We had some of the best fajitas we've ever had! We had chicken with grilled cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, onions, pineapple, pepper and tomato. The flavor was delicious!! My husband got the flautas and after trying my food, wished he had ordered it too. Friendly atmosphere, kind staff, and refills/check ins were frequent! Would definitely recommend.

Beyond delicious!!! We are new to the area and have been on the hunt for the perfect Mexican Restaurant and no need to search any farther, it is right here!! Salsa was not runny and provided good flavor and chunks, food was delicious and huge portions! Waiter was very nice and we were seated immediately on a very busy evening. Delicious, Affordable, and Reliable Quality! The Santa Fe staff is extremely friendly and engaging, the restaurant is always clean and well staffed. I've tried multiple dishes on the menu and everything is always prepared well and good portions for pricing. I highly recommend the pork and the steaks are always well seasoned and tender! My family eats here regularly - it's our favorite place in Corbin to dine out and order in from.

The food here was authentic and full of flavor. We had Tacos, Enchiladas, Burritos, Chips and Salsa, all with the different meats they had to offer. The service was fast and friendly. Parking was easy and plentiful. Restrooms were clean.

This one is a must if you are within 100 miles. The servicer was so nice, and the food is Good. I have not had guacamole so yummy since I visited my west coast family in Avalon California.

The food was delicious! Our server was super friendly and joking around with us. The food came out so quickly, so we were in and out in no time. The Dulce De Leche dessert was phenomenal. If you love Mexican food, this is the place to go!

We were visiting the area and heard that this was the best restaurant around. They were so right. The food was so good. Our food came quick and was hot. Delicious salsa and chips for starters. We will definetly enjoy eating here again on our next visit. So Good.

Delicious authentic Mexican food like I never expected to find in a small town in South Eastern Kentucky. If you find yourself out this way definitely give them a try.

Travelling back from Florida en route to Canada. We were told by the staff at the hotel to eat here We were immediately greeted by helpful and friendly staff and seated at clean table. The restaurant was very full at the time Our friendly waitress quickly approached us and had our drinks within minutes. We took her suggestion for supper and we were absolutely amazed at how fresh, hot and authentic the food was. We were not disappointed at all with anything. If you’re travelling or visiting the area, don’t hesitate.

A real treat! I had the carnitas tacos with tomotilla sauce and the soup beans. Each were really good. The chips came with salsa and beans for dipping. Service was prompt and friendly. Good margaritas, too!

I stop here several times a year when I have to come to Corbin. I love the Chef's Special, A ribeye, shrimp, and a cheese enchilada, I always get the fire roasted veggies with it. It is hard to beat.
