harsh
as
we
really
enjoy
our
membership.
The
staff
have
ALL
been
very
nice,
professional
and
helpful,
helping
us
as
a
family
enjoy
the
Club.
It's
a
costly
club
but
the
volume
of
guests
doesn't
match
the
exclusive
price
tag,
its
often
over
busy
and
very
loud
Some
areas
of
the
club
are
tired
and
not
as
clean
as
they
ought
to
be.
Bookings
for
creche
are
very
limited
and
in
huge
demand,
if
you
don't
set
alarms
to
book
at
8pm,
forget
getting
a
slot
for
a
week
ahead,
they
need
more
slots
to
accommodate
the
demand.
A
guest
pass
as
a
part
of
your
member
benefits,
is
not
exactly
that,
having
paid
a
substantial
annual
fee,
you
are
now
required
to
pay
£30
extra
for
a
guest
to
use
the
spa,
doesn't
feel
like
a
free
guest
pass
or
a
member
benefit!
Pretty
sure
some
guests
will
join,
could
easily
be
a
benefit
to
DL.
Like
I
say,
2
stars
is
harsh
as
overall
its
a
good
lifestyle
club
with
excellent
staff,
but
the
things
mentioned
really
do
drag
the
great
bits
down
and
knock
the
edge
off
of
the
membership.
