This place is more nicer than any other place ever is clean. It smells good and people are so sweet here. In the rooms are really clean and I love the bathroom.💯🥰

The hotel staff was amazing. Heather was amazing. She greeted us each time and held great conversation! Lawana was also amazing she made sure we had everything we needed. This hotel was really nice and comfy and they tried to accommodate us in any way to make sure we were comfortable.

Highly recommend!!! We stayed for one night to attend a wedding in Kentucky. Our entire experience with this hotel was a great one. The customer service is amazing, the rooms were so clean and smelt so good. The hot breakfast that was included with our room was delicious with many different options to choose from. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and seemed clean. My only complaint is that the tub has hairs left when I went to shower which grossed me out a bit because when cleaning those can easily be rinsed down. I guess I understand maybe one hair but multiple of different lengths was strange to find in my opinion.

We were on vacation and got stranded in Hopkinsville KY for a week and stayed here for 3 days. The rooms were ok. The breakfast was good. We would have stayed here for 2 days longer but on the 4th night the Manager said our rate would go up from $155 a night to $299 a night. We immediately left to the Holiday Inn which was WAY nicer and cheaper! We wish we would have stayed at the Holiday Inn the whole time. While we did enjoy our stay at the Hampton, the way they tried to price gouge us the 4th night was despicable knowing our situation with car troubles. I will say that Heather at the front desk was very sweet to us and has a wonderful personality.

While on work travel for 10 days, I stayed at this hotel. It is 20 minutes from Fort Campbell and Clarksville. This hotel staff is remarkable! They were friendly and accommodating. When I first arrived, I noticed the toilet seat was discolored, and the night staff changed it immediately. Yes, it should have been changed before my arrival, but things happen. I appreciate that they got it corrected. The breakfast is free, although it could be a little better. But it's a hotel breakfast, so don't expect a 4 or 5 star chef. Overall, this hotel is clean, with new upgrades, comfortable beds, and exceptional staff. I was always great with a smile from all the staff and Mrs. Heather made me feel welcome each time and always told me to have a good day as I left for work! I wanted to move hotels to be closer to work, but because I felt safe and welcomed, I didn't change it. Comfort is a must for me and I'm happy with my experience at this hotel.

Our vehicle broke down on the interstate during the rains and flooding. We got towed in and had the pleasure of staying here. Staff was extremely helpful with food options nearby since we were on foot. They even gave us a ride back to our vehicle when no Ubers were available! Great 5 star service!!!
