We've been to College House before and would happily go again. It's an easy walk to central Brighton and great to have secure off-street parking. The area is quiet and feels safe. House very clean and comfortable. Many thanks

This fully self contained studio with courtyard was absolutely perfect find. We were in town for Pride and it was a great location for walking to the sea front or to the centre of Brighton. There is lots of cool places to eat and drink nearby and the facilities in the kitchen were perfect for cooking a breakfast each morning. Wish we had booked for longer it was hard to leave the place. Will be back for next year Thank you for a brilliant stay in Brunswick Garden Studio. Great communication from start to finish I will be back same time next year but for longer hopefully 🤞

Burlington Penthouse is a very comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. Great facilities and a good central location with a very short walk to Brighton beach and local shops, restaurants and bars. Daniela and Rachel are great hosts; they're very friendly, communicated very well and they provided detailed, clear information on how to find and enter the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in the future. -Jason and family

Had a lovely stay. We always stay in the marina, this was the best yet. Amazing view over the marina. Allocated parking space which is a bonus. Easy to walk into Brighton or you can catch the bus at the end of the road. Great restaurants close by. Also had fun at globalls crazy golf. Its a must!!'

Absolutely fantastic getaway. Mermaid Cottage is central making the stay even more enjoyable. Clean and very tasteful accommodation. I'd most definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Brighton. I can't wait to go back.'

Norton Road Apartment was just perfect for myself and my family. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen had everything needed. The shops, cafes and restaurants were all close by and ot was only a short walk (30 mins) into Brighton Town. I can't comment on parking as I left my car at my brothers house although parking anywhere in Brighton can be tricky. I would highly recommend.'

From the initial booking for this great 2 storey flat right near Brighton Pier, the beach and all local bars and restaurants, this went perfectly well and it met all our expectations. Plenty of room for the 8 of us staying and Laura (our host) was there to meet us and show us around. Highly recommend The Mucky Duck House!'

We stayed here recently for 2 nights as a hen party group. The house is lovely, with all the essentials you may need, including tea, coffee and sugar which was very welcome upon arrival. Towels, bedding, loo roll and washing up liquid all provided too. The location is excellent, 5 min walk from bars/clubs, less than 5 mins from the sea front and a walk in the opposite direction takes you to town. Communication with the team has been excellent throughout with quick responses. The stairs are quite steep and narrow to the lower ground floor, this was only a problem for a couple of members of our group who we swapped to an upstairs room. (We initially put them downstairs as thought this would be easier.) Excellent accomodation for large groups, would recommend!
