This review is related to the shop at Point Cook Town Centre, Main Street. I went to the shop to purchase a birthday cake for my wife. I selected the one I wanted to buy and asked the attendant if they could write her name on a chocolate plaque or on the cake itself. The attendant replied that it would take 24 hours to do it and that if I had ordered in advance, they could have done something. Seriously? Don't you have someone that could provide that service in the shop? I guess this is the difference between good service and great service.

Do not bother. If you were thinking about getting any sort of cake for birthdays and celebrations you are better off getting one from Coles. They'll taste fresher too

The pirs are great here. My recommendations are the Beef Curry and Steak and Onion. Also I would be remiss not to mention the custard filled donuts ... Yummy

Very unsatisfied customer relationship. I tried to change the color of my ordered cake one week before the order. But the lady at the front said no they cant do it. Really disappointing service. Never going there and will never recommend this place to anyone .

Need to have experienced staff on of a busy Saturday. The girl making coffee needs to be more pleasant and not so rude.

We recently ordered a Piñata cake from here for our daughter's birthday. We were excited for her to cut the cake and find the lollies flowing out but there were no lollies. We honestly thought they had forgotten to put the lollies in. When we cut the cake right down the middle for serving, we found a handful of lollies in the centre of the cake. This is definitely not what I expected looking at the photos on the website. Do not order this cake expecting it to look like the photos. You are better off ordering a normal cake. We had also requested "Happy Birthday" to be written on the cake and paid extra for it too, But it was just a thin block of chocolate with the words written on it! Again not what I expected! We will definitely not be buying from here.

Worst franchise today went into have a quick bite for lunch ordered payed said to young girl we are in a bit of a hurry as l had a appointment at 2pm. We were the only ones in there.Instead of getting our pies saugage roll she started serving customers that came in after us. There was another girl who could of served these people I repeated my request about our time frame she ignored me and kept serving so l got my money back and left.

Driving past swung into the shops to grab some lunch. Felt like a pie and went here, These Pies are delicious, wish they were near my house!

I recently purchased the Christmas edition red velvet cake, as it’s my son’s favourite. It was the worst cake ever. Not only it didn’t look red, it also had this artificial taste to it. And it was so dense…heavy like a brick. Disgusting! Had to throw the whole thing out. Never buying anything from this shop again.

Do not order from here. I paid $90 for 20 Cupcakes and when I collected them for my twins 7th birthday the icing colour was wrong. The staff member just said, "oh, we can refund it or you take them, the staff that took the order wrote that blue down". I told the staff I ordered through I wanted deep blue because it was a sonic theme. I asked if I can have a sixount because of the mistake to which she snuffed at and said it's not their company policy, so no. I have been buying cakes from there since my 7yr olds christening. I have 3 kids and every even I have had I have ordered from there and have recommended them to so many people. That ends today. I now have to go home and make icing for Cupcakes I paid $90 for. How disgraceful and what poor customer service.

Love going to this place the staff there are so lovely. They know my coffee order and get it perfect every single time. The red velvet cupcakes do not disappoint.
