Great place place to come and enjoy their signature coffee hot or cold. Excellent place to relax and maybe even gather for a study group session! I visited the Zaragoza location , great friendly service.

Tried the Abuelita Mocha hot and it tasted exactly like the name says. Not too sweet just right and not too strong of the abuelita flavor. The barista also suggested the Hawaiian latte or the Mazapan latte. There's outdoor seating and plenty of indoor seating as well. I also tried the berry cheesecake Danish which was really good! Will definitely be going back again!

Coffee is slightly above average for El Paso. Half of the staff has some odd pretentious complex that inclines them to, not only deny simple customer requests, (in this case cold foam cream), but to do so with irrational snark and artificial excuses designed to cover laziness. I can get similar coffee and prices with less snark at Starbucks. We love to patron independent coffee shops; disappointed we do not get the warm welcome we are accustomed to at other shops. Who owns and operates this coffeeshop; happy to offer an hour of pro bono consulting on customer service and process logic.

Where can I start? This place is awesome for a date, business talk, morning cup of joe, etc. I loved that the are very unique and owner came out to greet us. I can feel and see the passion they put into their coffee and the shop. I hope I can keep coming here and see them. Cant wait. Really cute coffee place! Loved the design of the place. The girl who helped with our order was super nice and friendly, and she made you feel very welcomed! I went to get some homework done. They have wifi and it was quiet enough for you to work. The cookies and cream frappe is delicious!

So, I went online today to order some beans and saw that they have a special that states "buy one bag, get one 20%." I jumped at the opportunity, but I had some questions first because I didn't know how to get the 20% since there was no coupon code and nothing was dedcuted when I added the 2 bags to my cart. I wanted some beans as soon as possible as I had run out today for my espresso machine and I didn't want to wait for shipping. I usually order from another local coffee roaster whom I love, but decided to give these guys a try. I called and was told that I would be on hold for 5 minutes, I was on hold for 16 minutes and I hung up. I called a few minutes later and I was asked if I could be placed on hold for 10 minutes and I said no thank you, I would call later. I finally was able to talk to someone who rushed me and cut me off when I asked about the coffee bag special. She said she doesn't know why they still have that special on the website and they do not honor it anymore. The review is based solely on my experience today, I don't know how good their beans are. Honestly, I won't be trying this place again based on the customer service and the false advertising. It was a complete waste of time. I'll stick to my original roaster who is easy to work with and doesn't have rude staff.

If you are looking for a place to feel hip and fancy, this isn't it. If you are looking for great coffee, this is your place. Enjoyable atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and attentive. A place where you can feel comfortable knowing the people in charge care about the quality of their services. The coffee is made with proper care. There were no additional flavors from improper equipment cleaning/maintenance and the staff is well trained. Product Sampled: Cappuccino w/ almond milk for the micro-foam, no additional flavoring. The espresso was not burned allowing for the flavor of the bean to shine through. The milk was properly steamed which is no easy feat when using non-dairy milks. The initial aroma and taste of the roast was very pleasurable on first sip. There was no sour or bitter taste whatsoever throughout. Hands down the best cappuccino I've had in El Paso so far.

Visiting Texas, we found this spot and omg! The coffee and bagels are so good. Unfortunately they don't sell blueberry bagels anymore, so I opted in getting the plain bagel with brown sugar cream cheese... Amazing! The vanilla lavender latte on ice is bomb, too. Definitely try if in the area.

Looking for in house roasted coffee this is the place to go. Ambiance is great for casual meetings, studying, grabing a quick drink and a bite to eat. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about coffee. Will be back again.

This is the model of what a coffee shop should be. They have complex delicious espresso recipes, delicious pastries, and a sandwich I’d fight for. The have a work station with outlets and the wifi password, a couch to relax, tables to meet and talk, and water for those who want it. The staff is also very welcoming and helpful. One of my new favorites.

This is a hard pass. I ordered the Abuelita Mocha with a triple shot. The first order attempt being too small, but the second attempt arrived surprisingly quick. In the end, what I left with tasted like 16oz of cup of lukewarm chocolate milk. If you are a serious coffee drinker, this place may be a hard pass. It’s a place with a nice setting friendly service but weak coffee.

First time here and definitely impressed. I consider myself a real coffee drinker, with my 30 plus years of experience. I had the “Global Coffee” specialty hot coffee and really enjoyed the rich but balanced taste, highly recommended. The place itself is very nice and comfy. It has tables to lay your files and get work done, also nice comfortable chair and sofa. Bottom line - highly recommended!

El Paso has an absolute gem of a coffee shop in Global Coffee. This is our third visit to this coffee roaster and typically you either roast well or make the espresso well. This place does both. Delicious coffee with perfectly pulled shots of espresso. Consistent taste each time we visit. The atmosphere is also beautiful and inviting. Sit for some light reading, work, studying, with a group, or a quick coffee date. Breakfast bagel was soft and flavorful. When we go out for coffee, this is what we want in a coffee shop. It has it all. Run, don’t walk to get your Global Coffee fix. Seasonal drinks are too good to pass up.

I order the mazapán latte which was wonderful! I loved the little pieces of mazapán on the bottoms. Also it was not overly sweet where you couldn’t taste the coffee. The scone was not my favorite so I probably would not order it again, yes I ate because i was hungry and it was not bad, just not one of the best I’ve had.

Their Ethiopian pour over coffee is a bit too weak on the berry profile but still very drinkable. Glad they're still open though. Wish they had more light roasts with citrus as they only have Ethiopian. They used to have a nutty Guatemalan coffee. Bags of 12 oz beans are $14 right now with 50% off a second bag.

Amazing place! I'm traveling from Indiana and always on the hunt for local coffee shops. I was greeted warmly. I asked for their best coffee blends to take home with me and the Barista knowledgeably recommended and explained their coffee blends. Their espresso tastes like happy. Most places serve milk with a little extremely bitter espresso - the espresso here is much smoother and enjoyable on its own.

While only offering takeout (and delivery presumably), Global Coffee still makes the best coffee in El Paso. My go to is the Nutella mocha (hot or iced, it never disappoints) for a much needed, delicious burst of caffeine. ♡

I visited because I was given a gift card. The lady that rang up my order turned out to be the owner but I didn’t even know she was the owner because she was so nice! Coffee tasted great and I got my drink super fast. I ordered an iced coffee. They have a few specialty drinks but I’ll probably try those next time. They have a small seating area inside but they also have a patio so it’s okay for a coffee stop.
