My storage unit was a small 5x5, but it was always clean, well lit and was air conditioned. I found the staff to be competent and helpful. The facility made me feel safe and that my belongings were secure.

I have had a number of issues with the personal at this location. Paying my units and the staff not removing their locks off my units. Just today I called in to pay my units and the person who is working today Sarah I believe added my payment to one unit only when I specifically told her I have 2 units. She called me later to tell me she messed up. When I advised her I needed access to my storage units she hung up on me.

Service was great and front desk is very helpful and polite. Easy to do business with and little maintenance to gain access to my unit. Thanks again.

They have a good customer service, I am very satisfied for this year that I have been with them.

I arrived at the national self-storage on NorthLoop Dr. in Socorro looking for a unit. I liked that the area is well lighted and clean. The customer service was excellent. The manager helped me find what I needed at a great price.

Carmen and all the staff are great. Always willing to help and always very kind and respectful. I have two units there and have never had an issue. Definitely recommend them.

This is a great facility. I use this storage for work. Carmen has also been so helpful and nice. I would recommend this location for any storage needs. Never had any issues and I have been at this location for over 2 years.

Staff is nice and helpful, but the issue I have is with the nook system that they have. 4 times have I gone to my unit only to not be able to get in. They need a system that has a backup to the nook. 3 out of the 4 times, it’s been the battery. If you plan on having a storage unit, pack all your stuff in plastic bins. Otherwise you’ll have an inch of dust on all your belongings.

Very good storage facility. Security is also very decent. Would recommend this business to anyone in need of storage space.
