The older librarian (a male with grey longish hair, looks like the Doc from Back to the Future) who works here is the rudest, most awful person with no people-skills whatsoever. Clearly he hasn't participated in any customer service training or even the most basic human interaction training. I have had several interactions with him during covid and post, and every single time he has been aggressive and rude, needlessly so. He is doing a disservice to your organisation and it's now at the point that if I see him on duty, I refrain from entering. Libraries can't afford 'service' like this at this crucial time when their survival is in question.

Ultra modern library..full stars! The long wait for the facility upgrade was ot in vain ...pod/larger meeting rooms, quiet room, steam center, kids area, helpful staff...new books collection centered around STEM..what's not to love? Well done to Tony Brifa and team!I hope Wyndham and other councils in the west can copy.

Nice small local library located next to shopping centre. Free WiFi available and quite spacious.

Large space and many study rooms and free Wi-Fi. Many interesting magazines. Always have empty seats for setting up a laptop. Parking is unlikely a problem. Opens everyday in a week.

Decent library with kids reading room, tech/digital rooms, study areas and one of those meeting pods. Staff are helpful.

Went into the library a few weeks ago when the doors opened, and they have done such a beautiful job throughout the whole library. I hope this encourages more to go to and enjoy. You don't need to just be there to read or borrow books that's stereo type

We love this library! It's one of the bigger libraries in the Inner West Melbourne area. It's nice, new and clean. The kids area is great, nice and spacious and there is a small outside court yard with chalk board wall for the kids to draw on. There are public toilets and baby change facilities available.

Friendly and helpful staff, very easy to use the computers/printer, which is what I needed today. However, I've been using this library my entire life and seen it through every phase over the last 30 years. It's always been amazing and it just keeps getting better.
