My mother spent 7 days in this facility before I pulled her out. They deemed her a fall risk, so they would not let her up, nor did they allow a walker. She was always in bed or in a wheelchair. They did not administer her medication, at all. Multiple times, I walked in and there were approximately 10 to 15 patients sitting in wheel chairs lining the walls of a hallway with two caregivers. They said they did not have enough help, so they had to keep them there to keep an eye on them. My mother did fall out of her bed. She said she asked for help at night to go to the bathroom, but no one came. She tried getting up, and she fell and skinned her knee. This was truly the most depressing place I've ever seen. The building is nice, but it was truly a facade. I'm not a doctor, but I truly believe my mother suffered post traumatic stress for a few months after I took her home. For the good of any future patients, I hope they get their operation in order. If you are considering this facility, I highly recommend you make several visits at random times and observe the state of their patients.

I hated this place since we brought my mom every thing they told us they were going to do they did not follow through. They were supposed to give my mom therapy every day and they didn’t. The nurse administrator is rude along with all the staff. When you call the nurses they take forever to come. The place smells bad and is dirty think twice before you bring your loved ones here.

My grandmother recently passed away and all we want are her things back. What place requests receipts to receive my grandmother's belongings back. It is already hard not having her here and your keeping her stuff from us or is that your too afraid to admit that your staff members stayed with all her stuff, shame on this place. This place deserves 0 stars.💔

Not a nursing home for someone who needs total care 24/7. My sister was already talking, eating and sitting up by herself. They did not take her specialist appts seriously which ended her up in ICU with no answers. Nurse just called saying she had some discharge coming from her head, so they were sending her to ER. I believe she fell and they just didn't want to report. As a patient that has had a craniotomy with a shunt and mesh, they should have been more attentive with her. She is now on feeding tube and requiring oxygen and BK to square 1. Not talking and not responding at all. All nursing homes are understaffed but is not a reason to push your loved ones to the side. Be their advocate.

This is a very beautiful building. I have had a family member in this facility and everyone was attentive with them. The certified nurse assistants were very carrying, except for Irma and Yolanda. I heard them talking bad things about the company itself. I was disappointed to hear how careless they were when it came to their supervisors. I got to speak to the administrator Claudia Flores to get more information about the facility. She seemed very caring and understanding. She spoke very good about the facility and its employees. I also met with the DON who I believe her name is Meagan, also a very kind woman. I believe that if it wasn't for these women the foundation of the facility wouldn't run as smooth as it did for the stay of my mother. No matter the situation employees Irma and Yolanda have no right in speaking bad about their superiors because at the end of the day, they will back you guys up no matter the situation. Silent voices was the topic and will say more because Las Ventanas pays for your bills. To those of you who are thinking of putting a love one in this facility, give them a chance. Speak to the administrator, if you have questions, she will do anything in her power to make sure your love one is taking care of. Thank you for what you guys did for my mother, to the whole team.

The overall rating of this place is misleading, it should be at 4.5 or higher. First of all the staff are professional, respectful, and caring. My mother was there for 3 weeks for rehab after hip surgery. She stated that the staff made her feel at home, is was very clean and the food was really good . "Eddie is the cook there". I would definitely recommend this place in a heart beat. Las Ventanas thank you for taking care of my Mom!

I got to experience experience this home due to the fact that my father was terminally ill, after arriving there I felt a sense of peace and tranquility due to the fact that the staff is very compassionate very understanding very respectful. I grew very fond of the staff at this facility because of the treatment that my father received. Although my father has passed on, I still continue to visit the staff and a patient that was housed in the same room as my father, every time I walk in that place I remember my father but I still continue visiting this facility because I feel very at ease what the treatment that my father received and how he was always cared for in the best manner possible. This place receives 5 stars based overall on service respect compassion toward the elders that call this facility home

All the staff are very attentive to the residents. The staff create a loving and happy environment for the residents and patient and tend to each individual need to optimize personalized care. The food is good at every meal and they provide snacks at all times so no one ever has to go hungry. The building is beautiful and they keep it very clean at all times. The residents are happy in this beautiful, happy place. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs either long term care or short term care and rehabilitation.

I love to work in this facility, the staff is awesome and the residents are very lovely and friendly. The residents stay entertained and very active with all the great activities provided to our residents. I feel very thankful to have the opportunity to show love and support to our residents thru out my work . I Love the Ventanas Team !

My grandpa has lived there for several years and it is the worst management. They do not have enough staff to care for residents and they do not have wellness activities either, since the Cnas and nurses do it because the director of activities unfortunately left. I do not recommend this place now there are better options. I find myself disappointed. The administrator or HR in charge never help.

Horrible place they never go check up on patients. My grandmother is there and they never check her glucose until one of our family members tells them to do so. !!!!!

This place is a joke. They either don't have medication or supplies needed for patients and when I call to speak to case manager the lady who answers the phone is troubled to have to transfer a call and tells me to call back because I reached "activities", yet I am calling the number that is listed on line. 914/23 How kind of them wanting to resolve my issue if I call back and ask for quality yet when I do they have no idea what I'm talking about and get a I don't know what quality is. I have been attempting to call and speak to the case manager for some time now this week alone I have been calling every day and left messages and have yet to received a call back.

This place sucks! The staff here are horrible, they don’t care for the patients like they’re suppose to. They are just here to collect a paycheck. Worst decision ever to have chosen this place for my dad. I can’t believe how incompetent the staff is here. We were finally able to get my dad out but in a worse condition. Please don’t bring your loved ones here.
