Variety is limited for being a specialty craft and project supply store. And some prices are nearly outrageous. But it's still great to come in and get some awesome craft ideas. The sales and coupons are great perks. The gentlemen in custom framing are awesome!!

I like coming to Michaels Staff is always very helpful.except this time the manger did not help. I get military discount and I’ve always applied it to my cart at the end regardless on top of sales. (I always come when there are sales)This is the first time I have not been able to get it which was weird and the manger did not help. Very disappointed today.

There are so many items to see and help you create crafts and projects to your liking. I enjoy going there and going through all the isles.

Alot of halloween decorations. Wreaths and picks were 40% off. Felt like a kid in a candy store. Definitely going back.

Michael's always has sales and big variety of home products such as picture frames, baskets, vases, flowers and party items. So much more variety of stickers.

They don't seem to have much cool stock. Just basic arts and crafts! I prefer Hobby Lobby

The only reason I walked into Michael’s was to pick up an Amazon package that I needed to sign for, otherwise I would never shop there, and I didn’t on this visit. I did walk around the store to see what had changed. The store is, and was always, extremely expensive. I looked at their artificial greenery for a wreath, and I picked up my package, and left immediately! Too expensive. The ready-made wreaths were outrageously expensive! Enough said!

On our last visit we bought materials for my son's drawing class and my daughter's pottery class without any issues; everything was in stock and easy to find.

This location always seems to be low in stock when I’m shopping here, but I am usually able to find what I’m looking for. Items can be overpriced so I recommend waiting for sales and discounts. Cleanliness of the store could be better.

I frequent this store occasionally for holidays decor or crafts. Great customer service is always provided. Just recently one of the employees took it upon himself to help me carry the purchase of our new Christmas tree and helped me rearrange things in my vehicle in order for the tree to fit.

Great art store usually get my art supplies from here also great sales would recommend to artists if they need materials asap

Most of there products sadly support skining animals like foxes i cant support it there all nice and its amazing 100% would go again if it would be more eco friendly don't hate me but this my opinion

Was in looking for cinnamon candles. Didn't find them but bought other candles. Atmosphere in store is great, friendly customers and employees.

I always come here for my Arts and Crafts essential needs. The place is not exactly clean all the time and the Yarn section is absolute chaos. Inspire of that they have moderately good prices and even better when they have the online coupons for products you are looking for. They have classes often and when a holiday is coming up, they have great discounts and wide variety for different needs. The Online ordering is fast, easy and hassle free. The only problem is that sometimes I struggle in the website to find my product. But other than that, I enjoy buying here.

I guess supply chain also affected Michael’s. Missing a lot of Silhouette and Cri Cut products.

I love this store because they usually have everything I need and what it's fairly priced, especially when it comes to comparing their prices with online prices. On this particular visit today they seemed a bit understaffed or busier than usual and I noticed because for the line of 13 people that I was standing in, they only had 2 cashiers.

The store manager was, Julie was certainly helpful in attempting to find the price for a Sheppard hook. Great job.

I was a tad bit disappointed, I'm a jewelry maker and designer so I go here for a lot of my supplies. For as much as I spend in this place none of the cashiers told me about the app, which contains vouchers and coupons, which contain additional money I could have been spending and saving because of all the money I had already spent. I noticed the guy in front of me used his phone several times, when I got to the register I asked what was it the customer before me was using and that is when I was told about the app. But I take responsibility for my part too, I should have remembered if I am spending money ANYWHERE....check to see if there is a reward program or an app. Won't happen to me ever again. 😉

Found some nice autumn ribbon wide enough to cut in half to make perfect bows with my Sudshare bags. They have some Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Day of the Dead decor.....but they selling out fast.
