    Visiting for the holidays, I decided to look for a bed for my 90 + pound canine. This store had some nice specials but I found an extra large crate mat that would do the trick. I've purchased other beds for him, but he never used them. I didn't mind paying the $68.00 regular price, since he really enjoyed it, I wish I would have taken him with me so he could sit on Santa's lap like the other small pets 😁.

    Went to have my cat groomed and it was a total hack job. There’s still long pieces of hair around his legs and it just looks terrible especially for $90. Will not be coming back

    Amazing! The lady that works with the fish area is fantastic! Super patient and always a big help! She has an octopus tattoo behind her right ear!

    I was originally going to put a lower rating! I had a bad encounter the last time I went, the manager (Jesse) was aware of it, and personally called me. Never have I had someone go out of there way like that, especially to solve an issue. I was able to go back, and get my issue resolved. Thank you to the other employees, and managers that helped me out!

    Took my prescription from my Vet to Petsmart. Arrived at the Banfield Animal Hospital about 5:15pm. There was no one at the counter, lights were still on in grooming and in hospital. So I decided to ask cashier at front if hospital was still open. An he paged someone on radio. To which then he said “No, unfortunately they closed early, unfortunately when the Doctor leaves they close.” I let him know the hours of operations say 8-6 though on Friday. He just said “I apologize.” Very inconvenient PetsMart, please update your hours of operation. I gave two stars, only, because cashier at front gave good service while checking out and had a positive attitude.

    This would be the second time I have taken my Golden Retriever to the Groomers at PetSmart and both times I have left happy. I had previously taken her to the other Pet place and was extremely disappointed. The young ladies working here were super sweet and attentive to my dog. They actually look like they enjoy being around dogs. Great customer service couldn’t be happier with my dogs haircut and the attentive care. I will definitely be going back. They also give you a 15 minute heads up that your dog will be ready, which I loved. My dog looked happy when I picked her up. Thank you Ladies!!!

    I am completely devastated, humiliated and Offended by the manner I was approached by the front office department female assistant I was Disrespected, Harassed, and Bullied. I was the Customer trying to ask a question about updating a prescription dog food which was to expire today, 2/22/2022. The worker spoke too rapidly, and she asked me questions without allowing me to reply, and at same time she grabbed my two cards, since I have 2 dogs with a separate prescription, and she commented about 1 prescription and she grabbed my second card for the other dog's prescription and she commented about a type of food and the other a separate brand of dog food, and as she kept talking so rapidly, I was not able to respond to additional questions about the Online Pre- Paid Order, which I still had the card valid and I never got my answer since she asked me several questions not allowing me to answer, I had to ask her to please slow down since she was speaking too rapidly and not allowing me to reply to the very first question because she kept on talking and I was unanle to keep track of everything she was saying. However the worker stated rudely and Disrespectfully to me in a Defensive and Combative tone that "I was soeaking real rapidly, mimicking what I had just stated to her". The worker turned into treating me more Verbally Abusive and she was Bullying me and not behaving productive; it was time for me to move out of that vicious experience and I decided to leave. The worker made an attacking tone by threatening to go tell the Veterinary doctor about me. And I took the worker's comment as a sign of an aggressive vicious Threatening behavior. As I was going back to the front cadhier to pay for a dog's bed, I stopped to inform the store manager of the threateing abusive and unproductive behavior I had experienced unable to have an answer to my question since the worker was aggressively Abusive and Threatening Behavior; and Manager replied fir me not to worry because I had already spoken to him earlier about the Pre-Paid Online Order and he would not have a problem picking it up, but he acknowledged that the behavior I reported of the worker wad not the store's policy, although they wete separate from the store. I thought all was water under the bridge to forget the bad abusive experience and move on. That was not the case, unfortunately. As I was driving home, I noticed tgere was a voice mail message from the same Veterinary Dept. from a woman identifying hetself as the Vererinary Doctor and she Aggressively left me a very Offensive message apparently believing what the Vicious worker told her about a Vicious Lie, and the Veterinary told me to call her back so that I can tell her about my behavior with her worker; which it Insulted me even more. It appeared that the Veterinary's readon to call me and Insult me was due to satisfying her own vicious ego; and she did not have any intent to treat me with respect and resolve how poorly and insulting her worker behaved in treating me. This Veterinary Doctor lacks the respect and ethics as a professional veterinary doctor, which she left a very poor impression of running any type of credible or trustworthy services to the public to treat their Pets. I wouldn't take my pets for care to these who are so vicious disrespectful unprofessional vulgar threatening a Customer not just by one worker but also by the veterinary doctor who wasn't even present to witness the worker's insulting behavior or for her insulting telephone call leaving me an insulting threatening voice mail message. I should report her to her Licensing program, but I'm not sure if it's even worth it wasting more time with these people. Although, it was not Petsmart store who bullied or insulted me, I am choosing to NEVER return to that store again and I can get the prescription food some place where I am treated with respect and not be verbally Attacked!

    I have been trying to get my dog groomed. According to your appointment scheduleing I my dog cannot be vaccinated within 48 hours of his appointment. When I finally have the time to bring him in, it turns out that it's actually 72 hours, you just need to show up so you can be turned away. This is incredibly frustrating and a waste of my time. Why do you say 48 hours online yet they want 72 when you get to the store.

    Don’t buy fish here!!!! My pond was infected and many fish died after adding 3 fish from petsmart. The 3 added died in less than a week and after 2 weeks another died and so many sick, now fighting with the disease. They don’t know how to care about fish, they would go out of this business, they are not prepared

    Samson approved! Or should I say...BATMAN!!! ❤🐾🐕🐾🦇 I could have kept it at 5 stars but... The issue I have is that Petsmart website is no longer user friendly. I actually hate it when you get to checkout and it keeps redirecting you to fill in information, when everything is already filled out. Then that CAPTCHA, ugh, it just keeps coming back!!! Whoever is your webmaster needs to fix these issues. Horrible, horrible online checkout services. Otherwise, in store the employees have been good.

    We adopted a baby from the humane society and because of the paper in her adoption file petsmart gave us a coupon book that saved us so much money on new toys, food and some comforts to Make her feel at home! Plus she had a blast getting pats and scratches from other shoppers and meeting the other pets doing their shopping.

    Very cool place, lot's of options for your pets. Prices are fair. My daughter n son got some fish pet and was very helpful. Only 4 stars because they were short staff and took a lil to long to get a couple of fish in a bag.

    Love this store lots of great deals going on now for your pets you can always bring your pet in let them pick out toys. Lots of treats trying potty pads and leashes toys everything u need for your pets.

    I used favor to pick up my dog food order. The prices online are different from in store . They respected the online price as it was 1.00 cheaper per 30 cans I bought. Extremely helpful. Great customer service.

    Grooming experience or lack thereof was horrible. I put a muzzle on my dog just as a precaution when in public because he can get anxious and growl if another dog shows aggression towards him as he is a rescue. Was completely denied service after this even though it was mentioned beforehand and their websites even state they can work with anxious animals. Meanwhile while walking out of the store another persons dog lunges towards mine and they get no weird looks at all.

    It's been sometime that I've been to any pet smart, this location being the closes to me is my main location. Today, I brought my son for a hamster. The girl who helped was great, very professional and helpful with information on the hamster we wanted.

    I could not trust these people with my dog, they don’t even know how to handle their payment services. Employees returned money to an account that wasn’t even used and then Bren proceeded to tell me there was nothing else they could do. Go elsewhere where they are aware of what is going on.

    Very nice selection of pet food here. Also have lots of pet supplies, accessories, toys and medicine. There's a full service Veterinary clinic and grooming service too. They have dog training classes available too. The staff is friendly and helpful.

    This is the second time at the Fountains PetSmart and considering that the first time l had a really bad experience with one of the associates 😔 no need to mention the details. This second time a very helpful sales associate assisted me, unlike the other one who told me to walk through all the iles and find what l needed 😡😡😡. This other lady walked with me and around the cat food iles, to help me find what l needed. Kuddos to her, very attentive blonde young lady. I hope all sales associates were as helpful as this girl.

    I got a new dog, a pure bread German Sheppard and I love her. I went to this store for advice and I left with so much more. Tips, amazing helpful staff who couldn't stop making great suggestions. The food they selected and how they explained to change it has worked great. I won't shop anywhere else, and I get to bring my puppy Kira shopping with me. This is really the place. I love you all.

    Much better service at the Joe Battle store. Staff were very caring and Doctor was very helpful, caring and supportive with our decision. I live in the Central area of El Paso and if we decide to get another pet, I will definitely drive that far for the quality services they give than the one on Sunland Park.

    I scheduled an appointment for grooming for two of my dogs. When I got there for my appointment I was notified that pets now have to be microchip in order to get groomed. Anna Belle, the employee stated it’s part of the city ordinance. No where on the web site does it state that. Yet they wait till you get into the store to advise you, apparently new city ordinance. Guess they want to try to get customers into the store so they can purchase other things while they are there. No heads up no phone call. Very unprofessional. CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS A FEW DAYS IN ADVANCE PEOPLE!!

    Worst experience I’ve ever had with pet smart. Took my dog for a bath. The groomer claims that he “threw up” and she could no longer wash him and sent him away with me being soaked and wet from head to toe. He was shivering and it was 30 degrees outside. They gave me a towel big enough to dry off a chihuahua. My dog is a full size old English sheep dog. What is that tiny towel going to do!? She seemed like she made up this story so that she didn’t have to bath my dog. The groomer was also incredibly rude. The most unprofessional employee I’ve ever come across. Spoke with the manager as well and he did absolutely nothing to help. I asked if they could atleast dry my dog off before I have to take him out into the freezing cold while he is soaking wet and they said no.

    Why can't personnel at the grooming salon place a muzzle on my small terrier? It was his first visit there to get bathed and they turned him down, because he was nervous and aggressive. With the muzzle on he would have been okay. Disappointed!

    Great place to buy what you need for your pet. The on-site veterinarian is fantastic and the best part is they are honest. They will tell you to go somewhere else to get the same product your pet needs cheaper because they actually care about your pet and aren’t just trying to make sales for the store. Take your pets, they will probably enjoy it as well.
