No mention of death by Lead Poisoning ‘IT IS SUITABLE FOR USE AS A GARDEN OR PET ENCLOSURE. IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE AS AN AVIARY OR CAGE MESH WHERE ANIMALS MAY CHEW THE COATING AND DAMAGE THE MESH.’ No mention of death by Lead Poisoning

Secret Stinkers ruined my marriage. Please don't leave me Gloria, it wasn't me who broke wind in all of the storage containers. It was the employees after they drank the prison wine made from rotting oranges, which caused them to forget to load the nail gun for Russian Roulette, which on reflection was lucky for them but not for me. Don't go Gloria, I need you. I don't know how to use the washing machine.

Despite all the Aisle markings, it's sometimes very difficult to find what you are looking for. There is no staff around to help you at most times, they are either busy arranging the shelves or moving stuff, at the most they can just guide you to the aisle number, when you finally spot them and ask. There should be a floor manager, who should ensure that all aisles are manned and that customers are taken care of,also, not everything is available, apart from being high on prices. OK experience, it's just that you need a hardware store and there is none except them.

One stop shop!! Bunnings is one of the largest household hardware retailers in Australia. It has a very competitive price. From plants to Hardware’s, it has got everything. Staffs are very helpful and knowledgeable. Very large parking space as well. I would highly recommend this place. 👍🏽

Most of the floor staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I go here at least once a week and see the same. If you’re not white you’re going to be made to feel uncomfortable. Don’t expect any help. Staff are too busy talking to each other and will ignore you even when you walk up to them. They treat you like some uneducated riffraff. Unfortunately reflecting their own class. I’ve lived in Sydney for the past 17 years and have found most Bunnings stores to be really friendly. This store and some of its older staff are the absolute pits of humans. Shame on you

It's one of the few Bunnings which have nearly all the products in stock. I like their gardening and outdoors section particularly, they have a great collection of plants. The staff is very friendly and visible in store isles.

Hey Google, Susan here. Last Friday I had the absolute burden from the hubby to go out and grab a lawnmower for mowing our lawns. I was absolutely mortified as typically my husband, Prince, does the "manly" chores around the house, but as he is on a boys trip in Mildura, it was up to good old Sue to handle the unkept lawn. Typically, I'd be a little bit concerned by Prince going up for a golf trip, but between Prince's assurance, and our couples counselling sessions, I trust him whole heartedly. Anyhow, Yoseph from the lawnmower section was very kind hearted and patient with my line of questioning to decipher which Lawnmower would be appropriate for my lack of experience and knowledge in the field. Speaking of knowledge in the field, with all of these golf trips Prince has been going on, I'd hope he'd be playing in a professional tournament sooner rather than later... haha. Better that then entertaining the temptation of the young bartenders at our local pub just 5 years prior. I was honestly just planning on getting the cheapest one, as to me, I thought all lawnmowers and grass did the same thing, and it was corporate greed that determined the pricing of these household essentials. Yoseph asked me about the type of grass I have in my back and front yard in order to determine which lawnmower was the appropriate selection for me. When I called to confirm with hubby (he can get a little bit antsy when I spend money without his permission, but he can go on boys trips with his boys whenever he feels like it), he failed to pick up the phone (again), however Yoseph had provided me with enough information to make the right decision and I felt very comfortable in making the purchase, an unusual feeling. (Not how Prince typically makes me feel when I spend a little bit "too much money", even though I look after the kids and take them to soccer and pick them up from school, even whilst our little "incident" was taking place. He always seems to be "staying back at work" or "at a conference" whenever I need him to be picking up the little ones from school. But that was in the past now, I'm really not concerned. I know a lot of people would be a little bit hesitant to let their other half go on another boys weekend, and even let them extend another week or so, but not me, I'm stronger than that.) Thank you so much to Yoseph for making me feel so at ease during what would typically be a daunting experience for me to purchase a lawnmower all by myself, I'm glad to see good old customer service still exists in some places.

Very large Bunnings with a huge range. Our first visit, so took us a while to find our way around. We didn't have time to explore all sections, but we will return. Very helpful and friendly staff. Large car park.

Great store to get everything you need, even for your pets. The DIY classes they advertise was disappointing. We got there early as advised and the staff knew nothing about it. There was no DIY class at all. This ended up being a waste of our Saturday morning and we got offered a small coffee to compensate for our fuel, time and efforts. Staff were confused but one in particular was helpful as much as he could be.

The staff NAVIN extremely helpful. He is professional, and quick on the job. He is not in customer service role but he still helped me with my query. He was extremely calm when it got busy!!! He looked happy while working and productive a great work environment.I was genuinely impressed by the store's cleanliness.

There is a big potential for improving the morale of the staff (especially those who work at the front desks - Online/ Pick Up zone). Staff should not be racist towards their customers (especially when we live in a country with diverse, multicultural population) and should always treat their customers with dignity (no one deserves to feel so small/ humiliated because it is not how other customers “usually” order). I understand that retail staff often deal with rude customers, have to work under pressure and it could be a defense mechanism to act “superior” or act rudely toward customers before they try behaving in intolerable manner, however belittling a customer for their order, and interrogating who “gives the permission” when there is a text message with confirmed details regarding the order feels very wrong to me! Otherwise, the Britex Carpet cleaners were great. They did their job well.
