The front desk receptionist was super friendly on my first visit. That is where it stopped. Everyone else spoke like they didn't really want to help. They had me get extra paperwork filled out without clear instruction and then waited until the day they were to do the work to say things were missing. Their answer was basically figure it out and reschedule the appointment. I am very disappointed in the service here since I'd heard so many good things about them.

My experience with Dove Family Dentistry has always been very pleasant. The staffing is very professional and caring. The Dentist goes beyond the call of duty, to make sure he gives his patients professional and satisfying results in a timely manner.

This is the best dentistry in Memphis. Located in Whitehaven. The staff is so pleasant and really nice. Dr. Polk makes your visit really comfortable and pain free. I would give them 5 rating. Thanks Dove Dentistry.!!!!!!

First time visiting there. The lobby was very clean and homely like, the wait time was not long ,Great Front desk staff and Good Dental Service was provided, I will be returning for my dental plan by Dr. Polk and his Staff. I would recommend family/ friends to go there their Dental needs.

The Dove dental staff was very efficient. I think staff could provide more information about their services before and after the procedure. Also more information regarding the insurance they accept. That is what is covered by the insurance.

Absolutely 💯💯💯💯💯 they are very professional and friendly. I'm getting a couple of things done. From a deep cleaning to a bridge. Today I got the left side of the deep cleaning. Wow I didn't feel absolutely nothing they used just enough medicine for the procedure. The young lady that did the procedure was exceptional and friendly . They only do one side at a time because of the medicine. ABSOLUTELY 💯💯 LOVE DOVE FAMILY DENTISTRY
