ShoOffz has honestly been an amazing gym. I’ve gone for about 3 years now and will continue too. The environment itself is great, and you never have people looking at you funny like they’re judging you or degrading you. I haven’t been trained personally here but if I’ve ever had a quick simple question on something with a workout, I’ve never been turned away and my question is always answered. The staff and people are friendly and I always see the trainers and their trainees working together and communicating, I’ve never seen an issue. The equipment is great and they’re always bringing new things to the gym to utilize and it’s clean. The smoothies are great, the meal preps are astonishingly amazing! It’s open 24/7 and there’s no contracts for a membership. Definitely a gym to be at if you want to improve and feel motivated at. :) Nothing but LOVE!

Signed up at this gym today, used to be a member back in the day 2010-11. Awesome to see the expansion of the building and the meal prep service. Excited to start working out at this great gym again.

I’ve been going to this gym for about 2 years now and between the amazing hands on trainers and vast variety of gym equipment I couldn’t be happier! This gym is literally home, so thankful to feel welcome and see the friendly faces daily. The community is so supportive and always willing to help give tips and share gym knowledge! Freddy, Richard, Devon and so many other trainers really bring this gym to the top! I truly don’t believe there is a better gym in El Paso. Very thankful to be apart of the team 💪🏼

Great gym if you know what you are looking for and have made a commitment to improve your overall health and physique. Mike Gracey is a great instructor and coach. He knows what he is doing and will get you seeing the improvements and results you are looking for. Their meal prep kitchen is a great addition and makes it a one stop shop for all your nutrition needs. Love this place!

I'm surprised at the reviews of this place. You're paying for the vibe rather than the gym. The equipment is old and the site is small. I opened a membership because the military no longer has a 24 hour gym and sometimes I need to be at work early enough that I wouldn't be able to work out before at the on post gym. I signed up at the transmountain location and it's not great. The one over by El Paso college is a solid gym. I found out 2 weeks ago I'm headed overseas with a sister unit. My bill went through two days ago and even with deployment orders I'm being charged for next month as well. When we get back I'm probably just going back to anytime fitness. Better equipment, bigger space, and they've never charged me an extra month with deployment orders my last two trips. For being a "military friendly gym" with an owner that's former military it sure doesn't seem like it.

They have unfairly overcharged me an extra two months so far. Will keep updated. I Updated a cancel subscrition form at their front desk on February 06. Payments are every 8th of the month. It is March 28 And i got charged a total of $120 so far for using their gym twice lol. I've got a paper receipt for when I first paid in cash and two online transactions from them already. . Owner just replied if the issue was fixed. NO IT WAS NOT FIXED, NO REFUND FOR ANY OF THE THREE MONTHS WAS REFUNDED. SO WHY ASK IF THE ISSUE WAS SOLVED AND NOT LET ME REPLY TO THEIR “question” lol.

Mask is not mandatory, and they promised new machines. Staff don’t mind interrupt your workout for a low priority chat. The front desk was alone when we needed help, the lady was busy with her phone. but good Gym so far. Very clean

I have been going to this gym since 2019 and I have never felt more comfortable at a gym. The trainers go above and beyond to give their clients a comfortable training environment, and truly invest all their time to their clients’ growth. Freddy and Devon are truly the best trainers I’ve ever had the privilege of training with, and I believe they are why this gym is one of the best in El Paso.

Sho Offz is a great place to find a personal trainer, meal preps are top notch, plenty of supplements for you to choose from, and the staff is very knowledgeable with whatever questions you may have about pricing, contracts, or weekly meal plans. You get a great sense of the gym being a family when you get there and see how everyone interacts with one another. Highly recommend this gym.

I signed up for the 1 week trial with today being the 1st day and so far not too good. The gym itself does have many machines but are dated. There is no stretching and warm up area. Cable machines only have one attachment except in the arm and cardio area. If you only use machines this place is perfect as it has no area for free weights. There’s one small stretch of turf to do any calisthenics or stretching which is also a mess (weights and other equipment are pretty much pushed over there in heap). The facility and equipment are pretty disgusting as well…no cleaning wipes in sight. Oh and the bathrooms wreaked of mold and mildew. The customer service is what really topped the cake though. As I mentioned it was my first day and no one showed me around the facility nor mentioned anything about the gym itself or why I should chose that gym. I asked about a locker room situation as a hint that I’ve never been to this gym and the employees very rudely told me they don’t have any locker rooms. You can tell the staff is either lazy or unfriendly which is not how to get people to come to your business. Save your money because this gym is a huge bust.

Gives old school gym vibes, very good equipment. Just needs better airflow gets very hot no matter if there’s a lot of people there or if there’s four people there.

Changed to this gym after much research of quality gyms and trainers. I have passed my 2 month mark and training with Freddy and Devon has been more than life changing. I have results that people notice. Meal planning, training, and a healthy-friendly environment. Thanks Sho offz, Team Freddy, and Devon ❤️❤️❤️

the person cleaning the bathrooms uses way to much clorox it’s almost impossible to use the restroom with that smell it’s too strong , and it lingers out to the workout area and it’s horrible to breath that in and it causes dizziness and headaches hopefully she can measure herself with how much she uses for everyone’s safety. other than that 10/10 gym

Went with a free pass from my job which they denied , they didn’t let me try out the gym to see if I liked it
