Front desk staff; very unprofessional, giving medical advice to a patient who was complaining of an ear infection advising patient to wait 10 days for antibiotics to work that’s a long time for someone to be in pain and antibodies typically don’t take 10 days to give a patient relief, discussing patient medical condition at the front desk patient was very upset about an elevated blood sugar of 450+ and same staff talking bad about the patient. I walked out and decided to look for another for provider. Very unprofessional medical group in the front desk.

Great staff, this is my second time visiting this location and I always had great experiences, Dr. Douglas was phenomenal and tended to my needs expeditiously. They go way above and beyond to make you feel great and they do this with compassion and care. My first time I made an appointment and I was seen 5 minutes after filling my initial paperwork, my second visit was a walk-in and I was seen 10 minutes after showing up. Definitely a good medical practice.

Checked in at 8:45 for 9:00 appt. In the next hour the waiting room was emptied! At 9:55 go to the desk and ask what happened to my appt. OH, she says, you are still on the list. Like nothing is wrong. She could care less. Don't waste your time. Understand Dr. can get behind a little. That was not the case. Primary care...less.

Dr. Marin and his associates/staff have always provided me with the highest of standards and true professional medical expertise. He has always been on mark with identifying any medical issues/questions I have. I believe being under his care for 2 years has truly improved my life! Highly recommend Dr.Marin at Transmountain Primary Care!

Recently made an appointment for a physical, went to have a annual physical done for my insurance, brought my forms, have it signed for my physical but they charge it as a regular visit for me and my wife, my insurance told me they should change the claim to be a wellness visit but they insisted because it was my first visit it can not be a physical, that a physical you don't talk at all with a physician or can be prescribed at all and if I wanted a physical need to be a separate visit. Not happy at all how they handle the claim department happy to move to a different office after all this mess.

I wish there were more stars in goggles rating system only allowed on special occasions: this would be one of those... went in for my DOT physical and from the moment I set foot in the lobby I got the best service one could possibly ask for; kind, respectful and attentive while at the same time being warm and friendly. Tati girl, the receptionist; More and Güero made me feel special.. they truly are out of this world. Doctor Marín is a lucky guy for having such wonderful staff. I truly recommend this place not only for physical but for all your medical needs. Thank you Doctor and thank you guys... ps. If you come in early please bring donuts; the big smiles will grow bigger.!!!! They did it again!!!! Son los mejores. Muchísimas gracias a Yolanda. Alex. Erick. Dr. Marín and his staff are truly amazing. Never has my family nor myself experienced such an amazing doctor who sits down with you, listens to your medical issues, corrects the issues to the T and then sends your prescription without 0 issues to the pharmacy of your choice. Pablo and the rest of the receptionist go out of there way to make you an appointment and solve any issues without hassle. The best way to go is to switch to Dr. Marín and staff as your PCP. My whole family has switched and we look forward to staying.

I am not a patient of this clinic but wanted to leave a review with hopes the doctor sees this and takes action. There is nothing more unprofessional and infuriating than a front staff that answers the phone, mutters something unrecognizable and places a patient on hold before a word can be said. I was looking for a primary doctor in the area but this experience is the reason I’ll be searching elsewhere. IF YOU’RE BUSY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE! OR HIRE AN ANSWERING SERVICE to help screen calls!

I had an appointment today with Dr Mendez. I was kinda worried after reading several reviews. But I had a very positive experience. I went in, checked in, paid my copay and filled out paperwork. I waited like 20 mins, then they took me inside. I saw the doctor right away. Doctor was very knowledgeable and took his time. I was out of there in no time. The receptionists, medical staff and doctor were all amazing. This is how every clinic should be! I’ve had terrible experiences with rude medical staff everywhere else. I hope this place stays the same !

Wish I can give -5 stars. Worst customer service I’m currently a patient at this clinic, front desk ladies (if you can call them that) are rude, pathetic and unprofessional, they don’t care at all about the patients myself being in the medical field I can not fathom the thought of treating my patients the way this ladies do, it’s disgusting the way they act, classless and entitled, im disgusted by this behavior. Hope that Dr. Marin and his associates get to see this and do something about it. PS looking for a new Primary Doctor.

Receptionist, Medical Assistant, Doctors were all really good at taking care of my health. They were the last clinic I visited out of 4, and will definitely be returning.

Great service showed up a tad early for my appointment but they got me in for my vitals and in front of a doctor before my appointment time Ms.Janice and rest of staff was very professional and kind. Took the time to actually talk and see what you need.

Wait time is way too long. I usually wait an hour after checking in at the front desk. If it weren’t for the wait time I would give 5 stars

Love Dr. Marin! Some doctors act like they're in a rush to get you in and out, but he's really thorough and really takes his time to listen to patients. Very nice and modern facilities, looks like they've been remodeling. Staff is great as well, very friendly and helpful! Expect to wait a bit in the lobby, but that's kind of inevitable with flu season + the fact that they take walk ins. But at least you can always see a doctor when you need to, some doctors you have to wait weeks for an appointment.

Mediocre clinic, right away they want your money and they are insensitive regarding insurance problems. Terrible front desk ladies with mad faces and bad treatment. First time and last time. If you want a better care and better costumer service go somewhere else, you will not be welcomed in here.
