First of all let me shout out foxy 99 because that’s how I found out about this place…. So I went in just looking for a ring, similar to one my mother used to have.. but was side tracked because I seen the initial ring and a few other pieces that I just had to have.. I brought two rings and put the bracelet and initial ring on layaway.. I ended up going back the following week to get them lol The service was very professional, the inventory is exceptional and the prices are unbelievable!! I will definitely be going back.. They have a vip club that offer discounts on top of 50%-70% off retail value!! My only con: Is that I wished the same person could have assisted me during my second visit.

They give people discounts & promotions for 5 star ratings!! They are scammers!! The price of gold is currently $56 a gram. They start at charging you $180 a gram, then give a 50% discount at $90 gram, then gives a “manager” discount which only brings you roughly around $70 a gram. Stop falling for that 50-80% off bs the price is already jacked up!! I personally don’t shop here but I receive a piece of jewelry as a gift that was broken within a week of me simply doing everyday activities. The employees are very passive aggressive & act as if you don’t look like you have money then u don’t. *quick tip* the people with money are the most humble!! I personally don’t recommend.

Had heard their commercials on the radio since I moved to Fayetteville. However, I had never stopped in the store until today. I went in expecting to buy a pair of gold earrings but after being stared down by security as I was going to steal really upset me. If I didn’t have money to be in the store I would not have been there. I’ve gone into more higher end stores and was never treated how I was treated today. Needless to say I will not be returning.
