    This trip was ok. We ate in the restaurant. I ordered on the app and had the food brought to the table. The tenders and nuggets were a little over cooked. The fries and Mac and cheese were good. The soft serve ice cream was excellent. I have had issues with ordering in the drive through line. It’s better if you place the order on the app. The staff members working in the line are very nice but they just don’t seem capable of hearing and entering the orders correctly. They were very busy when we were there. There were a couple of tables that hadn’t been cleaned but overall it looked clean and organized. Staff members are always helpful and nice.

    Don't let the long lines discourage you from stopping here. We used drive thru and our order was taken by an upbeat and nice young lady. She actually took the order standing outside at our car window. Happiness is contagious and it was such a great experience to be greeted with a smile and not order through a speaker/microphone and asked to repeat your order numerous times because they can't understand you. The food was hot, fresh, and delish! Total time from pulling into the parking lot to exiting with our food was less than 5 minutes! Mind you, this was their evening dinner rush hour, so that's quite impressive!!

    This place has always been great. Recently I noticed more and more incompetent kids working there. I always have to check my orders to make sure they give me the right thing. These new kids need better training.

    Consistently: Great food. Smiling/ friendly workers. A GOOD app that works every time. Smooth, fast drive through. If every food joint worked like this chic fil a there would be no lines anywhere. They also respond to feedback(be nice, someone's reading it!)

    Worst chick-fil-a on the planet. Forgets dressing for salads all of the time! Then corporate comps me a salad with a coupon. Order it, say the dressing TWICE! Get home and guess what? No dressing. Then when I go back and tell the team leader that they need to do better and engineer their tickets to flag for no dressing either selected: she blames me for not getting read back the dressing from the drive thru attendant then storms off (I was not using any foul or aggressive language). FOR THE RECORD TEAM LEADER GIRL WHO CANT HANDLE CONFRONTATION: THE DRIVE THRU GIRL READ BACK THE ORDER AND MISSED THE DRESSING AND I SAID “AND RANCH TOO,” TO REMIND HER A SECOND TIME.

    The service is always good at chic fil a . Food is ok. I did have the new pimento cheese chicken sandwich and I have to say I did not like it. I think the honey does not work with the pimento cheese and the pickled jalapeños. Other than that, the food is consistent and cooked to order. Seldom is the order wrong and service is prompt and friendly.

    UPDATE - Feb 20, 2023 I'm knocking off a star after learning today that, at least at my local Chick-fil-A, they don't open the online order lane until 11 am. We had to wait in a fairly long line of people who hadn't pre-ordered & pre-paid as we did. Due to the chain's reputation for very long drive-thru lines, the advantage of having a dedicated lane for app ordering is a great impetus for us to grab a bite there. At least this visit, their breakfast line wasn't as bad as the lunch lines, but they're still pretty long. As in I could've gone across the street for a McDonald's biscuit, ordered through the speaker, gotten my food, and been on my way faster. Instead, this experience had me finding out the online order lane was closed when I tried to get in it, being told to drive around the building and get in the long line, wait for the people before me to decide on and order their food, then get my order. So, at least at breakfast, what's the point of using the app? -------- ORIGINAL REVIEW Good, high-quality fast food with unparalleled service. The only thing I don't like is they're somewhat overpriced for what you get. If prices were a little more reasonable I would eat at Chik-fil-A a lot more often, but as of now I only go every 2-3 months.

    For the first time ever I was disappointed. Love the market salad, but this time it looked old. Lettuce needed to be cut up more, apples yellowed, lacked the amount of ingredients I've always received.
