It's a small splash pad, great for kids under 10. There are canopies all around with a bench that circles the splash pad and a few picnic benches under a pergola. Great place to have lunch and let the kids run wild. Super clean and safe.

Very nice park to take your kids to or go for a jog. Has enough space for you to go enjoy the outdoors without having to worry about having too many people right next to you. Love that it has a little pond with fish and turtles

The champ Park was amazing we went to movies under the Stars to go see sing 2 the picture was great and surround sound was awesome. You could take food and drinks to enjoy. The people were friendly we all respect the movie it was a good night with my family. I believe the next movie under the Stars is June 25th 2022. Take your family even friends chairs and you will enjoy the champ Park a beautiful family getaway 🙂👍✌️🏞️

Nice park with ducks and turtles swimming in a small pond. Wounderful for a short walk with a pup, they have a wounder play area for the children as well. It's always very well kept and clean.

This park is the best that the City of Socorro has to offer. It's perfect for kids and adults. This park has full restrooms and the maintenance department has kept these facilities very clean. If you like parrots you will see 60 or more flying over the park between 7 to 9 am as you walk around this beautiful park. Three laps equal to 1 mile.

Great park for kids. Has multiple play areas. The grass was a little sad for the dogs, but we still had fun.

This is a hidden gem. I remember the news about Socorro High winning the State championship back then. I didn't know they dedicated a park to them. Great job. Would be awesome to see more parks like this around town. Definitely worth a visit to feed the turtles (real turtle food, not bread).

Nice playground, and pond full of fish and turtles. My son and I always bring some bread to feed the fishes and turtles. Nice trail to walk, and my son rides his bike. We also play soccer in the grass field, watch out for stickers in the grass though. Clean restrooms and lots of shade and tables

Bulldog Championship Park is located only two blocks from my home and has so many amenities! They've added a bunch within this last year that I think just adds more to this beautiful park. There's a pond with turtles and fish a plenty that you can walk onto over a small bridge way. There is several covered eating areas if you want a little picnic day with the family and or for parties. The splash pad is super cute with a ship in the middle, it's one of my daughter's favorites. The new thing they have added was the swing sets that are structurally really sound and great! There's an amphitheater for many different things. This park is a wonderful little walk if you're looking for someplace to get out and exercise, especially with your doggo friends. There are several dog bag stations throughout the park on the walk ways. Last but not least there is the sweetest little children's library that you can grab books from with the intent to return. Love love love this park

Really cute and clean park with a variety of things for the kids to do. The splash pad is very baby friendly and the playgrounds were nice. There's some damage to a few of the water sprays and the rubber turf at the playground was damaged in places. I could see a kid turning and ankle if they step in a hole wrong but overall very satisfied with the park. My baby loved watching the turtles in the lake.

Has a lot for the kids. They have a splash section, climbing pyramid, climbing wall, monkey bars, and spinning things for the older kids. They also have a playground section for the younger kids with a small tunnel and a few slides. There is also a stage, field, and turtle/fish pond. I do wish someone was always on staff though. The women's restroom is almost always out of soap and running water. There is no one around to keep parents from letting their kids trash the pond or steal the turtles.
