Figured I'd treat myself to some ribs from my London only usual franchise only to find that they DO NOT SELL RIBS (no pork ribs, no lamb ribs), so the shop name needs changing. Also they don't take card payments in this day and age. The takeaway was sweltering and cramped while waiting to order. The staff are not too friendly either. Best off finding a better favourite chicken n rib for the full service. The bbq wings were not to standard.

This used to be my top chicken shop in London since 2014 when 3 wings and chips costed about £1.80, but now they have increased the price to £3.30! What a joke! They have also downgraded the quality of the chips and wings. I feel like the shops near to central London has lower price than them. I know the current situation is making people push up prices but their increase is just riddiculous, and that too with lowering the quality of food. I'll be avoiding from now on unfortunately.

The customer service, food & price in this shop is horrific. Stay well away from this shop! Sadly, the workers there have to deal with such rude management who do not know how to treat their employees! Nevertheless, the food is unsatisfactory and the pricing well ... its ridiculous! You can go down the road and find cheaper food with the better quality tasting food! People only go to this shop because its close by for those that live locally! Otherwise, they wouldn't have stood a chance!

Their price has gone so much up they selling chicken burger meals over £6 compared to ilford lane chicken shops where you can buy a chicken burger meal for £5. and then they are using cheap imported soft drinks that cost under 30p per can to go with chicken burger meal..they also double fry the old chips and put in back into frier..they don't take card payments only cash to avoid declaring their full business profits to tax man..dodgy dishonest business, reported them to tax man, its Haram for Muslim businesses to make excess profits and over charge customers this is exactly what this business's is doing, and same time paying their workers to sweat for £6t o £7 an hour cash in hand well below the minium wage ,disgusting behaviour and shameful.

Service is shocking, rude staff with filthy attitude. Poor hygiene standards can be seen from the counter. The quality of the chicken is below average. Not to mention the price here is amplified in comparison to Dixy, Lakers or any of your other favourite chicken shops. Pardon the pun… Never eating here again. Cash only? Why? Cause you don’t wana pay tax.

Pizzas were nice, burgers gave me wrong ones instead of the fiery ones i asked for,i realised once i got home. Chips good when fresh. Wings were lovely. Once cold not too goood.

I have been coming here for years. Friendly, efficient service, great owners and excellent quality food especially the pizzas which is why so many come here again and again.

Great food and brilliant staff! What I really like about this place is the cleanliness and it really does reflect on the food too, it’s not roadkill, it’s actually quality stuff at a very reasonable price. Staff there are really friendly and always willing to slide in a few extra surprises.
