Holiday burgers never disappoints their food atmosphere and service are amazing. We recently brought our family from Alabama there for breakfast and loved it. The original nostalgic interior and the great breakfast with good prices made them fall in love with this place, too.
The burgers are great! And I loved their sweet tea too. I will definitely eat there again.
I enjoyed the lunch that I ordered from this location. Ordered large size cheeseburger and tater tots. My total was 7.50!!! The atmosphere was very cozy and the staff was very friendly. The Menu prices are super low compared to chain restaurants
The first and last time going there. The food was ok, but that was the only thing going for it. When we got there, there was no visible seating. We were about to leave until a customer told us that there was seating in the backroom. Someone working there could have at least acknowledged us. At the table, there was only one menu (waitress never offered another menu). We ordered our food. The burger I ordered was good but had to pay extra for lettuce and tomato. Most restaurants that's an assumed part of a burger. We received the bill I went pay with a card. At the register, they told me the total (tax included). I paid it and added a tip. When got the receipt, I seen it was more than quoted. I mentioned it to the cashier and she said the machine automatically adds more to the payment. That is normal, but most places have signs saying that there is a charge. The cashier then said the sign was on the door, which it was not. The worse part was they said the machine added a charge to the tip as well. That doesn't make sense it was all on one single charge. It makes me feel they added the extra charges themselves. Communication and customer service are horrible there.
This place was a FIND. Build your own burger, small diner. My husband had a fried egg in his, which is his favorite. I had extra pickles and fried onions. I'm told breakfast is better (I believe it) but it's just right for dinner, too.
It was my first time trying Holiday Burgers. We were working down the road and stopped for lunch. I usually don't eat burgers, but something was telling me to order on. I'm glad I did. It was excellent. I hear people raving about Ferrells, and I was never impressed. Hands down this beats them. Can't wait to stop back by. I'll have to try breakfast next time.
Food is great. The servers seem to get irritated with customers quickly though. The food is awesome, but the staff may keep me from coming back. Edit, once the staff warms up to you they are much nicer. Just a note. 1st impressions tend to stick.
Cute little dive. A miniature diner worth going to. You can customize your burgers and they have many desserts you can choose from. The staff is lovely and so welcoming. I will definitely be going back to try their breakfast items. (And I'm not even a huge fan of breakfast). Give it a go. You won't regret it. What's pictured: I ordered a large double cheeseburger w/ a Ltop.. bacon and a fried egg. Did I finish.. no. Lol. With fried pickle spears on the side.
