Came here for the first time and found it fabulous. The range of meat is excellent, the cuts are good and the prices extremely competitive. We bought some scotch fillets that we had for dinner and they were superb, probably one of the best I`ve ever had - lean and good flavour. Whether it`s chicken, pork, lamb, beef, cured meats or sausages - you`ll find it here This place also has bulk pasta in the refrigeration section along with nice pastry items, frozen pizzas, chips and more. There are condiments such as apple sauce and chutneys and dry goods like pasta and lentils. Fresh bread at the door. Even continental chocolates. Staff were very helpful. Good parking out the front. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. This place is a must over a supermarket and highly recommend for your meet.

Very rude cashier, no hi, how are you, the lady seemed angry she didn't even look at the customers! Particularly the lady who seemed 45-55 yo. I will never go there again for shopping despite relatively good Price of stuff. Customer service is the key, you will need more friendly and polite staff.

Notwithstanding the variety fresh food, I had very bad experience with the rude cashier, the lady about 50-55 years old. The way she instructed me to take out gloves and have sanitizer before enter was very rude! I hope she should treat customers with the better manners.

I was informed by my friend that if i want good meat then i must buy it from Tasman butchers. I thought I'll give it a shot. So today been a Sunday we decided to go and buy some pork meat...it was 4:40pm and the shop closes at 5pm sharp. My friend also warned me that if I need the pork chopped into curry size pieces it's better I go in the morning. Nevertheless it was now 4:45pm I asked the gentleman (butcher) whether if he could cut the meat for me... anticipating for a naa it's late or worse faces I was pleasantly surprised when he said just let me know how many packets were you after I'll cut them up for you. This made me happy. So not only the meat was good but the customer service was excellent. 2 wonderful gentlemen providing excellent service. Cheers to them.

We went there 19/4/22 to do our monthly meat shop. We thought we woukd support local instead of the big supermarkets. We was met with a lovely young lady who politely let us know it was almost closing time. So we decided to be quick. We'll when the clock stuck 6pm the older lady basically kicked out the door in a very firm voice telling us they were now closed and to hurry up, we were the only customers in the shop and almost at the end of the last aisle. With the way we was spoken to we decided we didnt want to spend our money there anyway. We put back what we was going to purchase which looked like low grade steak anyway and headed for Coles across the road. To which the check out lady was lovely and the steak was to die for. Fair to say we will never return to tasman meats.

Customer service is absolutely atrocious! The two old biddies at the front need a new job. If you are going to work in a customer service role at least be professional and approachable and not make a fuss when a customer asks a simple question. Don’t see a place like this lasting very long with ugly attitudes like that.

Tasman butchers have good quality meats at very reasonable prices

Wide selection of meats and other items. Many specials. However, everytime I buy meat from here it starts to go off within 2-3 days of being in the fridge. We just took a roast pork and lamb plus lamb shanks out of the packaging (all expire Dec 9th) and all smelt like unpleasant cheese. We washed it to see if the packaging was the issue but smelt the same. Unusable and had to throw out. Unfortunately not the first time either. If buying meats from here use the day of or day after purchase. Or freeze.

Meat tastes better here than buying from woolworths or coles. Friendly staff, always have specials on lamb and pork.

Very poor customer service. Bought some bones and asked the butcher to cut in small pieces, they said NO! When I asked why? They said their blade cost them $25 and they don’t want to blunt their blade. Absolutely terrible experience. Would not recommend anyone.

Found them very expensive. Wasnt happy at checkout when I put my card on to pay and the machine used my Mastercard instead of allowing me to put pin in. Not happy. No more card here now just cash.

Paid $50 for a piece of pork belly only to have to throw it out. It had 3 days left on its date, when opened stunk my entire fridge out as the pork was off causing us to throw out all of the food that had been tainted by the pork smell. We will be never buying any meat products from this butcher again. The customer service has always been appalling but now the meat has topped it off. Lucky dip for the meat for the meat if you choose to go Yourself.

Good place to get meat and the staff were quite friendly too

Prices were good, parking is limited out the front but there is heaps nearer to the officeworks. The butchers are friendly for counter service and the layout is easy to find what you need. Worth the visit.

I gave you one start because this rude casher on the checkout, she's skinny and tall here age between 50 _59 she have bad customer service , even no greeting I seen to money review regarding her, please replace with someone she's no good for customer service I get treated like that everytime

Hi i have been coming here for many years.These days people want very good meat at give away prices.You are a credit to the industry prices for budget supermarket meat has gone thru the roof yes Tasman meats have increased VERY slightly over the last 6 months BUT NOT THE QUALITY.I take my hat off to you butchers the quality is supurb.I no longer look at prices i get what is on my list & i know i will be VERY VERY happy with PRICE QUALITY Just keep it up guys THANKYOU

I visited your store on Saturday from Tarneit and was served by a older gentlemen who was happy to make some fresh mince. Even though it was pack up time and close to 4pm his service was absolutely great. Excellent service and great staff.
