    Front End Team LEAD, Cynthia, was very disrespectful and confrontational to a couple of elderly people to include a veteran man. The incident happened around 9:10 a.m this morning. When these older people were asking about opening another lane. One of the elderly woman commented that the manager, Cynthia had said she was not opening another lane. Then Ms. Cynthia replied “No Que” like 3 times in a very aggressive voice. Ms.Cynthia proceed to help desk gossiping and saying rude and unprofessional comments regarding those customers. Cynthia is a terrible representation to the people she is in charge and to this company. It’s sad to know people like her are in charge and suppose to “Lead” others.Being there as a customer and having to witness this situation was very unpleasant and uncomfortable.

    I have one suggestion that I would like for Walmart to consider. I always have a problem on the aisle where the soft drinks are. I am 67 years old and am not that strong as I use to be in reaching for items that are too high and unable to reach. The store stacks the soda bottles on the top shelf and they are hard to reach especially when the shelf in full and it's harder to get the bottles. I always hurt my arm in trying to reach and get them. I wish Walmart would be more considerate to older and disabled customer in making some items which are heavy more assessable. I have to wait for someone which usually is another customer to help. If I see a Walmart employee, I do ask them for help but I'm sorry to say, they are not to many available. Please take this suggestion serious because people are going to get hurt like I did today. Thank you.

    Small but with a lot of food and other necessities. Clean but there were sprinkles on the floor and no one was cleaning them.

    I’ve ordered pick-up delivery here 3 times already and every time, they either substitute something without notice, leave something out, or get something that isn’t even close to what I ordered. The guy who answered the phone on 04/01/22 @2:41 p.m. lacks professionalism, I feel like I’m talking to a careless teenager.

    I spent several hours in this store today. Every single store team member I had contact with today seemed very well trained and very competent in multiple jobs. One stock person apologize for pushing his cart in front of me rather quickly. It was refreshing to see such enthusiasm and competence and friendliness all in one store. This has to be a well-managed and will-run store. If you have a choice of which store to go to for a medium-sized neighborhood store, come to this store. I've tried to buy replacement sponge mop refills at the Transmountain store for several weeks but never could find it there and when I tried to order it online, my order was cancelled. This store had the product in stock and I brought two home with me. It was a happy experience to be in this store today with these fine people who operate it. I would say maybe the best Walmart store I've ever been to. Come to this store and you will not be disappointed!

    I was there today at around 2:30pm there was a long line at customer service...but they were checking customers to see what line they needed to go to and expediting the ones with quick transactions...Workers are very courteous the manager on duty was making sure plenty of cashiers were opening up Isles because the store was getting busier...he was looking around picking up trash from the floor helping customers with questions....a great example of leadership!!!

    Easy in and out. Plus good priced fuel. Lately they have been stocking the shelves endlessly for us customers. With gas costing more we're staying closer to our neighborhood stores so it's always full here. 😄😃

    Normally I am big fan of this place but lately they keep closing all the registers except for like 4 of the self checkouts by like 8:30pm or 9pm. If your going to close them at least keep the cashier ones open it's s probably faster than the crazy line of people trying to figure out how to do their own self checkout.

    I was discriminated for being a young hispanic male trying to buy kitchen knifes. Her exact word’s where“sorry Sir but I can’t let you buy this based on how you look” even thought I provided my ID. I was so furious by her comment I didn’t even continue with my shopping anymore. Next time better go to Target where I don’t get racially discriminated

    Boycott Alameda Walmart!! No cashier's available. As I was scanning items at self check out I had two clerks overlooking my actions with distrust making me feel uncomfortable. If their job is to see what items are scanned then WALMART Admin. should put them to work as cashiers instead of spys.

    This place is something else! The incompetence of the employees blows my mind. Most definitely avoid the money services center! You'll spend all day in line. How do you have somebody that seems new and not properly trained on the register. To top it off all the employees come and start a having a little meeting distracting the cashier. So just be prepared to enjoy your whole day in line. Where's the managers? Where's the adults to coordinate and lead them??? AVOID THIS PLACE NOT WORTH THE FRUSTRATION!!!

    I called to ask if they had a formula in stock and they told me that they “didn’t know” didn’t even ask what formula it was or anything… super unprofessional.
