I
have
a
similar
experience
to
one
of
the
reviews.
In
store,
customer
service
was
excellent.
I
found
very
helpful
people
in
town
different
sections.
However,
I
had
a
washer
and
dryer
delivered.
The
delivery
team
was
lacking
the
parts
to
adjust
the
doors
and
did
a
terrible
job
with
the
installation.
I
had
to
go
back
and
fix
their
work
after
water
was
leaking
all
over
my
floor.
I
was
told
their
would
be
a
work
order
for
them
to
come
back
out
and
fix
the
doors.
After
hearing
nothing
back,
I
called
the
main
customer
service
and
they
scheduled
something
through
the
store
and
said
I
would
get
a
call.
I
missed
the
call
by
one
ring
and
tried
to
call
the
store
back
3
times.
No
one
would
answer.
Also,
the
store
left
no
voiceail
and
did
not
call
back.
I'm
still
waiting
to
get
this
fixed.
At
this
point,
I
want
to
return
the
it's
and
go
through
Costco.
UPDATE:.
Spoke
with
the
manager
and
she
addressed
several
of
the
issues.
I
am
supposed
to
have
a
team
here
tomorrow.
If
everything
gets
fixed
I
will
update
the
review
to
reflect
the
help.
Update

No
team
came
out
today
and
there
was
no
call.
I
have
been
in-between
hold
music
and
ringing
for
over
25
minutes.
I
will
not
order
anything
from
Lowes
again.
