Ring Jewellers you are amazing. The communication is excellent from the beginning, throughout and at the end and its exactly what a customer needs when someone is doing a special piece for you. Having purchased an engagement ring, two wedding rings along with a stone addition over the years I wanted something else and being a big Star Wars fan I wanted something BB8 related (p.s I've absolutely loads of other star wars characters I love too) but didn't know what I wanted exactly. Discussing it with Stuart (who is super professional) listened, told me what would work, what wouldn't and what would look good or even better. He took my ideas and got to work. They absolutely have best interests at heart at helping you to decide on a design and material. I was blown away by the finished product and it's perfect for me. The Titanium material is amazing with the subtle colour added to it, I can't stop looking at it. 100% 1st class service provided by Ring. Extremely highly recommend. One very happy customer.

Competition breeds Excellence!!! Since receiving my wedding ring on July 7th, I have postponed this review to ascertain the quality, look, and comfortability of this piece of jewellery. Without regurgitating what other five star reviewers state, which are absolutely true based upon our experience, I would like to say this unique wedding ring is exactly what I wanted, looks brilliant, and, as a previously non- ring wearing individual, feels extremely comfortable on my finger. As in the title of this review, due to the huge concentration of shops, RING Jewellers must be doing exceedingly well and place huge importance on customer satisfaction, as if they were not of five star standard, I doubt the business would survive. I would easily recommend this business to anyone and would not hesitate to give them my future custom.

I took in my 12 year old engagement ring for a makeover! Stuart recommended some replacement diamonds which were a stunning blue/green to capture the aquamarine of the previous stones. The ring came back like new I am absolutely thrilled with the result and am already planning my wedding band makeover!

I wish I could give them more stars! I went in with my, no longer needed, wedding rings to have them remodeled. Natalie sat down with me, asked many questions to get a clear idea of what I really wanted, then started drawing design options. She had some great ideas, but wanted to take the stones out of their current setting to make sure it would work. Later that day, I received an email with photos of the designs she thought would work best. I chose one that was perfect and they went to work. Today I picked my ring up. It’s even better than I imagined it would be. I’m so happy I chose Ring. Everyone there is incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and their prices can’t be beat. I highly recommend!

Stuart worked with my husband to design and make a yellow diamond ring for my 40th birthday. He provided a number of options in keeping with the art deco brief and then sourced a few diamonds for my husband to chose from, carefully working around the colour, size and clarity preferences my husband had selected. The end result is beautiful and to have a video showing the design process is a wonderful keepsake. I couldn’t be happier with the thought and creativity that have gone into the ring and I highly recommend Stuart and his team at Ring Jewellers.

I’m from a family that was always in the jewelry business. I have been around the world and the web looking for the perfect ring and never found it until I visited this shop!! Honestly the art work the shop provides in rings and jewelers is above and beyond anywhere else. I have purchased two rings one in 2019 and the other is a bespoke Mokume Gene ring in 2022. Each time the design exceeded the expectations. Also I have tried the post service polish and clean of the ring and the team was really supportive. I have tried UK shipments but I was told they also provide international shipments.

Purchased both mine and my fiancés wedding rings from RING in Brighton. Cannot fault the service one bit! Allowed us to take our time in choosing the perfect rings and gave their honest opinion on what would be best. Rings were also ready slightly earlier than expected & had to slightly resize one ring upon collection. Would 100% recommend.

I contacted RING Jewellers to create a pendant from a sea shell that had sentimental significance for me. RING Jewellers provided advice on how to achieve what I wanted & then went ahead to create a lovely pendant & necklace based on the results. I am extremely happy with the talented work that went into creating the pendant.

My fiancé bought my engagement ring at Ring in Brighton and Alessandro has been amazing throughout. We decided to get our wedding bands from Ring too and didn't even consider getting it anywhere else. The inscriptions were done by hand and look beautiful. The skill and craftsmanship is of a very high standard to the very finest detail.

I’m so delighted with Ring. I had a chunky gold bracelet from my late father that was too big for me to wear. I wanted to get it remodelled into something I could wear so I took it to Ring. They proposed creating 3 separate gold bangles which they helped me design . I kept one and gave the others to my sister and niece so that we can each wear a piece of my dad’s jewelry.

Stuart and his team made my engagement and wedding rings for me using gold and stones from some of my mum's jewelry. This process takes a while, so give yourselves plenty of time. However, the results and customer service are superb and I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future and highly recommend them.

I went to Ring with a specific idea of what I wanted my engagement ring to be and they went above and beyond. From the design side, Stuart was amazing, even though I changed my mind a few times! They created a stunning ring with the heirloom diamonds provided to them and did the stones justice. This is the second time I used this company. Their work is amazing. I wanted a wedding band to match an existing engagement ring in white gold. The people in the shop and very helpful, especially Alex, who made both this ring and my other piece in Platinum with white and black diamonds. I recently needed to re-set my eternity ring diamonds in platinum from white gold. The staff at Ring were very patient, helpful, took the time to advise on potential different settings and I really felt looked after, as well as trusting them with this sentimental piece of jewellery. The price was reasonable for the work, they over delivered on the date the ring would be ready and luckily I had it for NY! I would very much recommend them if you want the best service and quality - a special thanks to Alex in particular who has been very attentive, very good at following up and even offered to resize my wedding band apart of the process which I am grateful for.
