Not a my pleasure kind of place. Everyone looks like deer in head lights. No one knows what they are doing and they don’t care. One guy asked for no tomato’s and he got them anyway. When he asked for a manager , the workers got mad at him and told him he was just making his wait longer. So kind, not. Took over 35 minutes to just order! Update!! Three months later and still no change. Long waits, no one is friendly. They just don’t care!

Food was ok but they did get our order wrong ( ordered the Cobb salad with grilled nuggets but served the regular ones instead). Service was very slow and the line up was long. The pit stop they were located in was one of the better ones that we have been to in a while.

Incredibly long wait. There were only two people behind the counter. This is not a normal chick fila experience. The food is fine, but literally everything took forever. None of the speed and quickness normally associated with this franchise. Whoever is scheduling needs to add more employees. You have five registers and one open. The employees are clearly exhausted working the jobs of multiple people.

Love the new rest areas on the thruway. Got Chick-fil-A and it was very quick, hot and fresh. I was pleasantly surprised that the price wasn't that much compared with the resturant. Staff was very friendly.

Wish I could rate it lower. Says they close at 11pm. 2 separate people ordered in-front of me. 8:45pm they told me that they are closed and won’t serve me. Extremely rude, luckily there was other options near by that wanted to serve me and the others that came after me. Will not come back to this location.

Long wait lines . Food is you're normal chick fil A food. Clean environment 👌 the staff was decent. I would recommend going . It's a nice pit stop. Also other great foods nearby in same stop. Clean bathrooms. Nice seating. Charging stations and so on. Atm inside as well.

Pretty good Chick-Fil-A. Stopped for breakfast, they weren’t too busy. The service was okay (not the same as you would get at a stand alone store), and a little slow. The food was absolutely delicious, and we were happy to have Chick-Fil-A while staying on the turnpike.

Ordered the grilled nuggets and they gave me the breaded which I cannot eat!!!!! I'm starving and beyond livid because I got these at a rest stop on the Thruway. They also gave me ketchup and honey mustard when I specifically asked for Chick-fil-A sauce and honey mustard. Terrible customer service! I just wasted over $20. Thanks for nothing.

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches- chicken was dry, obviously had been sitting for a while & microwaved. Portion was NOT like a normal Chick-fil-A, instead it was like the piece they use for a breakfast biscuit😕. Incredibly disappointing when I spent $17 for 2 sandwiches & a drink. Changes my whole opinion of Chick-fil-A that corporate lets them continue to operate so poorly and tarnish their brand.

Good old yummy Chik Fil A. Aside from slightly cool fries the food was as expected and enjoyed. The staff were working hard and friendly but yes…we waited 30 mins to get our food. It was dinner time and its a rest stop. Gotta have more staff and faster service at least for the meal hours. There was a point where we had to wait an extra 5 minutes for the staple chicken sandwich..weird. Again, high five to the staff for doing the best they could.

I will give credit where due. This location is smaller than but just as busy as a normal restaurant, serving what I estimate to be 80-100 per hour with 8 people working. My order was missing fries and sandwich toppings, which were replaced. I was not overwhelmed with extras, which is customary at standalone locations. It also seemed as if the chicken portions were smaller, which is corroborated through other reviews. This was not a standard visit, but also not a bad one.

Me and my family, had such a bad experience! Workers were extremely RUDE, slow, and lost like deer looking at headlights! This is just unfortunate. We also waited more than 10 minutes to get a refill on our drinks! They still managed to get my order mixed up, and were accusing me of lying that they gave me the right salad even though they gave me a completely different salad! Customer service is horrible!
