Amazing service while here - the evening bartender (ginger female) was wonderful as well as Taylor from the front desk welcoming us in everyday and going out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. Our team travels quite a lot and this is by far the nicest Holiday Inn we have experienced with such friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip to the area!

Literally the most pleasant experience I have ever had at any hotel. The kindest staff, best food. This hotel gives you multi million dollar treatment. They hand write you inspirational notes. Sitting by the fire watching the game with my husband was amazing. These people are genuinely good people that enjoy meeting you. I feel like the staff are my friends now. Bringing back old fashion customer service at its finest. I give 100 stars if there was an option to do so.

The staff was exceptionally inviting and geared directly at making their guest comfortable. The rooms and facility were very clean and well maintained, and the entire facility had a feeling of relaxation and positivity. The staff at morning breakfast was absolutely delightful, and the check-in and out process is very streamlined and efficient. The parking lot is well lit, and the rooms were secure and gave a sense of safety while traveling. I highly recommend this establishment and give them top marks in every area. Well done

We came with a handful of friends that were local to the area and told us about this great bar inside the hotel. In all my life I have never heard of a going to a hotel to lounge and eat, but they claimed it was the best food with the most amazing service. And honestly? The Eagle Nest was better than I could’ve ever imagined. My husband and I are still talking about how good our food was, he had a burger and fries while I have a fried chicken sandwich with jalapeño aoli and fries. I swear I’m drooling just thinking about it. We practically licked the plates clean. The only thing better than the food was the bartender and waitstaff that kept our drinks topped off, our needs met, and had us laughing with her warm and welcoming hospitality. At one point a family of five with three little ones sat near by started screaming, as bored children often do, and without anyone asking she popped some music on that calmed everyone down. She was an actual angel and I still don’t know how she took care of us outside and everyone else inside. That’s talent. If you’re looking for a place to relax, drink, and eat something good, this is the best little gem in town. I’ll definitely be telling everyone.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and I promise it is top tier!! I'm not really a hotel type person, but I would stay here over and over again. From Guest services to housekeeping, everything was spectacular. Nichole is a phenomenal Front Desk Clerk. She always goes above and beyond to make sure my families needs are met.
