I love whataburger, as a whole the company provides better quality than competitors. But this location sucks. I’ve been coming here for 2 years since it’s close to my work and I’m not exaggerating when I say that every single time they get my order wrong. Not to mention I’m always greeted by an employee who clearly hates their job. But that’s not even what prompted me to make a review. I’ll always ask for ketchup at the drive thru and at the window. Sometimes I’ll even ask for extra ketchup and get nothing with my order. I’ll pay extra for jalapeños or cheese only to get my order with no jalapeño or cheese. But I was charged for it. This has honestly happened to me a good 7 times in a row now. I will be driving an extra couple of miles to go to another location where employees won’t act like I’m requesting for them to run a marathon when I ask for extra ketchup and that will get my order right and stop taking my money.

Curbside person was rude after asking a simple question. I asked for picante salsa in my taquito or for my taquito and they put jalapeños in the taquito instead. The chicken strips were overcooked. It was just bad all around.

I have been coming to this whataburger for years and it is always the same BS. My order always consists of different bread and sauce than from what is on the menu and they always get it wrong. I understand that there are human errors some times. But here it is ALWAYS. I would highly recommend another location because on George dieter it is guaranteed to get the order wrong. Whether it is drive thru or dine in. This location does not have good service.

I ordered on the drive thru we ask for ketchup and the guy told us is on the bag 1 cup for 3 burguers with fries. 🤦🏽‍♀️😡 no se le vayan acabar.

Excelente overall experience. I had something light, the apple cranberry grilled chicken salad that never disappoints. Always fresh! And I did a double meat with cheese kids burger. Put my favorite burger toppings and the cashier was super nice and friendly. My order was very accurate because of her. And the young lady who brought out my order was so cordial and nice.

This is my favorite Whataburger. The food is always hot and I never have to wait too long for it. Lesley the cashier that took my order was very professional, attentive and with a kind attitude.

Can never go wrong with whataburger, today was the Buffalo ranch burger! Fantastic

Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean, and each of my orders were special and they were all made correctly. Good job guys.

Customer service sucks. We had three meals with 1 ketchup and the takeout person didn’t want to give us more. We even offered to pay for more and she refused. Really?? Talk about rude. If I could give no stars I would. Leave it up to George Dieter Whataburger crew to be rude!!!😡

Too bad you can't order patties al a carte, you have to order them in person. I'd rather get 4 patties with cheese for the same price of a single patty burger.

Guy took my order twice and still got it wrong. Been waiting for more than 20 mins and they haven't gotten my meal worst whataburger in town. Update been 40 mins and still haven't gotten anything
