Good coffee, croissant and toastie with a nice service.

Coffee is ok. Stay away from the toastie menu. Chicken, pesto and cheese was almost cold and undercooked. Smashed avo and feta on sourdough was not even toasted. Not returning.

Decent cuppa they have, although not happy with the service today. staff in charge at that time seemed biased, one had their 3 drinks served before all others that ordered way before them. hope this is not because of their ethnicity. I am pretty sure others that were waiting with me saw this and just stayed quiet. Uncool mate.

Staff were very disinterested in their work. After 20 minutes of waiting my husband asked where our drinks were and they had no idea what he was talking about nor could they care! So much for a quick coffee before heading home.

Worst place ever. Got there gourmet cheese toastie. It was horrible. Could have done a better job at home. Waste of money. Cheap white bread and a slice of cheese that didnt even cover the whole toastie. No butter either. so dry. Then saw they used coles $1.50 bread. Also the lady working there had 1 glove on. Which she used for grabbing and making your food aswell as using the cash register then she was clearing tables. All with the same glove. Been her 20mins and she hasnt changed that glove. She also went into the stock room to get more bread while still wearing the glove. Will never visit again. Waste of money and will probably get food poison. Mrs fields werribee plaza

They have the best service always happy always smiling !! Food and coffee is always amazing I have never been somewhere where they give such 10/10 experience every single time I go which is almost everyday great job guys keep up the amazing work !

Coffee is very very good, staffs are friendly and focus on the job. Had a nice weekend morning enjoyed breakfast and coffee.

Staff are friendly, but lacking in cookies. There never seems to be any left by midday.

Google says it open until 5.30 but the store is closed by 4.30 every time and cookies are sold out by 12pm. Bloody embarrassment To have this store in the first place Never going again. Waste of time

Really friendly baristas! Great team! However boss's face expression is quite unsettling...staff always wearing their uniform in neat manner is nice to look at especially girls they always tie hair up very neat....I seen boss looking like he quite stingy to the girls that work there girls there seem very nice though

Excellent white mocha coffee. One of the best coffee. The staff is very courteous. We had a very pleasant and happy experience, my son had forgotten his phone yesterday at this place. We came to check out if it is kept by them,we were happy that Mr. Sachin had kept it and immediately returned it to us after confirming the credentials. Thank you Sachin for your kind gesture.
