Vegetarians be careful!!!!!!!! We have ordered a veggie roasted pizza with additional toppings. but additional mushrooms. I have got only one topping level of mushrooms. Also, go a pork (bacon) piece as an extra topping for a vegetarian. I have contacted store, they are not responding and saying that manager will contact me. No one has reach out yet. Submitted a feedback form.

This is how pizzas are made in this store. It took one hour for them to make a pizza. The pizza is made in such an unhygienic manner that the delivery driver just comes from a delivery, starts cutting pizzas without even washing hands and then the store was understaffed with two staff handling almost 20 customers. This pizza store is so negatively managed, no proper hygiene and the pizzas made are of supreme inferior quality.

(27/9/2022)UPDATE - Unfortunately I have resisted talking about the loss of quality and value at Domino’s Pizza, Eastwood. I blame greedy owners & management not the staff who appear to be overworked and undervalued by their owners. I have no prod but there must have been a memo from Domino’s head office to the hard working young staff members to follow a strict rule of the quantity of toppings. I bought a extra large pepperoni and there were only Two small pieces of pepperoni per slice (attached photo). What is it with the greed driven owners who are prepared to lose customers because they are demanding a stingy strategy towards toppings. I realise that Domino’s Pizza Head office by pepperoni by the ton and some finance manager has demanded that less pepperoni per slice per pizza. Quality has sunk and value is not a factor anymore if and when choosing take out pizza. There is looming financial crisis and if you want to stay ahead of the game out more pepperoni on your pizzas. Capitalism is great but greed is a sickening infection. I have noticed Big fan of pizza since arriving on planet earth. Domino's is my goTo pizza place. Generally I do a pick up rather than delivery. I've had numerous problems with delivery that are not meant to detract from Domino's pizza, but suffice to say I find it more convenient and cheaper to order online and pick up. I ordered my favourite which is a Godfather Pizza and I prefer thin & crispy, however I also like the extra large size but Domino's do not offer the 'extra' large with thin & crispy. So depending on my fat gut at the moment when ordering I will make a selection. Which is always the opposite of what I should have ordered. Also I add anchovies as an extra! Not sure why anchovies get such a bad wrap. The dynamic between the regular pizza taste and the harsh saltiness of anchovies increases a pizza's deliciousness by a pizza factor of 5P's. Anyway the pick up is packed with financial value and you can get away with a large thin & crispy with no extras for less than $10.00, that's pretty darn good. Though this price is a one person, one pizza deal. The large thin & crispy is just enough, or just under the total pig out gut satisfaction spectrum.

Having tried a few different locations, I usually find this store is one of the better ones but today seemed a bit average and maybe they were understaffed. It took nearly 20 minutes longer than expected for my order which was incomplete. Pizzas were (more than) acceptable but have had better from here. Still prefer this location over many others in a 10 k radius.

Absolutely astounded, pizza was not delivered (okay sure, this happens, no biggie), we asked for a refund or a redelivery and it was not provided. Called several times over the last 3 weeks, got told that there’s nothing they can do. I’ve worked in retail and hospo, I know enough of consumer law, they’ve stolen our money and haven’t provided service. Tried contacting corporate a few times but they haven’t got back to us either. Manager was extremely unhelpful, told us to “google” contact information for escalation (as if he didn’t have that on hand or nearby??) and he refused to refund, redeliver or offer a voucher. Or anything. We left the call empty handed and $ short. In all my years of customer service I’ve never turned away a customer empty handed like that, even when I couldn’t do something right away. I don’t blame the staff (I was there once, I getchu), there was a blackout and they couldn’t provide on the day, but the lack of issue escalation is appalling.

Posting here as exactly same issue as other customer so copied their one! Waited 1.5hours so far and still waiting now, still not received my food, called the restaurant over 8 times and no answer. Just rings out. Says being delivered but no tracker and on this status for ages and no updates for my orders too. Basically after putting the order, you have no idea what is going on! Not happy. Awful experience. What has gone wrong with this store? This is the worst so far

Really disappointed in the management team of Eastwood Dominos. This is a regular favourite of my household and there are always minimal staff in the restaurant whenever we pick up an order. At the time of writing, there are two staff members currently working and 9 orders waiting to be made or delivered. Unbelievably low amount of staff for the World Cup semi-finals night, when lots of people would be ordering takeaway. Hats off to everyone working tonight, management doesn’t seem to value the revenue you generate for this location.

There pretty good but have a habit of putting bacon on pizzas that I remove it from the toppings & when I pay extra for a certain base it's never correct.. brownies and shakes are good - Been in there a few times with multiple staff standing around and just staring at each other until one eventually comes to serve?
