This gym should be looked at. This gym does not even deserve the one star. My husband tried out this gym and before his contracted was ending he decided not to renew. My husband when to advice them that he will not be renewing again once the contract ended to basically know how to cancel or just simply not renew. They basically told my husband that they will renew the contract without his permission and they did, making him pay for something that he had told them he would no longer keep. Not only did he call to not renew his contract, but he also try all the necessary steps to cancel his membership correctly. I do hope that this gym gets investigated because it seems that a lot of people have this experience with them, not to mention that the family and people that own and work in this place or so rude. It is better to pay for a big good successful gym, knowing that your money and time is safe than to be where they don't care of your reasoning as long as they continue to to withdraw.

I love this gym!!! Music is also always on point and they have lots of equipment to use. Excellent customer service. Max goes out of his way to make you feel very welcomed. And the gym is very equipped and big. Great quality overall.

Too expensive for what they offer they don’t care about their people they only care about the money and themselves this went from being a good cheap and cool gym to a commercial and hella expensive ah gym . Not that the money is an issue but other gyms that offer more than you guys do charge way less then 80 dollars to start a membership. No worth it L gym. They really give you a lanyard for a quick 5 star rating come on now

Wish I could give zero stars. The owners and mangers don't do anything about members harassing other members. I get scared to workout here, especially as a female. It's always hot and dirty. They only care about their online presence. Don't waste your time or money on people who don't care about you.

Excellent gym. More than enough equipment for whatever your goals are. Super friendly, kind staff and awesome equipment. Definitely recommend no matter how little or experienced you are!!!!

Love this gym. Ownership and management stand by their word and always take care of their members. They put their money where their mouth is. No commercial, two-faced B.S. Redskull is the place to be.

The gym’s have friendly and great staff who maintain the equipment & the locations very clean, they have a good variety of equipment and just recently made some great remodels around the place, definitely recommend to hit it up day pass is only(15$)

My experience at this location was amazing ! They have great workout equipment and the environment is very comfortable.

Gym is always dirty. The members are just as lazy and never clean after themselves. All the owners care about is taking your money so I really suggest going to another gym. They will try to talk you into giving them 5 stars when you sign up. I'm happy I left that filthy dirty place. Instead of the employees making reels for social media they should be doing their job and cleaning!

I have been going to this gym for almost a year now, and i would have to say it’s extremely convenient that it’s a 24/7 gym. Sometimes i come in the morning (on the weekends, it’s not packed at all), or late at night where there are less people. The machines, Free weights, and the overall interior of the gym are a very solid grade of quality and efficiency. I’ve been to other gyms, they were smaller and less efficient, and charged MORE. In this area, i for sure will stick to this gym for as long as i am here. 4.5/5

Myself and my husband came in assuming we'd experience "just another gym" but I have to say the vibe is amazing ,they have everything we need and it is completely clean , it's open 24/7 so that is a big plus especially for parents with a busy schedule I'd recommend RedSkull

Honestly at one point this was a okay gym but after a while the gym just seemed very unprofessional. The gym is dirty, AC don’t work in the middle of the summer, restrooms out of service. If I’m going to pay some much money into a membership it’s needs to be worth it. All this gym for is taking ur money. I tried to cancel my membership and all they did was give me the go around. I would ask the lazy staff for help and all they would do is give me a third party number to cancel. Again they would give me the go around and couldn’t help me to cancel. I would go back to the gym for help and would just send me back to call the third party number. 🙄🙄🙄 I would ask the lazy staff for them to cancel the membership and they said they “can’t”. If ur trying to gym in a budget this gym is not for u! Yeah it may seem great in the beginning but obviously they just want reel u in just to take ur money little by little. All there good at is taking ur money and offer so little. PLEASE AVOID THIS GYM U WILL BE DOING UR SELF A FAVOR!

The gym is amazing and has all the amenities and machines a gym rat could wish for. The gym also has an amazing staff that is willing to take care of everyone in a quick and professional manner.

Not only is this gym 24/7 but it is never packed despite the amount of cars in the parking lot. Every time I come in there is always space for me to work out and equipment is always accessible and everyone is very clean. 20/10 recommend !!

Stopped in while visiting from out of state. Red Skull has a clean environment and great equipment. On top of that the staff was very friendly and helpful, highly recommend.

It’s an decent local gym franchise, definitely they have the equipment for weight based exercises and staff can be friendly. However, they drop the ball when it comes to providing equipment and space for those seeking more body-weight/calisthenics training. Definitely consider the 2 year contract if you are starting your fitness journey. But not much more than that.

OK. Let me start off by saying I made it out alive. My gf NAT brought me here this is like a gym gym. A variety of machines and weights. The front Staff was super helpful I paid 15 for a day pass. If the gym was located in the northeast I Def would sign up but unfortunately they are located in Central and the East side. Definitely recommend.... 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

I’ve had to change my review. While the staff is incredibly kind, we had originally joined this gym earlier than when the El Paso location opened because their social medias advertised that the prices of their memberships were about to go up when they opened their new location. Come to find out, they had already upped their prices. We were upset and felt misled, but we ignored those feelings because we had high hopes that the new location was going to be awesome due to the original gym. The original had exactly the vibes we were hoping for, and thought it would be a safe bet that the new location would be similar to the first one. I have to say, my husband and I were incredibly disappointed after walking in the gym on opening day. We felt that, while some the equipment was cool, the gym was incredibly small, and didn’t have enough for what we were looking for what we pay per month. It’s not a bad gym, but it was just a let down and we’ve been back a few times, but we are paying big box prices for a small box gym. The original would’ve been worth it but even the original location is smaller than how they present online, and it can be incredibly cramped, the new location is not worth it for the prices we pay.

Love the variety of equipment. I just wish there were more squat racks available during the time CrossFit has class for those of us who don’t take the class and are unfortunately only available to workout during that time…. And the need for more restrooms please and thank you! -GR

I recently moved here to the city with my husband and it's by far a great gym. The staff is very friendly and so is the whole environment. I dropped my membership from another well-known gym and I highly recommend this gym. :) -GR

Best gym out there if you’re looking for a different vibe besides a planet fitness or EP fitness. One of the cleanest gyms out there and the staff member’s are really friendly. Also the music is amazing, they change the genre every so often so we don’t listen to the same thing everyday!

Been to quite a few gyms in the area including on Fort Bliss but this is the best gym by far. Biggest variety of free weights and machines. Always clean and staff are very friendly and welcoming! If you’re looking for an amazing gym look no further. GR
