There wasn't anything about this hotel you couldn't like. The staff was wonderful. It's clean and close enough to a ton of amenities for food and shopping. We will definitely continue using this hotel for business trips and if I'm in town for other reasons.... count me as a loyal customer.

This was by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed! Clean, great location and awesome amenities. We stayed for 3 nights with a group for a baseball tournament and the entire group felt the same way. Rooms are awesome! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Very nice hotel, rooms cleaned, love the kitchenette. I don't care for the TV setup, wish there was a door to where the sink is, and the water pressure is not great. With those exceptions, I usually love staying at Homewood Suites because it has the mini version of home features. It's pretty quite, not hearing your neighbors, walls are pretty thick. The folks are more than accommodating with any requests. Overall, if I'm in town Gere again, I will book this one. Update 9/1/23: I got charge for a day that I wasn't there. The representative got a note from the manager saying I booked for a couple of days & didn't cancel, so he charged me for a day. I get my schedule in advance & booked for days I knew I was gonna be here, and the weekends were not any of those days. I called to dispute the charge, but the manager was out of town. No where on my Hilton app has it shown that I booked it for the weekend & that I needed to cancel it. I'm waiting on the manager to call me back. I will update after I get a resolution.

Franklyn is a nice place to visit and there were tons of things to do. Around this hotel there were many foods/coffees option to chose to eat/drinks. It was very chilly here and you probably needs to bring your jacket and gloves/ hat. Lowest temp was 19F during the day goes up to 52F. Hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Nice showers and my room had a kitchen and full size fridge. Very nice place would stay again.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Wonderful staff. The accessible room was truly wheelchair accessible, roomy, and clean. The grounds were kept clean. I wish there were more handicap parkings not on slanted ground. Breakfast was okay; twice I got food, omelets were cold and hashbrowns were stale. Waffles were great. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We can’t give a 10/10 for the following reasons: -obvious stains on the couch in the room -bath towel had a large hole in it -only sausage (never bacon) was served for a breakfast meat -cutting knife in the kitchen was dull None of these things are reasons we wouldn’t stay again. We absolutely would, but just reasons we can’t give 5/5 or 10/10 rating. The indoor pool is heated and a very nice feature in fall and winter. Our son loved pool time. The room was comfortable with extra blankets and pillows.

A very comfortable location with many amenities and conveniences. Being able to relax without any concerns, drive or have delivery for dinner, a complementary breakfast, and very nice rooms made for an awesome weekend. I think I can recommend this location to anyone interested, or any comparable hotel package provided. If I was going to issue some constructive criticism, the bed and pillows could have been a tiny bit more comfortable. Though, that really is a nit pick. I didn't have issues sleeping once I was accustomed to everything how I wanted.

The rooms were very clean but spoiled our trip was a guess bringing their large dog to breakfast one morning, placing it at the table and not on the floor and then proceeding to feed it from the breakfast food. They made several trips back and forth to the breakfast bar after touching and feeding this dog and did not wash their hands once, when we brought it up to the hostess she was afraid to address it with this couple and told us to report it to management.

I stayed overnight here one week ago (Fri Apr 7th-8). I booked 2 rooms for my daughter, myself, a friend I was traveling back from Florida to Michigan with (room 711 & 714). The hotel was nice, rooms were clean, plenty of parking, right off the highway, close to Nashville for us to go explore - everything seemed great while we were there. I realized after I got to Kentucky and wanted to explore mammoth Cave that I had forgotten a pair of my tennis shoes. I am 100% sure I left them in the room. I tried calling multiple times to have them shipped to me, but I have received no call back, or I have been hung up on. I feel like I remember reading in prior reviews before I stayed that other customers had an issue with this. DO NOT FORGET ANYTHING - YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK!

Stayed here as we were visiting a client right next door. This place was super convenient, an easy uber ride to downtown franklin. the staff was great, the prices for the snak bar were not outrageous and the rooms were clean. My room had a shower handle that was broken. i also walked into the dishwasher running for over an hour while i tried to rest. I then opened it after it was done and it was empty. lol. I had a great time. Although there is construction right across the street it is a beautiful area.

Don't stay here unless your OK with the hotel staff deciding the temperature of your room. We were told they were no longer allowed to adjust the temp below 68 degrees. They've made the adjustment in the past when we've stayed here so we know it can be done. FYI, there is a hack on YouTube on how you can override their setting. Also, should the closet doors in a handicap accessible room be so jammed shut that you are told to pull and yank as hard as you can to get them open? Hmmm....

Beautiful Location! Friendly and helpful staff! Very nice modern clean room accommodations. Definitely will stay again when in town.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The kitchen contained everything from a refrigerator to a dishwasher along with tableware and cooking pots. Be sure to pack your own dish detergent. The room was clean and well maintained. We were traveling with 3 adults therefore it was nice having a door between the two rooms in the suite. If I had to give one heads up it would be that if you had an adult planning to use the sofa bed, it is not very comfortable. You feel the springs. The hotel could do nothing to fix the problem so we went to Walmart and spent $18.00 for a foam mattress topper. It helped. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel with large bedroom & living space. The staff was GREAT! From front desk to housekeeping. Getting into hotel can be a little confusing if you’re not familiar but once you arrive it’s first class all the way!

We were on a road trip coming home from Florida and we stopped overnight. I would stay there again. Liked that they had a recycle bin. There was a full kitchen but we didn't stay long enough to use it. Here are some things that they could improve on. 1) The hair dryer was gross. There was some sort of goo on it. I wouldn't have touched it but I had to use it so I wiped it down. 2) Remote control was malfunctioning. It didn't let us go past channel 126 so we couldn't channel surf to higher channels that supposedly was available. 3) No fan in the bathroom.

They got me into my room early without a hassle which was nice because I had an important call to take. I appreciated the flexibility. The front desk staff were friendly. The room was clean.

The room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. The televisions could use an update as you could not access your streaming services through them. Breakfast was open on time each day we were there it was satisfactory for me and the kids. The room did have a full sized fridge, two burner cook top, full set of dishes/silverware, and a dishwasher if you were going to stay for more than a few days. I would stay here again for business or vacation.

I love staying at Hiltons. You can always count on clean rooms, comfy beds, and good service. I was a little disappointed that the firepit outside didn't work and annoyed that going out to the courtyard meant I had to walk around to the front of the building to get back in. Apparently, the card reader on the door was malfunctioning...which they knew and haven't fixed yet. Overall still a great stay with a yummy breakfast and will still stay here in the future. I'll just hope the next time I stay, those two items are fixed ;)

Great location in Cool Springs, easy to get in and out of the hotel. Large rooms, suites have plenty of space and kitchens of course. The hotel is relatively new still, so it is comfortable for sure. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, still offering fake eggs instead of the real deal.

I didn't like the thought of sharing a hotel with dogs but it has been quite haven't been in contact with one so far so good. The staff is very nice.

Try is was the best Hilton owned Hotel my family has ever stayed at and we only stay at a Hilton or Hilton owned hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. Whenever we needed anything they helped us and got it for us. The pool was nice and warm and our kids just loved the pool. The location is perfect not any noise really as it is off a main highway but a little bit farther from the traffic. I recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants to feel like they are in a home away from home. Also being a hotel that’s all suites it makes it nice to have the beds in a separate room so you can sit and enjoy the tv or just to have family time and not have to sit on beds

I will never stay at this resort again.! Actually after this I will not be booking again through any Hilton no-more. I will go back frequently using the Marriott! This place charged me twice and lied and said I book for two nights then ran the cameras back and stated it was mixed up maybe someone called from a different room and extended there stay and it actually told them my room number! Please I have extended stays all the time and they make you go down there and sign a paper and re issues you keys!!!! These front desk clerks are crooks and frauds!!!! Try to double dip and get the money!!!!! I will NEVER USE HILTON AGAIN! Service is in the toilet especially when they hire liars!!!!!! Still waiting for my refund!!!!! If I could them zero stars I would!!! Please check you billing statements!

Hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Nice showers and my room had a kitchen and full size fridge. Very nice place would stay again.

The hotel itself is great. The staff are great. It’s clean. But the bedding. The sheets do not stay on the bed, the blankets are thin, and the mattress pad falls off just when you sit down on the bed. They’re just so slippery and awful. So unless you like a messy bed, your sleep will be awful.

I really enjoyed the service Jahmichael was a doll. My room was beyond comfortable until I stayed in bed the entire first day! I didn't rent a car because I had no idea it was in the middle of nowhere, so note to self, next time rent a car to go out and explore. I also didn't walk because we were told there were cougars in the area and not the old lady type! Lovely place though!

Great stay! Clean, nice pool, good breakfast, friendly staff. Perfect for my large family- I have twin newborns and two young kids. We all slept comfortably in the two queen room with pull out couch in living room.

After having a not-so-great experience at another Hilton in the area, this Homewood Suites location delivered more on customer service and amenities. After meeting staff Alexia and Eddie, we asked if we could take a look at a room first after having a bad experience somewhere else. They were both so helpful and eager to make our experience more enjoyable. Eddie really cares for the hotel guests, because you can always find him asking "how are you doing?" or checking in on someone's wellbeing if a guest has a more extended stay. We encountered a bit of adversity during our stay when we got sick, and Evan was very helpful in accommodating us when we had to extend our stay in order to stay inside and recover. He recommended the best pizza place for our delivery needs! Rex at the front desk was also very helpful and attentive when we frequented the tea/coffee station. In addition to staff, the room itself was nice with a kitchen, which really came in handy. The only constructive advice we have is that on the weekends, we noticed the coffee/tea ran out more and was not kept up/cleaned as much; so if we wanted to go down for a quick cup of hot water the dispenser would be completely empty, and the same would happen with coffee. As someone who loves hot beverages, sometimes I would look forward to that during my stay (and I'm sure other guests do too), so as long as that is maintained the guests will stay happy. But overall, it was an awesome experience!

I actually got a little sad when checking out as this was my home away from home for over a month. My suite was perfect and had everything i needed - a full kitchen with a full sized fridge, cooktop, couch, blankets, work space - it was great. I came with a large group (we are in production here filming a show) and the hotel staff was always very accommodating by letting us check in items (keys, chargers) for someone on our crew to pick up. The parking was extremely east and plentiful and the hotel itself was nice and clean.
