We stayed for one night on our way to Florida and had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The availability of a gym and pool added to the convenience. The breakfast was not only delicious but also satisfying, and the evening kick-back snack was delightful. The complimentary two drinks were a thoughtful gesture. Additionally, the free parking and proximity to nearby attractions made our stay even more convenient. Highly recommended for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Awesome place to stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The elevators are pretty fast as well with minimal wait time. All the hotel staff that we encountered were friendly. The hot breakfast and afternoon "snack" were delicious. The second time we went to the pool they were out of towels so we picked up the phone in the pool room and within minutes they were bringing fresh towels. Will definitely stay there again.

We are in this hotel several times a year. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable about the place as well as the hotel. Most of them know most of us by name. It’s like going home. I would recommend this place to everyone!!! We are always happy to be here. It makes the meetings seem more like just a small vacation. They even have kickback in the afternoons with a wide variety of munchies as well as 2 cocktails for the adults that want to wind down. The breakfast is also a good way to start your day with eggs, sausage, biscuits n gravy, oatmeal, waffle bar and more.

We had an amazing stay! The rooms were nice and clean. The pool and hot tub were great (even in the cold/rainy weather). The breakfast bar was fabulous. The evening kick back bar was a welcomed treat. After driving all day, we just grabbed the kick back bar for supper and never had to leave the hotel until the morning.

Overall a great stay. Very nice, clean facility, well appointed rooms, super-friendly staff. The only thing that kept me from five stars is bed could be a little more comfortable and linens/pillows a little better, but still fine.

Loved this property! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and nice! Only small issue would be the drinks during cocktail hour, they tasted a little on the cheap side compared to Embassy Suites. But still, not too bad! This was my first stay at Drury Inn. Great location for shopping and dinner! Restaurant attached was great!

We love this location and have stayed here several times. Always clean. Pool access. Breakfast. And most importantly pet friendly!

The hotel was easy to find, it's right off the I-65 in Franklin, TN. My room was very clean (I ALWAYS check for bedbugs). This stay was for a work conference being held in a conference room at the Drury Plaza. It was very spacious. We had breakfast in the mornings and happy hour in the evenings. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel, Granite City (see separate review.) Overall, it was a good two night stay.

One of our best hotel stays! This place is very clean and updated. Staff is super friendly. Room was quiet with easy to use thermostat. Shower has curved shower doors which make the shower feel bigger. Bedding was super comfortable, so we got a great night's sleep before our long drive home. Will definitely stay here again. Also very close to many eateries!

Excellent experience here! The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Every detail was attended to. The daily breakfast and nightly kick back (really you can easily make a dinner out of it) saved us money we would have had to otherwise spent on food for 5 of us. Also, 3 drink tickets per night, per person! Cannot see how they stay in business, but it's the best value in any hotel. Huge hot tub, heated indoor/outdoor pool for year round fun. A jetted bathtub in the room! Location was central to anything you need. We will be back soon!

Drury knows how to do it! The hotel and room was really clean, the breakfast is delicious, the coffee is too! The befs are comfortable. Everyone was nice. Great location. The only issue we had was the shower didn't drain well.

They were sold out.Reason for 4 star service lacking communication between customer service representative and front desk on check-in. This could be taken negatively or positively- this is a pet friendly hotel.

Daughter and I we very happy. Both of us like the breakfast and evening snack that was provided. They offered a happy hour for the adults and each received 3 complimentary drinks.

Best hotel experience I've ever had. This was the first hotel that had two televisions: one in the living room and one in the bedroom; and the most cable stations out of any hotel I've been to. They have a free afternoon snack every night for hotel guests from 5:30pm to 7pm however the food they serve is more so of a dinner and 3 free alcoholic drinks are also available and served at the bar during the Snack/ Happy Hour event. Would definitely visit again.

This hotel 🏨turned out to be perfect for anniversary. 🎉AMAZING!!! 👏The room was literally PERFECT! 👌The hotel left us a bottle of 🥂Champagne & fine Chocolate's🍫 in our room. As for cleanliness 🧼✨️it was spotless & we are not easy to please when it comes to where we will & won't sleep. We DEFINITELY 100% recommend you stay here at least once in your lifetime We LOVED 😍it & we WILL be back!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We passed through Nashville on the way to a cabin stay and I wish we stayed here more than one night. We were able to stay in a suite and it was perfect! We loved hanging out in the seating area and playing games with family before retiring into a very comfortable bed! The shower was amazing- it was spacious and had a seat. If I could redo our shower at home to match it- I would! The breakfast has so many options- pancakes, waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits. If you leave hungry, it’s your fault! We always love to stay at Drury and this time was no different!

This is a nice hotel, in a convenient location. The staff is friendly and helpful, from the front desk, to the maid service and the breakfast crew. Everyone was kind and helpful and went out of their way, when I had an issue with a bag I left in my Uber. The breakfast was well stocked and clean and the people working during breakfast made sure the tables were clean and the food stayed plentiful. A great place to stay, worth the money.

The hotel was very, very nice and clean. Newly renovated. We loved our walk-in shower in our king room. The manager's reception was very nice, 3 complimentary drinks per person and appetizers which was our dinner (salad, potato soup, cooked mixed vegetables, meatballs in gravy, Mashed potatoes, nachos & hotdogs). Breakfast was just as good!

This hotel makes you remember the times when travel was an adventure and special. Back when it was grand to drive hundreds of miles and you made the hotel stay part of the trip not only a necessity. To a time when you enjoyed hotels. The staff is awesome, everyone of them. The amenities make you feel like you were an important guest, not just another patron. We make this hotel part of our trip each time up and down on this trip. The restaurant next to it is also very awesome. Thank you Drury! So next time you’re in town stop in and kickback.

Location right off the highway, check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Staff was kind! Hotel was clean and appeared to be new. When we asked, we were told it was 12 years old, but was in process of being refurbished. Breakfast and evening food was delicious! Beds were very comfortable! Excellent stay!

Excellent stay! Wonderful accommodations. Room 520 was spacious and comfortable. Kick back and breakfast did not disappoint. The outdoor section of the pool was pretty dirty with debris but that was because it was a windy day. This is a great hotel. We will try to stay again! Very family-friendly. My children were respected.

Nice Drury, good location right off 65. Recently renovated so carpets and furniture are newer. Friendly staff. However, when they renovated should’ve purchased new bedding. Pillows are worn, sheets had stains had to request replacements. Seems odd when other amenities were refreshed. Generous kickback nightly with drinks and good. Good breakfast. Nice stay outside of Nashville.
