This place is ran by unorganized heathens whom choose to work against company policy and work their own hours rather than the store’s hours. I was given an appointment time by some androgynous looking thing with a bad dye job then when I show up at the given time, some poorly dressed employee with lobes that can go around his waist a few times, tells me they won’t be taking any more vehicles for the evening because they aren’t well staffed and prepared. This is a huge inconvenience and shows poor communication skills between the employees working for this well known corporation and the customers they serve.

Had to call the manager just to get my battery replaced. Mechanics too eager to wanna go home it was bearly 6pm. Thanks to yhe manager, the job was done in 15 minutes!!

They didn't have the right equipment to take out my filter took and 1 and a half hours to tell me they canceled my service. I took it to another place less that 2 minutes to take out the filter!

It took more than 3 hours to get some tires installed. The girl at the counter (name starts with T) is more so what this 1 Star is about. Every time I a saw her interacting with a customer, us included, it was in a negative manner. It’s like she enjoyed telling customers no and in a bad manner. We were just trying to pay and leave, we had been there all day.

I asked one of the techs (Miguel) who was out in the service area about my car. I didn't even have my car with me but he went out of the service area and into the lobby to get the information I needed. He gave me a printout of my car info and looked for the oil I need. He also offered to check out my car and maybe topping it off for free since I took my car in recently. He took his time and was very patient. This guy went out of his way to help me and made sure I knew exactly what I need. I'm very, very thankful to him!

Got tires installed and oil change,,,in and out in a little over an hour, courteous service especially from Ana, the service mgr, she seems cheerful everytime I go there!!

The young man was very rude. He insisted he had many appointments and cars ahead of me, I only saw 5 cars ahead of me. So I left. The Alameda walmart has discouraged my business twice already.

Took an hour just to say they couldn’t do a battery replacement.

This tire shop was prompt on getting my tires mounted quickly. Great service!

Synthetic oil change for $47, you can’t beat it. Other places charge $80, or $100 for the same thing. It takes a little while longer, about 1:30 hours, but it’s worth it. When I originally went, the staff was apologetic about being short staffed and having a 5 hour wait. They were busy, they get busy, there’s no need to apologize or being busy. It was a Saturday morning, I went back in the afternoon & took care of it. Idk why I took my car anywhere else. Wally World never fails. 🙏🏻

It took them like three hours for a oil change but we were advised before hand. The young lady that got us was real honest and very sweet. The only problem was that they put in the paper that they vacuum my truck something they didn't do.

Took our car in for tires. Good prices but If you want different other brand or good year tires you have to order them which sucks. Got what they had. Good price.
