A lot is still needing worked on. The staffing was a bit confused and all over the place. They should look into walkies to communicate with each other while running around. But they did amazing still on checking up on us and being super sweet. Would definitely come back when the place is actually ready and set up

Was a good place to go but now is disorganized and they no longer have waiters for dine and recline. Had I not gone looking for a menu I would not have found out that you now have to stand in a long line at concession counter to order from only one cashier that could take food order. All the while manager and assistant manager and one other employee stood and watched. Then they had an issue taking cash !?! So you place your order and then someone brings it to you in theater. You have to get your own condiments from a table in the theater with plastic knife and forks. Cuban sandwich arrives cold inside, as in refrigerator cold, cheese not even melted!? Used to enjoy coming to the movies here but standards have declined rapidly in past few months. Too bad

A fun location for everyone. Food, bar with out door seating, movie theater, arcade and bowling. If you don't want to bowl the you can watch. Lots of different seating options. Over all nicely laid out. Good parking and lots of places to eat nearby

We brought the kids for an early dinner and movie and then learned we couldn’t get food service at our seats. So we went to order at the bar, but we’re informed they couldn’t deliver the food — nor have it ready in the 40 minutes prior to our showtime. So, we were directed to concessions where we attempted to simply get some hot dogs — the attendant simply stated they didn’t have hot dogs even though they were on the menu. Luckily, we bought tickets through Fandango and just had them refunded. Next time we’ll pick a theater better suited to our needs.

This place was horrible. I paid for the kind of seat where my family and I could order our food from our seats, we get there and we can’t. Then we go to the concessions and the food is terrible and the girl working acted like she didn’t want to give a refund. The theater seats were confusing so when we got back people were sitting in our seats. On top of that the theater itself was not cleaned and the volume went out during our movie. My family and I didn’t even get to see the movie because we just couldn’t take it and left. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment.

Absolute joke. Came at 6pm and were told 730 availability. Didn’t offer to put our name on list. Came back at 7, someone else told us we needed our name added to list and said 730 available. 8pm rolls around and there were 5-6 visible lanes free, but then they said a “last minute” reservation came in and we would not be able to play tonight. What a waste of time, will never return.

This is a great place for group activities. Our group went bowling and used one of their packages to include the shoe rental, food, and drinks. Our servers were so nice and laid back. The food was really tasty. I enjoyed my experience here. They have plenty of balls to choose from. I had to take away a star because the ladies restroom was filthy and the lounge chairs in the bowling alley were ripped in places and held together with duct tape. Other than that, overall it’s a great place to bowl and enjoy friends.

Worst movie experience. Save your money and go somewhere clean and with better customers service. Maybe this place was good several years ago but not anymore. Keep your money and have fun somewhere better. I should have known better. The outside of this place was nice. It’s a clean well kept with many stores around. The weather was also great. I arrived early. I wanted to get a drink next door where the bowling center was at and that’s where it began. The bar was nasty, not clean and the bartender didn’t care to have new customers. She looked at me and told me it would be a while before she could clean or even serve me. I got tired of waiting and tired of being ignored. I tried to understand she was busy, but to be totally ignored is not cool. So I said screw it, let me go get some food and popcorn. While in line there was a young lady that works there behind the counter and in plain sight she started eating popcorn and drinking her icy in front of everyone. Let’s say she didn’t have a care in the world or manners. She stuffed her mouth and looked around while she drank her icy. When she finally turned to serve customers, she didn’t bothered to wash her hands or clean them. The staff was lost, they weren’t organized the outside of the counter weren’t cleaned. Around the butter machine look horrendous filthy and not sanitary. any fresh popcorn made, yeah right. It’s not hard to make fresh popcorn. They served old popcorn and they weren’t making any new popcorn fast enough. I Made the mistake and bought popcorn and hotdogs. After waiting for 15mins or longer for the hotdogs they gave me some little burnt greenish looking hotdog. I was really upset, I couldn’t get a refund because the manager was no where around. Then my daughter and I went to theater 10. Let me tell you the mess and filth we saw and found there. Trash all over the place, cups on seats and you’re regular movie trash on the floor. It’s like no one even bothered to clean it at all. I Again look and ask for a manager just to end up waiting for more than 15 mins and no one showed up and left. Save you’re money.

GREAT place. I went with my grandsons. Movies, bowling, food & an arcade... how can you go wrong? Grandpa was a hero! Especially after he won over 3,000 tickets! Ended up with 5,100 total and they have some decent things for the kids to buy with them.

Get the phone lines fixed, and the credit card machines. Then I'll give you 5 stars. The food was good and the customer service was outstanding

Worst movie experience ever!! Save your $$$ and go somewhere else. I live in the apartment community next door and will never visit this theatre again. No matter how close it is. The staff is rude and doesn't care about customer service at all. Don't visit this theatre!!

This place was great. Very clean and comforting. Great place for all ages. It is surrounded by many shopping and dining options. I took the kids to the movies all of the chairs recline, not just front row. I love movie theaters that serve food in theater, this was great. I was shocked by the huge portions and the food was really good. I highly recommend this theater!

Had a date night there. We enjoyed ourselves. The staff was so vibrant. My date always pays, he didn't make any bad remarks about the prices. We want to go back but with a group of friends.

I haven't dined in the theatre. I only went to see Creed 2 and they still were showing it and had a nice variety of show times compared to other theatres. The seats do have trays to eat on. Very cool place overall. I have played in the arcade and bowled here also and had a great time. Something to do no matter what. On the weekends the bowling lanes get filled quick so be prepared to wait. Very cool atmosphere and I wish it was closer to me but worth the drive. The Prices aren't the cheapest but still better than some with similar concepts.

Fun place to visit, offering movie theaters with reclining seats and seat side ordering for food and drinks. It has a bowling alley and a games room as well as a bar. Great place for the whole family or to take a date.

Very nice venue with a number of amenities which make your movie experience that much more enjoyable.

The sound and the big screen are amazing. Food was very good but expensive, as you would expect at the theater. The only reason I don't give it 5 starts is because the image got a bit blurry on fast action scenes. But might have been part of a pixar effect on the animation, I'm not sure. The people and environment was better than other theaters in the area. Overall a great theater!

I went with a couple friends today. Be aware that hourly bowling can be pricey especially on Friday and Saturday nights. We had a margerita pizza and the pizza was honestly awful. It was very soggy and cheesy and not good. My friends said the chicken nachos were good though. It used to be better but maybe since they are Paragon now they have gone downhill. Oh well. Arcade looks pretty fun though.

Most comfortable theatre seats I've felt! Plus the tickets are cheaper here than AMC (unless you're dining in). The floor in the lobby could have used a sweep, though.

The seats were exquisitely comfortable, but I'm not sure I'd pay top dollar again for a luxury box, because the onus was on me to do all the work. I had to find the QR code, order online, and really the staff only just dropped the food off like a DoorDash in the theater. My portabella soft tacos were rather tasting, but expensive for what they were. Honestly, I'd probably been better off just ordering at the concession stand. But the seats themselves were exquisite. Very comfortable, and even had a heater option. We were able to turn our side by side seats into a loveseat by moving the middle console up.

Had a blast! Second time visiting and we really enjoyed bowling and playing in the arcade. Food was good. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Went to a morning show only to find the doors locked. Luckily the manager,Chris, let us in. No hot foods or popcorn were ready for purchase. Also the lights hadn't been turned on in the auditorium so we had to find the manager. After the movie we decided to get popcorn to go. The popcorn was cold and tasted stale. When questioning why the popcorn was so cold, the older woman behind counter said " how long do think it's supposed to stay hot?". The physical space is nice and Chris was very help.

Review is in regards to the theatre. It's a fairly nice theater, however it's pretty well overpriced. This goes for tickets and food. Every time I've went, there has been some type of issue. The first time, there was food that seemed to be left out since the prior day as it smelled absolutely foul. Not sure if they actually clean between showings. The second time, the seats didn't recline; which is part of the reason you pay extra? I will say, make sure you check on their website for coupon codes for food. More often than not, there is a 5$ off or equivalent.

Cleanliness was way down from couple years back..did not serve food as did in past.. popcorn was less than desirable.. employees were friendly
