After
having
a
not-so-great
experience
at
another
Hilton
in
the
area,
this
Homewood
Suites
location
delivered
more
on
customer
service
and
amenities.
After
meeting
staff
Alexia
and
Eddie,
we
asked
if
we
could
take
a
look
at
a
room
first
after
having
a
bad
experience
somewhere
else.
They
were
both
so
helpful
and
eager
to
make
our
experience
more
enjoyable.
Eddie
really
cares
for
the
hotel
guests,
because
you
can
always
find
him
asking
"how
are
you
doing?"
or
checking
in
on
someone's
wellbeing
if
a
guest
has
a
more
extended
stay.
We
encountered
a
bit
of
adversity
during
our
stay
when
we
got
sick,
and
Evan
was
very
helpful
in
accommodating
us
when
we
had
to
extend
our
stay
in
order
to
stay
inside
and
recover.
He
recommended
the
best
pizza
place
for
our
delivery
needs!
Rex
at
the
front
desk
was
also
very
helpful
and
attentive
when
we
frequented
the
tea/coffee
station.
In
addition
to
staff,
the
room
itself
was
nice
with
a
kitchen,
which
really
came
in
handy.
The
only
constructive
advice
we
have
is
that
on
the
weekends,
we
noticed
the
coffee/tea
ran
out
more
and
was
not
kept
up/cleaned
as
much;
so
if
we
wanted
to
go
down
for
a
quick
cup
of
hot
water
the
dispenser
would
be
completely
empty,
and
the
same
would
happen
with
coffee.
As
someone
who
loves
hot
beverages,
sometimes
I
would
look
forward
to
that
during
my
stay
(and
I'm
sure
other
guests
do
too),
so
as
long
as
that
is
maintained
the
guests
will
stay
happy.
But
overall,
it
was
an
awesome
experience!
