The Siege location is horrible. I ordered on the app and still was pulled because my order wasn’t ready after sitting in the very long drive thru line. I get back to work and my order is not correct. I ordered a Cobb salad with nuggets and they gave me cut up strips. (It’s not the same). Then the salad looked thrown together.

Very poor customer service. I’ve never experienced that at a chik-fil-a before but I guess they’re just like every other fast food place now. No one greeted me, my chicken was cold, the fries were SALTY, and the lemonade was bland (like sugar-free bland). I was not pleased at all and will not be returning.

The line took 30 minutes, and they got my order wrong 3 times. The employees taking orders were sitting by a window visible to the drive thru, so I could see them laughing and goofing off while they got my order wrong. They charged me and gave me fries I didn't ask for, and forgot all of the sauce we asked for (just chick fil a and a packet of Avocado lime ranch). Worst chick fil a experience I've ever had.

I worked at Ambrosia for many years and have always frequented the Siegen location and it was always so clean with great customer service. I’m not sure who is managing these days but this atmosphere is more of a Burger King than a Chick Fil A. For the last few months every time I come the bathrooms are nasty, the trash is overflowing, floors have trash on them. I have NEVER been to a Chick Fil A where this was a norm. The staff definitely is failing at the chick fil a standards!

It’s not too often I leave 1 star reviews but these guys earned this one. Placed order; chicken sandwich and chicken wrap with avocado dressing. We get half way down the road and noticed there was no dressing for the wrap. No problem, tried calling - no answer. I drive back and return 14 minutes later (11 minutes after closing). We pull up to the window and the absolute unprofessionalism of several employees was what I never thought I would receive from any chick-fil-a. They had acted though as they were on the streets with their gestures and rude attitudes. Poor management with a very childish staff to say the least. Needless to say, we never received what was paid for and was told by one of the staff members that they were closed as they were pooring themselves drinks, laughing and putting boxes in the window. Nice job - keep it classy chick-fil-a Siegen!! 👍

Gone there! I love this Chick-fil-A and it's sauce. The service is is good. Sometimes they get confused, but them they fix it. Plus the food come pretty quickly. And you can bring extra sauce if you have some for your food.

We do like Chick-Fil-a and this is only rating their mobile order policy. We ordered breakfast at 10:18. The app says to arrive before breakfast ends at 10:30. Arrived at 10:30 and waited in line for 12 minutes. Then we were told that they didn’t have my order and they couldn’t process the order because it was too late. I don’t understand why you even have a mobile order if you don’t actually order it until you get to the person at the end of the line and they hit the button to make your order. They did offer to order lunch and refund the order. Lesson learned. Won’t be using mobile ordering again because it’s not mobile ordering. It’s wait until you get there then make your order that you placed.

The nuggets were about the size of a dime.. I’m not sure if that’s how they’re supposed to be but I didn’t like it.. fries were hot and fresh tho! Five stars for the fries!!

Not your normal chic fil a. Dont do the drive through unless you want to wait 30 minutes. Also do not expect to get a straw with your drink as this also happens often since its more important for the cashiers to sit and flirt with one another

Ordered the nuggets with the kale crunch salad. Received an already opened sauce (didn’t even get a second sauce in my bag) and no almonds for the salad (it comes with it). Nuggets were cold like they had been sitting out for awhile. Disappointing. Not at all what I would expect from a Chick-fil-a.

Now really… you think this is how a $11 salad should look?? Then they say it depends on who fix’s it…. Wth

I ordered a Cobb salad and a bowl of soup. They did not give me my soup. I called three times and never got an answer. My husband was at a meeting so I sent him to see if he could get my aouo and they gave him tortilla soup because they were out of chicken noodle. SERIOUSLY!!! If I had wanted tortilla soup I would have ordered it.

As always fast and excellent service. I went for breakfast, so to avoid the drive thru line (which is always fast) I went inside. My chicken biscuit arrived at my table 15 seconds after I sat down. You can beat that kind of speed of service when everything is correct. All of my order was correct and the correct amount of condiments were included. And as always they concluded our business with 'My Pleasure ' making me feel. Welcome and happy. Tha k you for another great service. Just drop the politics and I would eat here much more often.

Amazing as always. Good food and always "my pleasure" with anything asked. Wish it wasn't so pricey but everything seems more expensive these days.

I have never had a problem with a chick fila until today and my experience with the Seigan Lane location! I have never waiting in a drive thru line soo long at a chick fila in my life just to receive cold food! My son's chicken nuggets were hard and dries out like they have been reheated in a microwave. Definitely not fresh!
