be going here for a while. I tried to upload the video but Google only allows photos.

    This girl she was white with long brown hair was over talking to this guy with dreads while my pizza was sitting on the counter getting cold. Then when I came inside she gave me attitude and said “why didn’t you come in here and get it ?” But she said it’d be brought out when it was ready. I will never eat here again because the service is terrible, whoever hired her needs to fire her I’m not wasting my money on cold pizza

    So the manager on duty was rude. A young girl was training it was her first day, she did not ask my name or give me a receipt, and I guess in the mix of it. She did not ring up one of the pizzas on the order but charged me. So after sitting there for 30 minutes. Waiting on my pizza that I keep saying. I ordered the manager finally slung my pizza on the counter and chopped it up with a Attitude, I simply told her if she would not have come Uber there being rude to the New Girl and took Uber my order, she would have placed it right. Took my name and gave me a receipt. Then I would have seen the air in order of the pizza agand not sit there for 30 minutes. Wait home pizza

    I ordered on the app. We arrived at the location 5 minutes prior to our order being ready and were told it would be ready in 10 minutes and to pull our car around and park. We waited about 25 minutes then we went into the location and they said three more orders were in front of ours and they would be starting it soon. At this point we requested a refund. I just called the suggested number as per your request and have so far been on hold for over 30 minutes. Even your corporate customer service is lacking.

    When a person says “it will be a 10-15 min wait” I take that as it could be an 8-20 min wait. But not 45min! These people suck at a simple job. It’s just pizza people. You suck at your jobs!

    Multiple times I've decided to stop to grab a quick pizza from this location. Whether a long day or the ease of my stressful day to not have to worry about cooking dinner. Though counterintuitive to my intentions, more often than not, I've received an uncut pizza or the wrong pizza entirely. Two stars for the lack of accuracy and completion of my orders. The staff is friendly enough though.

    I get the mostest pepperoni pizza and I may have to wait to get one HOT out of the oven but I never mind !!!! 10 mins at the most is the longest I've had to wait .. believe me, it's worth it !!

    I absolutely love Little Caesar's. My sister and I ordered pizza and an order of IBC....the young man who waited on us was baffled when she gave him $23.26, our order came to $13.26, and he said, "You gave me too much money. She said I did that to get a ten dollar bill back. This fellow stayed baffled while telling us to park in front, and he would bring our order out to us. Twenty minutes later I walked in to get our order. I don't believe that I will ever go back to Little Caesar's in Hope Mills again.

    It's about what you expect from a $5 pizza shop. Food was prepared well and ingredients were alright. Got curbside at 6pm only had to wait 15 minutes.

    Top was BURNT , the gooey cheese is usually my favorite part, this time it was horrible. Pep and cheese so burnt and hard I couldnt eat it🥺 and almost no sauce the, crust was almost under cooked.

    On February 19, 2022, after celebrating my baby boys birthday at approximately 7:20-7:25pm I entered this little Caesars and stood there unattended while the manager on duty that night (mia)fratenized with an ex employee about where she would be attending school, and about how she had to straighten out several customers who were complaining about there orders,, 5minutes later a young black employee came out and asked me if anyone had took my order. At this time Mia showed no concern and continued fratenizing. My order was taken at approximately 7:30 and I did not leave that establishment with until 8:20 without my complete order. Mia was very disrespectful , and unprofessional . While I sat there and respectfully and patiently waited for my 3 pizzas I observed multiple customers come in with intentions on getting refunds for their wrong orders being admitantly told that she could not refund them their money but they can have something of equal order. She was very deceitful and conniving in convincing the customers of this. After I watched multiple customers walk in pickup, or order their pizza being served and waited on vigorously by the young black employee who initially took my order . Mia did nothing but show, annoyance and irritation towards her night of overwhelming orders and order errors. After 40 minutes of waiting I received only 2 of the 3 pizzas . At this time Mia insisted that she put the money back on my card after I questioned the whereabouts of my last pizza. First of all I used my card for the 1st 2 pizzas and after waiting for 25 minutes I then placed an order for an plain pineapple pizza which I paid the young female employee with 2 five dollar bills . My change was $2:44 cents. after i respectfully mentioned this to Mia she was adamant that SHE put the complete amount on my card. At this time I stated that since she was being so sarcastic, cold and unconcerned that she call the authorities so that I can get a better resolve from her or a refund.. At this time Mia put 1 $5 bill in my hand as she used that same hand to put 24 cents onto the bill that was already laying in my hand like a waterfall causing the change to intentionally roll out of my already opened hand. As I calmly and respectfully addressed her inappropriate behavior , Mia began to decitfully contour a smile and say that it was an accident and for me to leave their store because I was getting on her nerves, that's when the young black employee, who initially took my order reach in her own pocket and gave me 2, $1bills, which put me close to my correct change minus 20cents . I thanked her and told her that I knew that she knew the truth but couldn't go against the grain and say anything to her manager who was already obviously, evidently, wrong and disrespectful . At this time I thanked this young employee for doing the right thing and I encouraged her to always listen to her own conscious when it tells her to do right. Upon leaving the establishment I respectfully told Mia how disappointed I was with her that she could treat me like that after I waited so long, respectfully and patiently. I also stated to her that after being treated with so much unprofessionalism , attitude and disrespect, that I would not be returning to that establishment and that I would be writing a review . At this time manager Mia and the Caucasian lady who was running the drive thru began to hysterically laugh. I wrestled against myself all week for not filing a formal complaint against manager Mia, and am so appreciative of being able to do so now. I've been in the food service industry for over 20yrs and have never been faced with such disrespected by an employee. I hope after posting this review that manager Mia is appropriately reprimanded and held accountable for her egregious actions. No respectful paying customer should be treated so badly, especially when they hold on to their integrity and respect while being shamefully disrespected, and in this case while manager Mia was already in the wrong.

    Called in an order. It took them 50 minutes! The girl up front was extremely overwhelmed. She was trying her hardest. They were very busy!! Understaffed I'm guessing.

    The rating is not necessarily towards the place or food but towards the workers specifically the manager….. every time I order I get a pizza with NO CHEESE…. 8 out of 10 times they’ll bring a pizza with cheese. But she quickly fixes the mistake and also uses the moment to train/teach her staff on attention to detail. And for that I cannot get mad at. Service towards workers and public is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Plus they’re the only Lil Caesar’s that actually smile and greet you.
