Our first time coming here was last Sunday to celebrate my daughter's birthday and have her party. The check-in process was quick and easy. We were told where to put our belongings while we waited for our party to begin at 4:00 p.m. The children had 2 hours of jump time up from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. I like the wide variety of activities to play on as well as how open and spacious it is inside of DeFy. My favorite activity to watch was the large green slide and the zipline. The only thing that I would recommend or request be changed is that if, a party has been reserved and additional drinks purchased; please make it possible for the party attendees to have something to drink other than to pay for additional drinks out of the vending machine. We eventually went out to purchase additional drinks since it was allowed with the mega party pack. All in all, I would highly recommend coming here there are more activities for the children to do as well as the adults. My daughter and her friends had a blast at her birthday party.

MY KIDS HAD AN AMAZING TIME AND I LOVE ALL THE DIFFERENT TRAMPOLINES MY BABY GIRL WAS EVEN ABLE TO DO THE OBSTACLE COURSE I GUESS THATS WHAT YOU CALL IT! IT'S A LITTLE PRICEY IF YOU HAVE A FEW CHILDREN BUT WE LOVE IT!!! THEY GOT ON THE SLIDE AND SCARED THEMSELVES LOL MY SON LOVES IT and the sky glider is nice as well. The staff are so super sweet and monitor the kids very well.

This place is really fun!! My kids enjoy everything they have to jump on, swing on and more. They really like the slide. It’s fun for the whole family!! I agree with some of the music isn’t kid friendly but overall it’s super fun, most of the time I don’t think the kids pay much attention to the songs unless it is one of their favorites. There is a good amount of different things to play on, keeps them busy for a while.

My kids love this place and had so much fun, but I can't deal with the music. You'd think they'd play fun and kid friendly music (or dub step would probably be more fitting) but instead they just play garbage my kids don't need to hear. I had to look up the lyrics to this song to figure out what it was, but they played Hard to love by Calvin Harris. How is that appropriate for a place where there are tons of kids running around jumping on stuff?? Please change the music. Preferably something with no lyrics at all so we can just focus on having fun.

AMAZING time! Brought my husband here for a care free Father's Day and this place delivered!!!! So much fun! Only drawbacks that brought it down a star was not enforcing more than one person on some of the obstacles (had a very sweet kid join me on a swinging platform, but it didn't really end well for me no matter how careful I was) and one of the women's bathroom stalls was rough.... like fully unusable, but I informed the staff and they seemed ready to handle it 😅 Overall I definitely recommend this place!!

Fun place for families. It does get pricey when you have a large family, but the kids and adults loved it.

We have been going here for over a year. Cleanliness- could do alot better Price - best in town Checking in- horrible...lines don't matter, staff unfriendly Park play - lots to do but often broken equipment. No true control over busy times Safety - moderate, most staff don't care about rules Staff - most are unfriendly and most importantly not happy. We only go here for location.

It’s a cool park but for the price it’s not even close to worth it especially when some of obstacles aren’t even working. Everything is ridiculously overpriced too. You have to wear their branded specific socks which are also expensive. It was almost $80 for two kids and an adult. Glad I went to check it out but definitely will not be returning.

56 dollars and two of the the activities are shut down no obstacle course or the “big jump” as my kid calls it. So disappointed that’s a lot of money for 2 kids and not to enjoy the experience. I feel like before we paid we should have just been told so we could go to the next nearest trampoline park. !

My stepdaughters and her 3 cousins had an absolute blast today. All of the team members were super friendly and made sure our experience was great.. from the moment we walked into the door Elijah greeted my family with a smile and interacted with the children. The gentleman at the swing was there every time when we needed help reaching it and the other gentleman on the slide helped our daughter when she was scared to go down. A big thank you to you all!

The party host Mr. Courtney was great. Our overall birthday party experience was really good. The kids love it here. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the check-in process needs to be adjusted. Even getting there early as suggested, we still missed some of our scheduled jump time because other parties were also checking in.

Overall my kids had a blast however one of my boys shoes were stolen. Regardless if we sign waivers the children are super excited to have fun and I feel like the staff and the manager could have been more concerning and understanding and they definitely weren’t. Your child shouldn’t have to worry about their things if they are put up and locked away very very poor customer service.

We had a really good experience there. Lots of cool things to do, clean bathrooms and the counter staff were very pleasant. I thought the employees walking around would rather be somewhere else. Not very interactive or sociable.

We showed up at DEFY with our family, looking for a place to just let go and have fun. We were greeted by the friendliest staff - polite, welcoming, and happy to be there - and we had a wonderful day. The facilities were clean and safe; every Crew member was happy and helpful; and every obstacle, trampoline, and adventure was ready for the taking. Serious props to everyone working on 10/28 - thank you for making us feel welcome and free to enjoy our time. Great place on all fronts!

First time being there, with my grandsons. They had so much fun. They loved it especially my grands from NY. I will be back, no doubt. Kim cashier was so kind and so patient with me. We appreciate her service. The other employees were absolutely friendly, observant and very willing to help make sure that all the children were following the rules. Thank you staff.

Great time for both kids and parents. Surprisingly clean. The “flight club” pass is well worth the cost if you go just a couple times per month. But don’t go at peak hours, it’s a madhouse. Snacks are WAY overpriced — you’ve been warned.

It's a little pricey taking all 5 of our kids and we never keep up with our used socks. With that said, we've never been and our kids not had a blast. They love it and they're always tired when we are done. Couches and different places for parents to sit near by and see all your kids at the same time. They also have toddler only jump times, as well as overnight lock-ins and birthday parties.

Our first and last time to visit. Very Pricey but we thought it would be worth taking our twin grandchildren. Half of the activities were CLOSED! Also, it was Not Sanitary- Bathrooms, Entrance or even the Cubes for Shoes. I found a wallet full of Credit Cards and Identification and took it immediately to the Desk. Not even a Thank-you and we appreciate your honesty.

Clean, well maintained, the prices to jump are fair. Snack prices are steep, but they have to make up the price somewhere I guess. My family has gone a few times. There seems to be new additions each time we've been, so that's always exciting. The slide was a huge hit.

Place was great, my 2yr old had a blast. But there were certain things that were for certain age groups. If Defy could put up a sign on each different section on which ages are for which that would be helpful. Everything is very well protected for the people who come here so aside from the obvious sections that my daughter was too small to do, the rest of the jump platforms apparently have age limits to jump on that aren’t clearly marked. Minor inconvenience but still a very good experience

I took my two grandsons, ages 4 and 6, to Sky Zone today, and they thoroughly enjoyed it! Each boy was able to find activities that he liked, and the place was arranged so that I was able to keep an eye on both of them without too much difficulty. Staff members were circulating and answering questions without being intrusive. The boys were pleasantly tired by the time we left, and I’m sure they’ll be asking to come back (and I’d be glad to bring them back)!

The staff in the Birthday rooms were amazing! The facility is clean and there is alot of activities for the children. It would be nice to have more staff in each area. There were some children doing back flips in an area with no supervising staff. One child hit his head. The area he hit his head when landing, was padded, but maybe if there had been staff, thry would have advised the child against back flips. Also, lots of toddlers in the areas where no staff were. Larger kids jumping around the tots. Need adults to remind them to watch for little ones and about taking turns. Great experience!

My kids most definitely had a blast from jumping on trampolines to sliding down the slide to the zip-line,,, && did i mention that us adults enjoyed it as much if not more than the kids and we where just their to observe not jump.... So by all means I give them 2 👍🏼👍🏼.....
