Worst Pret branch I’ve ever been to. The flat white was cold & without the top layer. Pain aux Raisin tastes horrible mist probably old baked despite being at 10:00 am. Funny enough they have the most expensive coffee but you pay for the brand name not the quality. Don’t expect to get the same quality as london pret cafes. The only good side was that they gave me another coffee when I complained about it. But still the bakeries were awful.

Food is tasty but overpriced for what it is. Coffee is the best and only big plus point here. However, no cups or plates all served in papercups. For the price you expect alot more and better to be fair. All that unnecessary waste and not very environmentally aware is literally rubbish - pardon the pun. Additionally, place closes at 5pm :( really? Absolutely ridiculous way to early. Considering starbucks few doors down closes 6pm and Nero at 6.30pm. Manager is quit brusk, rude and unbothered and not very customer oriented as I had a problem with my hot drink and she didn't want to change it. I'm a pret member and she said" well you gotta wait half an hour" I shall not be renewing my membership and instead go to the much nicer and more accommodating competition down the road. Rest of the staff was lovely tho shame about the manager and other issues tho. Additionally, that scaffolding outside the window has been there since they opened ages ago. Really not pleasant to look at. Also my wife's bluelight card was not accepted so all in all a rather disappointing experience and not one we like to repeat. Can't recommend the place :(

My sandwich was mediocre. Supposed to be fresh vegetables but the use sundried tomatoes made them slimy in texture. It was supposed to be humus but the amount was very stingy and a ridiculous price for what it was. Noisy too, with a broken toilet. Staff were brusque. I won't go back.

First (and last) visit to Pret today...£5.25 for the tasteless sandwich and £3.30 for a tiny coffee (which tasted very nice) in a paper cup. I was eating in and didn't appreciate drinking out of a paper cup with no plate offered for my sandwich. Ridiculously expensive for what it was. Boring building, no atmosphere. Staff were very pleasant though.

Had been wishing Pret would come to worthing for ages but what a disappointment, charge you a fortune for eating in and you sit eating off a napkin and with a paper cup!!! Coffee was good but sandwich had barely a hint of fillings and pain aux raisin was tastless! Gone the way of the chain cutting costs and losing the essence of what made them good.

Am a frequent visitor to Pret’s London branches, so was pleased to see a branch open in Worthing- which incidentally is a franchise. The veggie sandwich options are pretty rubbish. Young, female staff are definitely ‘brusque’ - as another reviewer mentioned. However, the blonde (Polish?) lady is lovely, as are the male staff. I also agree that some of the staff need a little more training.

Great service, staff are friendly, drinks are what you would expect from other Pret A Manger shops, and the shop itself is clean. It's also nice to now have a Pret in Worthing.

The Pret in Worthing has only been open for a short amount of time, but it's obvious that the staff there are passionate about good quality service. I ordered an iced vanilla coffee and was swiftly served with a smile. I will be returning here frequently for my subscription coffee!
