24+ hours later still have not received my COVID test results. Phone number on flyer does not work also any other phone number linked to histopath does not work. Been told to email my enquiry instead.

one of the worst businesses i have ever dealt with, they constantly harass me and send me letters and text messages about a charge for a test that i never ordered and they are unwilling to listen, constantly threatening me to pay or they will send a collection agency, i explained multiple times that i did not order any tests. but they are not willing to listen, no empathy, absolutely disgraceful. this business should be shut down, its like a crime family..

Their airport service is chaos and ruining peoples Christmas holiday. So many people waiting for results for over 2 or 3 hours and have now missed their flights. How dare you say 90 minutes on your website so that people plan to that when the reality is many hours more. Appalling

After I registered and paid for my CPR test prior to my flight to Japan, I went to the testing site at Concord only to find out that it was temporarily closed (without any notice). I was then directed by their customer service staff over the phone to Burwood (by the way the address shown on Google Map for "Histopath Burwood" is incorrect; the correct address is 60 Railway Parade). After arriving in Burwood, I was again advised that the testing site was closed. Wasted my entire morning.

Just received my results after just under 60 hours (sample taken 8:30am December 24 at the airport). They did mention 24-48 hours, but I think we all know it’s a nightmare for all labs at the moment. The staff were super nice, and only knocking a point off because of the lack of communication with phone being shut off and email not answered. Fingers crossed more results coming for everyone waiting!

Without this brilliant, affordable service and staff, there was no way I would have been able to find a doctors' appointment anywhere in Melbourne and meet my flight. 26th June 2022, very fast results from Rouse Hl drive through. I hope that the people in the lab are not over worked.

Went to have test 21/12 in the afternoon as news reports said better in go in the afternoon. So went 4.45pm to drive thru listed as open. Followed the signs and arrows to entry and one of signs along the trail said open to 6pm. Finally got to a blocked round about with sign saying closed to weather. 31 Deg in summer you have to be joking. Went back the next day queued for close to 3 hours and the staff where useless (polite) and a bleeding nose post test. Now 28 hours later - no results in metro Sydney... Will not take phone calls - recorded msg. Laverty had previous results back in under 24hrs. Looking like not finally being able to see aging family for Christmas... thanks...Will never go near these guys again.

Stool test is missing plastic tub. They really need to fix and pay attention to detail as a business. Even just reading the reviews I can see they don’t care about people and just care about money. They won’t last long if they keep this up

Great service at Airport testing center. We arrived 3 mins before 9pm for 4 hr PCR test. Apparently they stop swabbing at 9 (should note this on the website), but they went ahead and tested 4 of us. Results received in 30 minutes. Amazing!!
