I love Hallmark stores. They always have the best card and eclectic gift selection. On average they also have friendly sales staff. Unfortunately, this store only meets half the criteria. Good selection of cards and gifts. Sales staff is not friendly. I’m a gold crown member, have been for over 25 years. We just returned to the area. I was excited to see what new Christmas was in the store. I spent a decent amount of cash in the store. Didn’t receive the calendars as other did and when I asked a question received a short curt reply. I guess I didn’t fit their usual customer profile for this location. Hallmark stores should be driving sales and growing the customer base- not driving customers away.

The store is your basic Hallmark store. Always clean and well arranged. However, twice I have been in there now in the service has been very poor. Not because of time of year but because of a particular cashier who has better things to do then customer service. If there was anywhere else to go for the items I needed I would have gone there and stuff.

A nice store that offers a large variety of decorations, cards and knick knacks correlating to most of the major holidays. This location is not terribly large but offers a fair selection of products for its size. Staff is courteous and helpful. A nice place to shop when looking for something different for the holidays.

Have been here numerous times. Staff is friendly, professional and helpful (informed me of an item that was available for free with an item I purchased). Very well stocked store. So will stocked that the store can be hard to get around in.

Always full of beautiful items and thoughtful cards. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They wrapped my gift beautifully. I was so proud to give gifts.

The store has tons of nice items. However the cashier literally made eye contact with me and my party of 3 and did not say one word. So I said hello. She barely spoke back. She then proceeds to stare at me as I am going up and down the aisles browsing. I asked her if she had a problem and she replied, "No, why?" Because you're staring at me and couldn't even speak before. Would give one star but they had nice items.

Something is weird in this store, with the employees anyway. You literally asked me 3 times in 7 minutes do I need help, and as I said 2 other times "I don't, Thank you." I am browsing the plethora of knick knacks and things for sale, you know like a patron. Clearly they did not care about if I actually needed help, and just wanted me to know they were watching, or just didn't want me there. Maybe there just overzealous with help, so I continued, however, After the 4th time of being asked, and noticing there weren't asking anybody else, I put my card back in my wallet, put the items back on the shelf and left, because at that point there was no doubt what those 2 employees were doing.

I bought a valentine card this time. I purchase a 48 year wedding anniversary gift the end of January. It was a hit. Hallmark has it going on. I like the place, it is super clean too. The staff is very helpful. They even wrapped the gift too, at no charge.

I had a bad experience with customer service. It's debut day and they have at least three employees, but didn't take time with me to make sure I had a good experience. I had some coupons and one was for 20%, but I couldn't use it and they did not explain why. Also, I didn't get my points. They were too busy squabbling about if they should take $100 bills.

This Hallmark is magical!! So many wonderful gift items from which to choose!! It does feel alittle tight and crowded, though. Staff is friendly and helpful.
