Apparent good customer service. We were 10 years with this agent. When we canceled our insurance because they gave us a quote to high for our new car Suzette forgot to hang up the phone, she decided to share with everyone in the office what horrible customers we were, while I listen on the line. We were never late for our payments because we had automatic payments. We never complaint or bothered them at all. I admit I listened in on the conversation because I thought she was going to tell me something else. Anyway I hung up and called her back to ask what she thought was so horrible of course she denied it... HORRIBLE?! You want to see something horrible see yourself in the mirror Suzette. Your unprofessional horrible person. My mother always told me if you don't have the guts to say it to the persons face, don’t say it at all. Shame on you and whoever raised you. Like a good neighbor they are there to stab you in the back! We moved to a better agent with a better insurance, All state!! Also your rates go up after claims on your record even if its something you cant control like car theft.

I have been a customer since of Cindy Fierro since 2013 and I have always appreciated the individualized customer service provided. Whenever I need anything done with my policy or simply needed a question answered, I know that I can simply call and be taken care of, which is nice in this day and age where one cannot simply just get service from a human being. This is the simple reason that although I do not live in this area anymore, I remain a faithful customer.
