I
am
completely
devastated,
humiliated
and
Offended
by
the
manner
I
was
approached
by
the
front
office
department
female
assistant
I
was
Disrespected,
Harassed,
and
Bullied.
I
was
the
Customer
trying
to
ask
a
question
about
updating
a
prescription
dog
food
which
was
to
expire
today,
2/22/2022.
The
worker
spoke
too
rapidly,
and
she
asked
me
questions
without
allowing
me
to
reply,
and
at
same
time
she
grabbed
my
two
cards,
since
I
have
2
dogs
with
a
separate
prescription,
and
she
commented
about
1
prescription
and
she
grabbed
my
second
card
for
the
other
dog's
prescription
and
she
commented
about
a
type
of
food
and
the
other
a
separate
brand
of
dog
food,
and
as
she
kept
talking
so
rapidly,
I
was
not
able
to
respond
to
additional
questions
about
the
Online
Pre-
Paid
Order,
which
I
still
had
the
card
valid
and
I
never
got
my
answer
since
she
asked
me
several
questions
not
allowing
me
to
answer,
I
had
to
ask
her
to
please
slow
down
since
she
was
speaking
too
rapidly
and
not
allowing
me
to
reply
to
the
very
first
question
because
she
kept
on
talking
and
I
was
unanle
to
keep
track
of
everything
she
was
saying.
However
the
worker
stated
rudely
and
Disrespectfully
to
me
in
a
Defensive
and
Combative
tone
that
"I
was
soeaking
real
rapidly,
mimicking
what
I
had
just
stated
to
her".
The
worker
turned
into
treating
me
more
Verbally
Abusive
and
she
was
Bullying
me
and
not
behaving
productive;
it
was
time
for
me
to
move
out
of
that
vicious
experience
and
I
decided
to
leave.
The
worker
made
an
attacking
tone
by
threatening
to
go
tell
the
Veterinary
doctor
about
me.
And
I
took
the
worker's
comment
as
a
sign
of
an
aggressive
vicious
Threatening
behavior.
As
I
was
going
back
to
the
front
cadhier
to
pay
for
a
dog's
bed,
I
stopped
to
inform
the
store
manager
of
the
threateing
abusive
and
unproductive
behavior
I
had
experienced
unable
to
have
an
answer
to
my
question
since
the
worker
was
aggressively
Abusive
and
Threatening
Behavior;
and
Manager
replied
fir
me
not
to
worry
because
I
had
already
spoken
to
him
earlier
about
the
Pre-Paid
Online
Order
and
he
would
not
have
a
problem
picking
it
up,
but
he
acknowledged
that
the
behavior
I
reported
of
the
worker
wad
not
the
store's
policy,
although
they
wete
separate
from
the
store.
I
thought
all
was
water
under
the
bridge
to
forget
the
bad
abusive
experience
and
move
on.
That
was
not
the
case,
unfortunately.
As
I
was
driving
home,
I
noticed
tgere
was
a
voice
mail
message
from
the
same
Veterinary
Dept.
from
a
woman
identifying
hetself
as
the
Vererinary
Doctor
and
she
Aggressively
left
me
a
very
Offensive
message
apparently
believing
what
the
Vicious
worker
told
her
about
a
Vicious
Lie,
and
the
Veterinary
told
me
to
call
her
back
so
that
I
can
tell
her
about
my
behavior
with
her
worker;
which
it
Insulted
me
even
more.
It
appeared
that
the
Veterinary's
readon
to
call
me
and
Insult
me
was
due
to
satisfying
her
own
vicious
ego;
and
she
did
not
have
any
intent
to
treat
me
with
respect
and
resolve
how
poorly
and
insulting
her
worker
behaved
in
treating
me.
This
Veterinary
Doctor
lacks
the
respect
and
ethics
as
a
professional
veterinary
doctor,
which
she
left
a
very
poor
impression
of
running
any
type
of
credible
or
trustworthy
services
to
the
public
to
treat
their
Pets.
I
wouldn't
take
my
pets
for
care
to
these
who
are
so
vicious
disrespectful
unprofessional
vulgar
threatening
a
Customer
not
just
by
one
worker
but
also
by
the
veterinary
doctor
who
wasn't
even
present
to
witness
the
worker's
insulting
behavior
or
for
her
insulting
telephone
call
leaving
me
an
insulting
threatening
voice
mail
message.
I
should
report
her
to
her
Licensing
program,
but
I'm
not
sure
if
it's
even
worth
it
wasting
more
time
with
these
people.
Although,
it
was
not
Petsmart
store
who
bullied
or
insulted
me,
I
am
choosing
to
NEVER
return
to
that
store
again
and
I
can
get
the
prescription
food
some
place
where
I
am
treated
with
respect
and
not
be
verbally
Attacked!
