Top rated pizza place in the west and the best in Point Cook. The staff here is very professional and take very good care of their customers. The quality of pizza they serve is awesome. They are really quick and always on time with Pizza's be it pick-up or delivery. They are very well organised. When the number of orders are more, they still handle well ensuring quality and standards, in a timely manner when compared to other pizza vendors. They value time. Appreciate their job.

Had a fantastic meal from Crust Point Cook, that was a hit with everyone. Food came right on time and was fresh and hot. Generous portion sizes heaped with real and tasty ingredients. Delivery driver kind and professional. Highly recommend for all your pizza needs. Particular favorites include the Tandoori Chicken pizza and the Mediterranean Lamb. Had mentioned off hand that the pizzas were for a party, and the Crust staff actually wrote a birthday message inside one of the boxes! Great customer service :)

I've orderes from uber eat and paid $50 for just 1 gnocchi and 1 pizza. Then I saw the portion and ingredients I was shocked. I can't believe $50 for 2 dishes will got nothing!!!! Half take away bowl gnocchi charged $18???? $25 for pizza which is very small!!!! Its tasted bad, I was super mad, its over priced!!! I'm so disappointed and will never order Crush pizza!!! Its not worth the price.

Ordered the Garlic Prawn, A+ for presentation and can tell the person who made the pizza took their time and care. Overall not bad but I did find it a little dry and the crust itself could be a little softer for my liking.

Very disappointing the crust was very dry, no taste. Over priced for an large pizza and yet less topping on pizza. Frozen pizza would of been better. Thankyou point cook crust will buy my pizzas else where. Disappointing

i love the pizza every time and the way the crust is thin but still crunchy + the atmosphere is actually really nice because it seems like the staff all get along really well haha. speaking of the staff, they’re total saints for putting up with my family lol :3 10/10 would come again

Gloves were worn to take our money and do the order but were not changed to touch food. Two pizzas ordered, only one with anchovies but the other tasted like them also. Too expensive for what they are. One of us got a sore tummy.

Very disappointing. The pizza was dry. The size of large is ridiculous. Honestly, a large is a medium at this place. This place used to be so much better. Will not recommend it anymore

Now my favourite place to go to for a carbonara, one of the best I’ve had from any restaurants and it’s a very generous amount for the price! Pizza and garlic breads are also amazing! On top of that the customer service is amazing!

Bad customer service, ring up for missing order. Manager was very rude and refuse to handle the case, and just hang up.

Their pizza is really nice. Strongly recommend going for the Vietnamese chilli chicken flavour. The prices are very affordable for the quality too.

Highly recommend the Peri Peri chicken pizza. The service is efficient. We have been loyal customers for years and when they heard we were moving, they sent us a thoughtful little treat with our last order.

Love the Pizzas here as it's my GOTO place when I crave for one! 1 start less is only due to poor customer service over the phone and in person by the store.

Ordered the Peri Peri, Szechuan chilli Prawn and Vegetarian Supreme.. The other 2 were good but the vegetarian pizza was bad… was a lil dry overall but was fine..

Ordered the Vegan pulled Jackfruit pizza and it was amazing! The pizza was perfectly cooked and the flavour was really nice. The chocolate brownies were very good too. Definitely ordering from here again.

Good to be back!! Since we moved to Altona we've been hunting for a pizza joint as good as Crust & tried all of our locals... unfortunately they are all too salty because they use manufactured meats not fresh cuts. If you love fresh toppings & ACTUAL meat get your pizza from Crust! Delicious!! We had a Mediterranean Lamb & Chicken Club, w fries & Garlic bread... So SO GOOD!

Horrible customer service. Ordered via UberEats a large pizza which looked like a medium-small. This distinction was not made on ubereats and I was expecting a large pizza. When contacted the person on the phone was abrupt and rude and told me that there’s nothing he could do about it Disgusting Will not recommend to anybody
