    I have a similar experience to one of the reviews. In store, customer service was excellent. I found very helpful people in town different sections. However, I had a washer and dryer delivered. The delivery team was lacking the parts to adjust the doors and did a terrible job with the installation. I had to go back and fix their work after water was leaking all over my floor. I was told their would be a work order for them to come back out and fix the doors. After hearing nothing back, I called the main customer service and they scheduled something through the store and said I would get a call. I missed the call by one ring and tried to call the store back 3 times. No one would answer. Also, the store left no voiceail and did not call back. I'm still waiting to get this fixed. At this point, I want to return the it's and go through Costco. UPDATE:. Spoke with the manager and she addressed several of the issues. I am supposed to have a team here tomorrow. If everything gets fixed I will update the review to reflect the help. Update to the update. No team came out today and there was no call. I have been in-between hold music and ringing for over 25 minutes. I will not order anything from Lowes again.

    Went in Sunday morning April 11, 2021 to buy a square head shovel and found not 1 hanging in stock. It took us 45 minutes to get some assistance. 45 minutes to get someone in a manlift to go up and pull 8 square head shovels from the very top. I also had to move several boxes for the manlift operator. I asked to speak with a the store manager after my purchase and they send me the head cashier, aka the pajama girl to hear me out. She said her store manager name is Omar but doesn't know his last name so good luck to me talking to the right Omar. Come to find out store managers name is Jose Canelas.

    Nobody is around to help you. Told two employees that I needed help to load a piece of furniture and they just said they were gonna get somebody from the area to help but I waited 30 minutes and no one showed up. Had to do it by myself. Once I paid I again asked for help to load it onto the truck and the employee looked at me in disbelief. This thing weighed over 100 pounds with a bulky box and they were expecting me to lift this thing by myself. Next time I'll just take someone to help but the thing that is unbelievable is that employees are just walking around texting on their phones. So it's not like no one is available to help. Thanks Lowe's!!!

    The last review I made on Lowes was during the peak of the pandemic. They really not organized or prepared to serve the needs of the public with curbside pickup. I have been there many times since the pandemic has improved and store restrictions have been slowly lifted. Today I browsed their tools section, and I was really impressed by their wide selection of ALL KINDS OF TOOLS-- hand tools, power tools, table top shop tools, and so much more. They are really quite comprehensive!! :-)

    When you are at the store everything is great. Had a refrigerator delivered and arrived with wrong ice maker, it happens, but they would not even answer the phone to get it fixed. Went to the store and complaint and nothing, driver sent with wrong ice maker again. Tried calling and no answer. Just go somewhere else rhst appreciates customers.

    Ordered a washing machine after mine broke. After installation there was a huge puddle of water that the delivery/installation workers didn’t inform me of. After 20 minutes trying to move everything out of the laundry room, moving around heavy appliances my towel was SOAKING wet. I attempted to call the store multiple times for 40 minutes (currently still trying to reach someone) I haven’t gotten ahold of anyone to gather appropriate information in case of water damage done by faulty/incorrect installation. This is by far the WORSE experience I have ever encountered and will be speaking with the store manager/associate manager to file a formal complaint along with filing a claim against the appropriate insurance who will be held liable for the water damage my property incurred. Photos will be attached, please excuse the dirt as I rarely clean behind my washer or dryer.

    Curbside ordered a grill around 4PM was told it was ready for pick up around 830PM by customer service. Showed up around 9PM to pick up my order and was told in the store that it was not ready and they were still looking for the grill. This store closes at 10PM so I canceled my order. This experience was trash and horrible. Wasted my time and day waiting on a grill, if I was told that finding a grill was going to take 5+ hours I would have just chosen a different or similar item. Stick with on-line delivery’s only don’t waste your time with this stores customer service. If you need something the same day you are better off going to Home-depot

    I like shopping at Lowes because of the competitive prices, BUT this location SUCKS. The customer service is the worst. I had a curbside order of lumber and they picked out the absolute worse pieces for me and then gave me hell because I refused the pieces and asked for ones that didn't look like a dog had been chewing on them. I honestly think they pulled lumber that was in a discard pile and tried to give it to me. then to make matters worse, they crashed their forklift into my trailer, denting it, then blamed me for it. Honestly, paying a little bit more and getting the much better customer service at Home Depot may be well it.

    Great experience today! Everyone was working hard and the store was very busy. They got many customers through the checkout line in no time! We were in a rush and they made the wait a breeze. Love this store! Also, spring flowers and plants are in!!

    Horrible experience with lowes. I bought a dryer in store and had it delivered. Turns out the dryer was defective tried exchanging it the same day and said they couldn’t because they run based off a third party delivery company, so once the truck leaves it doesn’t come back. Tried rescheduling a delivery and they said they need the defective dryer back in store before they can deliver the one that works. I got a truck to do it myself and when I go in store the system is down so they send us to another lowes WITHOUT checking to see if they had the dryer I needed was in stock. Well the other store was out of stock so they had us us driving around with a dryer all over town for nothing. This is beyond frustrating, the employees at lowes have no regard for their customers. Not even an I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Nothing. Lowes had a horrible system.

    Two of the nicest employees I have encountered. They went above and beyond to get me what I needed. They met or shall I say exceeded the standards for the costumers. These young gentlemen by thr name of DANTE & ALEX P are such great employees. Besides the store never failing on me needing my house needs. Thank you so much young men. Hard work never goes unseen.     At the beginning of October, we purchased a washer and dryer combo and the service was excellent. Then last week, we also purchased a refrigerator ($3k+) and was to be delivered on the 26ths. As it was being delivered and taking into our home, the workers damaged the stainless steel on the side. It was sent back and my wife had to go to Lowes to get a return on it and have purchase another one. Today, 29th, it was being delivered and observed the entire cardboard box to be water-damaged plus the box had many numbers (route numbers) written on the outside of the box, like it has been to other locations and rejected too. I don't know if my refrigerator is damage, so I rejected it too. Now my wife is going to have to go to Lowes again and get credit and purchase another one all over again. IS LOWES TRYING TO GET THEIR DAMAGED GOOD TO UNSUSPECTED CUSTOMERS? GOT TO LOVE THE SERVICE THAT LOWES IS PROVIDING!!!

    I went to customer service for a delivery of my refrigerator. My delivery did not arrive on 23 Dec 2022 for whatever reason. Initially it arrived damaged so I was told to go to the store and get a new one. I did but no luck on the 23rd. So I asked Pamela on Christmas Eve to help me with the issue. She went above and beyond to get me a new one since I showed up in my truck. She was super professional, polite and caring. She really made my Christmas Eve a great day for me. Thank you for having her on your team. She is #1! Thank you!!!

    Better than the alternative. Everything is nice and organized. Could use a little more help every once in awhile but you adjust. Still better than home Depot. By miles. You'll find what you need or they'll find it for you. Plenty professionals with ideas around the place. They have classes for kids during the month. It's cool.

    Could not find anybody to help me within 1 hour to help me cut a chain, if you are a contractor forget this store, most of their workers show up at 8 am, we Contractors can't afford to waste time like that.

    I recently purchased a dishwasher and stove through this store with my dad. There was a lot of paper signing and it felt like I was signing a lease agreement. After everything they sent a 3rd party contractor that was super kind and made my parents smile the entire time. This contractors name was Trent he was very professional and kept good communication with us throughout the process. If you want the process to go smooth you need to ask for him, I was initially informed by the sales rep about him and I though well they are just trying to make it sounds better than it is, but they were telling it how it is. And he is also the first contractor I've seen use a level on all the appliances he installed.

    Purchased a washer and dryer in 2021 as well as the 3 year extended warranty. Lowe’s has been absolutely no help with repairing my broken washer. I have had their 3rd party techs not show up for appointments only to have customer specialists from Lowe’s be no more assistance other than providing the same phone number i had to call to Start my claim in the first place. Very disappointed in the communication and quality of service. You would think spending the extra $100 would get you some sort of assistance when the product you bought breaks down but i have been waiting for about a month without my washer now. And still waiting for a reply from an email 3 days ago.

    Definitely not ordering and expecting deliveries again. Second time they change days and times of delivery for orders I placed online. To some degree I can understand how the online delivery options may not communicate with the local delivery team. However, when you call to confirm and they change and change and change and then do not even show up after the changes they made, it's too much to bear. Forget about trying to get anyone from leadership on the phone. If you have 20 minutes to wait for someone to answer, maybe, but it won't be a manager. Two stars because I've shopped here since they opened and have generally been happy with service. This review is to warn about scheduling a delivery, and yes, the frustration in delivery experiences drive it from 5 stars to 2 stars.... Beware.

    It's a decent store. I knocked it down one star because the layout seems very cramped to me and it tends to be disorganized at times. The outdoors shopping layout also needs work. Things are hard to find and I feel that it should have a little more cover since this is a very hot place. Otherwise, a nice store with friendly and professional workers.

    Lowes has the worst install service I've ever used. I have been waiting on an install on a storm & entry door for over a month now. Someone already came and got measurements but nothing since. Anytime I call no one knows anything even though they were able to somehow go to my take measurements and give an estimate. If my father didn't feel forced to work with them because he has a Lowes credit card I would never do business with this bush league establishment.

    Bought a clearance appliance here 3 days ago, and only got around to installing it last night, which is when I discovered that it did not even turn on. Apparently it was bought, used, damaged, and then sold without being tested to see if it would even power on. I did not know that they had updated their return policy, giving only 48 hours to return an appliance, as per Lowe's corporate policy, so by policy I was outside my return window. That *policy* gets 0 stars from me. However, the managers at this store realized how unfair it would be to stick me with the several hundred dollar price tag for $8 worth of scrap metal, so although it was closer to 64 hours than 48, they processed the return. I would have preferred not to buy a non-working appliance, but mistakes happen, and they made it right. I cannot ask for more than that.

    Great place for everything in your home. I love even just coming to browse and look around. It's a huge place and everyone is always very helpful. One of the things I recently did was walk around all the Christmas stuff. They have a lot of options. Hope one day I can purchase some of that stuff I saw.

    I waited at the paint station for 10 to 15 minutes, I even asked for help and nobody came, the helpers don’t even look at you or ask if you need help, I saw a group of people chatting in the middle of the store instead of helping around. They Didn’t even apology’s for ignoring a customer.

    Hate coming to this Lowe's. Lack of sales associates and long wait times. Came to pick up a door and the communication between employees is terrible had me going back and forth. The cashier was undertrained and didn't know how the Lowe's credit card worked I was showing her on the register what to click and I don't even work for Lowe's! They charged me for something they couldn't find in the back and had me waiting for it. When I came to pick it up I had to inform them that it was not in the back after 15mins of waiting the girl Danielle who saw me struggling to get my stuff the day before told the dude it was under the register. It just had the wrong name... People are cool but management is lacking. Rather drive the extra 10 to Montana

    We purchased a dishwasher and we were guaranteed that it was in stock. After paying it in full, we scheduled it to be delivered the following weekend. The day before it was to be delivered they called us and said our already-purchased- in full-dishwasher was sold to someone else. We were livid. How does this happen? Now they can’t find a dishwasher like the one we purchased. They weren’t able to work with us at all except to refund our money.

    After moving from New York to here in El Paso about 3 weeks ago we have frequently almost 4 or 5 days a week shopped at this store almost every single employee we have met have been courteous, over the top polite, and very willing to help if it comes to taking the time to help us with the product finding out details of it or even helping us carry something or put something in the car for me or my wife. But about a few weeks ago we had an issue where an employee was standing in the refrigerator Department behind the keyboard and we did not know he had just got off the work and we had asked him for help we were going to buy a new washing machine and he cut me off and told me he's getting off work and somebody should be in the department which they weren't he made no offer to call someone. So we went up front and asked one of the cashiers to speak to the manager well the manager came out his name was Patrick Patrick was one of the most understanding, one of the most helpful, and one of the most nicest not just employees but managers myself or my wife have ever met. Patrick apologize and took the time himself take us back to washing machine Department and personally checked himself which washing machine they had in stock after that Patrick accompanied my wife to another department and helping my wife pick out pool chemicals he was unbelievable so thank you Patrick for making our shopping experience so much better

    I just want to thank Valles and Javier for all they went through to remove our old HEAVY fridge and install our new one. These guys are from the delivery department and they are good guys with a positive attitude. They deserve all the praise possible. So I challenge Lowes to reward these gentlemen accordingly because they deserve it especially after the story they will tell you!

    Store is clean, my cashier was super friendly, but I waited for more than 15 or 20 minutes to get help in the plumbing department and no one ever showed up. A plumber that was there shopping actually helped me out and found what I was looking for. An older gentleman and hardware was kind enough to page someone for me, but they never showed up.
