    I recently joined orange theory back in March. I have had a great experience at this location, the coaches are motivational, they push you to do your best, and I always leave the workout feeling accomplished. The class sizes are not too big which is a bonus. The app is easy to use and easy to schedule classes. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

    Amazing class that hits all the important parts of an exercise class, cardio and strength and works on having your heart rate go through different stages. Definitely recommend.... Absolutely love orange theory. I've been going for a couple months now and I can see huge improvements and gains. I've had many PRs on the treadmill and I always feel encouraged. The staff are always friendly and the coaches always are encouraging you to get stronger and better. Definitely try out a class you will definitely get hooked immediately.

    I've been a member at this location for almost a year. All of the trainers and front desk staff are super friendly, there's great music, and the classes change every day so you're never bored. The coaches also do a great job showing modifications for a particular exercise if needed, and make themselves readily available to speak with if you need any help during the workout. I was a bit intimidated to start here last year, but you can go at your own pace, and the coaches are all so approachable and welcoming that I felt comfortable here pretty quickly! Attending a class here is truly one of the highlights of my week, I'd recommend this gym to anyone interested in group classes or HIIT workouts.

    The BEST workouts - always changing it up so it’s never boring (I go at least 3 times a week so this is huge) and you get a whole body workout (tread, rower, weights) which is great when you have a busy schedule. Instructors are very positive and motivating. Staff and community are friendly. Equipment is in great shape and studio is clean.

    I have been a member since last year 2021, started in blue bell location, Hailey is great and wonderful instructor, only reason i moved to gwynedd location was because of distance, 20-25 min vs <8mins, in gwynedd location, Heather is such a great caring wonderful instructor, she really focuses and provides great attention in details, encouraging and providing motivational feedback that keeps me going and working out hard and bring the best in me. I highly recommend both locations!

    Great gym. I have been coming here for a couple months now and am enjoying my time here. This is the longest I have actually stuck to consistently going to a gym. Probably because the staff and the other patron’s are so friendly and encouraging. Coming here has definitely helped me mentally and physically get stronger. It is like therapy from dealing with life. The 60 minute workout templates change daily and you leave feeling accomplished by what you have just done. Staff is there to help you with your form or offer modifications on the weight floor and guide you through the treads/rowers with upbeat music. They have a ton of classes throughout the day and the classes are never too crowded. The studio is kept very clean.

    I like the mix of templates from day to day, and always leave my workout in a great mood! Coaches are all excellent at running class. OTF Signature and Benchmark workouts are very motivating.

    The best trainers, workout and facilities!!! If you want accountability combined with a friendly challenge, OTF Gwynedd is a great choice.

    The workouts at Orange Theory are very motivating and fun way to exercise. The coaches are very friendly and supportive of your health goals. The music is great and the studio is modern and clean.
