The front desk person (Heather) was not there. When found she was rude and then became argumentative and escalated her attitude to the point that I wanted to leave. I called my wife in to have a witness. She threatened to not give me our room and at one point walked away from the desk saying things under her breath and wouldn't come back out to give us our key. She eventually came back out and continued her barrage of comments and mean behavior. Will never be back and I hope no one else comes here to experience this type of treatment. Just awful.

Hard to get to the people at the front desk, even when you're at the hotel. Room wasn't that clean, and amenities were pretty sparse. Was told that all cleaning fees and such were in order and that the details were all finalized. I paid everything. 5 days later, I get a surprise $66.50 charge. They won't pick up the phone. This was particularly bad because it happened on a credit card that I don't use often, and I only found out about it after my bank called saying I was past due.

My husband & I found Comfort Suites to be quite pleasant & comfortable. Their amenities were above standard level. During our stay, we notice much attention given to the cleanliness of the hotel common areas inside & out. It gave us a comfort feeling to know the staff took pride & ownership in their work.
